In the era of rapid globalization, human resource management has become a crucial element in achieving optimal productivity, where employee performance is strongly influenced by several factors. This study identifies obstacles related to work motivation and discipline, as well as environmental conditions that may affect performance, such as tardiness and unexcused absences. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at UD Rahayu Indah. This research employs a quantitative method with a population of 76 respondents. The sample also consists of 76 respondents, determined using the saturated sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 25.0. The findings indicate that the work environment has a significant partial effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant partial effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant partial effect on employee performance, and the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Non -communicable disease (PTM) is one of the increasing health problems in society every year and contributes to the largest proportion of death worldwide. According to a global status report on non -communicable diseases, non -communicable diseases can occur due to lack of exercise, smoking and malnutrition, which causes increased blood pressure, increased blood sugar levels and increased blood lipids. If not prevented, this increase will get worse and lead to chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, dysplidemia, gout arthritis and obesity. The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that 40 million people worldwide suffer from non -communicable diseases, with the cause of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and injuries to be the main cause (Syam'ani, 2023).

Motivation and discipline are closely related to employee performance. The motivation and discipline that is continuously instilled in a trainee can raise and lower their performance at work or discourage them. The productivity of any institution will increase as a result of motivated and disciplined workers. The observation was conducted at PT Epson Indonesia. The purpose of this observation is to understand the relationship between work motivation and work discipline and the variables that distinguish between the two that have the greatest influence on employee performance. The observation system used is quantitative observation. Materials are generated from interviews using questionnaires. The observation results show that motivation and work discipline have an impact on employee performance. By using this result, it shows that work discipline has more impact on employee performance of PT Epson Indonesia.
