This study used a classroom action research design which was carried out in three stages, namely the pre-cycle stage, cycle I, and cycle II with the research subjects being grade III students at SDN Kaliwungu 1. This study used two variables, namely intensive reading skills and intensive reading learning using the KWL strategy. . Pre-cycle data collection was done by using the test technique, while in the first cycle and the second cycle using the test and non-test technique. Non-test instruments in the form of observations, journals, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes quantitative and qualitative data. The results showed that after participating in intensive reading learning using the KWL strategy, the average value of intensive reading skills of third grade students at SDN Kaliwungu 1 increased. The average value of intensive reading using the KWL strategy achieved by students in the pre-cycle was 56 and in the first cycle it increased to 65 or 9% then in the second cycle it increased to 76 or 11%. Changes in attitudes and behavior of third grade students at SDN Kaliwungu 1 Kaliwungu District, Semarang Regency have increased towards a better direction, namely students are more active and enthusiastic in learning, because students are starting to enjoy and enjoy intensive reading learning using the KWL strategy.

This study aims to analyze the determinants of capital structure in manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is taken from the financial statements of manufacturing companies whose shares are still actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used are profitability proxied by return on equity (ROE), sales growth, asset structure, liquidity proxied by current ratio (CR), tax, business risk and capital structure proxied by debt-to-equity ratio (DER). Sampling using purposive sampling method, and data analysis using multiple regression. The results show that liquidity (current ratio) has a negative effect on capital structure at a significance of less than 1%. Meanwhile, profitability (return on equity), sales growth, asset structure, tax and business risk have no effect on capital structure.  Keywords: profitabilias, sales growth, asset structure, liquidity, tax, business risk, capital structur

One of the problems faced by mosque youth is organizational and management problems. This is due to their low knowledge or understanding of organization and management. As a result, mosque youth cannot play an active role in participating in the prosperity of the mosque, namely by holding positive activities. This counseling was carried out to provide basic knowledge about organization and management to mosque youth, especially regarding formal organizational structures. This community service is carried out by extension methods, which are accompanied by discussion or question and answer. The counseling was carried out to the teenagers of the Darul Muttaqin Bedog mosque, Donotirto, Kretek, Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This thesis is expected to be a material for consideration by the Judicial Commission in order to increase the number of liaison officers in the regions for the effectiveness of work and the realization of the ideals of a clean judiciary at the Semarang District Court. Keywords: Judicial Commission, Judicial Clean Judge

The impact of Covid 19 occurs in all aspects of life, even 80% of the impact occurs in the non-health sector. Therefore, the management of Covid 19 needs to involve all elements of society, including the campus community. The campus community is expected to actively take social action and be at the forefront of carrying out social change, including responding to disasters. Higher education is responsible for teaching awareness of various social problems to its campus community. Efforts made by the campus in carrying out prevention started from policy development, development of supporting instruments for the Covid 19 alert campus, mobilizing Covid 19 volunteers to the formation of the Covid task force team.

The current state of the war against COVID-19 requires people to be active at home, keep their distance, wear masks and other healthy living habits. Almost all activities that we normally can do outside the home freely, such as school, work, play, lectures and others, have been restricted since the Covid-19 outbreak. On the other hand, of course, there are economic factors that make people continue to do activities outside the home. Seeing this situation, the acceleration of handling COVID-19 must be carried out thoroughly and involve all parties who take universities. In Ringintunggal village, residents work as farmers, usually growing rice, beans, soybeans, secondary crops, and others. But here there are also lots of crystal guavas owned by residents, so don't be surprised if we enter Ringintunggal village there will be lots of guava trees around people's homes, and there are several crystal guava gardens that are quite wide owned by residents. But with the abundance of guava fruit, it is not accompanied by the innovation of processed crystals. Therefore we saw that this was a problem in the village and we were moved to take action for the residents of Ringintunggal village by providing understanding and training on the potential assets owned by Ringintunggal village.

Elderly can be said to be the final stage of development in the human life cycle. Meanwhile, article 1 paragraph (1), (2), (3), (4) of Law no. 13 of 1998 concerning health states that an elderly person is someone who has reached the age of more than 60 years (Maryam, 2011). A decrease in muscle function and strength will result in a decrease in the ability to maintain postural balance or body balance in the elderly. Joint pain is an inflammation of the joints which is characterized by joint swelling, redness, heat, pain and movement pain. (Santoso, 2009). The type of data used is primary data taken directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The statistical test used is the chi-square test ∝= 0.481. The results of the analysis showed that the majority of elderly people with less experience experienced joint pain (43.5%). The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained p= 0.481, which means there is a relationship between knowledge and activeness of the elderly in doing elderly exercise with the incidence of joint pain in the elderly. Seeing the results of this research, the health workers on duty should provide education about exercise for the elderly and joint pain.

Pandemi covid-19 telah memaksa pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan cara berbeda. Siswa harus belajar dari rumah, sementara Sekolah dan guru harus menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang efektif. Demikian pula orang tua harus berperan aktif melaksanakan pembelajaran dari rumah. Untuk itu, penulis melakukan penelitian terdahap upaya sekolah dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika upaya TK Isa Almasih mewujudkan kegiatan belajar pada masa pandemi covid-19 adalah 1) Merancang pembelajaran yang menstimulus siswa belajar sesuai dengan tema belajar dan efisien secara ekonomi; 2) Bekerjasama dengan orang tua murid dengan mengadakan pertemuan terbatas membahas perkembangan siswa; 3) Menggunakan sosial media untuk  menyampaikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan bahan ajar dan pemberitahuan hasil belajar murid. Sementara bentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran dari rumah yaitu 1) Menjadi penuntun anak dalam belajar dari rumah; 2) Orang tua berperan menjadi operator. AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has forced learning to be carried out in a different way. Students must learn from home, while schools and teachers must organize effective learning. Likewise, parents must play an active role in carrying out learning from home. For this reason, the authors conducted research on school efforts and the involvement of parents in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews. The results showed that the efforts of Isa Almasih Kindergarten to realize learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic were 1) Designing learning that stimulates students to learn according to the learning theme and is economically efficient; 2) Collaborating with the parents by holding a limited meeting to discuss student development; 3) Using social media to convey information related to teaching materials and notification of student learning outcomes. While the forms of parental involvement in learning from home are 1) Being a guide for children in learning from home; 2) Parents act as operators.

This study aims to analyze the potential of the Blenduk church area in Semarang. The potential of this area needs a visual identity design as a form of tourism promotion in the city of Semarang, which incidentally the government is still active in increasing the promotion of local tourism. This study intends to design a visual identity for the Blenduk church area, so this research was carried out with qualitative research. As a persuasive communication activity, this design uses the A-A Procedure approach. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. This study intends to contribute to the Semarang city government, especially the Culture and Tourism office, to design the visual identity of the Blenduk church area so that it has an identity that can be sold to the public and can increase the attractiveness of stakeholders to increase

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

Tilapia fish fillet have a high protein contain (18,70g/100g) however it can be easily decay. The aim of this study was to know the characteristic of lemongrass oil, characterisric of edible film with the addition of lemongrass oil and quality of tilapia fish fillet coated with edible film-natrium alginate enriched lemongrass oil on cold storage. Edible coating based on alginat added with lemongrass oil and applied on fishery products, tilapia fish fillet. The studies used Complete Random Design 2 factor, lemongrass oil concentration and storage time. Analyzed used one way ANOVA and continued with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (a:0.05) and paired t-test (a:0.05). The analysis showed that yield of lemongrass oil was 0.27%; specific gravity was 0.85476 g/ml; viscosity was 0.021 N.m/s2 and have 17 active compound. Inhibitory zone of lemongrass oil between 6.417 mm – 20.333 mm. Thickness of edible film added with lemongrass oil between 0.063mm-0.104mm; tensile strength value 1.974 MPa-2.563 MPa and WVTR 4.454 g/jam.m2-5.165 g/h.m2. The result of application edible coating enriched with lemongrass oil on fillet showed the TBA and TPC value were significantly increased during however it didn’t affect significantly to the TVB and pH value. Edible coating enriched lemongrass oil 1.5% able to maintain microbiological quality until day 3 and oxidative quality until day 12
