Older people tend to stay at home, a condition that poses new problems for older people. They are alienated from their environment and forgotten by people, resulting in rejection and loss of self-esteem. Therefore, church ministry to the elderly must be viewed as a specific ministry and taken seriously by special workers and servants of God who truly understand the problems of the elderly. These categorical services morally oblige the church to treat its congregation members, the elderly, seriously and responsibly. Ultimately it means striking a balance between being careful and acting responsibly. A church is an institution with an organization. But more than that, the church is a community of believers. According to God's command in Matthew 28: 18-20, After becoming a disciple of Christ and being baptized, a disciple of Christ must be taught the doctrine of the Christian faith, how to live the Christian life.

Social media creates change in the world. Social media is the most crucial medium used in obtaining information. Various types of social media have been attached to community activities, one of which is Instagram. On the Instagram account @Parentaltalk.id where a video of a child aged about 12 begging his father to give him a break, telling his father that he needs "life balance" and that "even a robot" cannot handle the amount of work his father requires in order to study continuously . The child freely expresses his feelings for his father and the father does not interrupt the child's conversation and can accept the child's complaints well without having to scold a child. Communication within the family is an important factor in determining whether a child is good or bad. If communication in the family is harmonious, then the child will really feel that he is very valuable, so that it will foster good attitudes and behavior in the child. This study aims to analyze communication patterns between a child who is frustrated in learning because he does not have time to play. The method in this research is library research. The type of research used is mass media analysis, namely observing and analyzing a mass media. The data analysis technique uses the semiotics of Charles Sanders Pierce, who put forward the theory of a triangle of meaning which consists of three main elements, namely the sign, the object and the interpretant. The results of the study show that communication patterns between children and their fathers sometimes go well, but there are still some that are not good. thus causing worry and anxiety for every parent. The results of the study also show the attitude of children who can express their feelings and frustrations well with their fathers as well as the attitude of a father who provides a safe and free space for his children to express feelings and voice opinions

Background: Nutritional problems that occur in early life have serious consequences. Underweight in children under five accounts for 4.7% of deaths or two million deaths from all deaths of children under five in the world. Mother's Milk Breast milk is the best food because it contains balanced and perfect nutrition for baby's growth and development. However, considering that when mothers are unable to breastfeed or can only breastfeed partially, there is a legitimate market for breast milk replacement products (PASI) for infants as an effort to fulfill infant nutrition. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach using a cross sectional design. This study aims to determine the relationship between the provision of breast milk substitutes with the nutritional status of infants at the UPT Puskesmas Aek Natolu, Lumban Julu District, Toba Regency in 2021. The population in this study were all infants aged 6 months in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Aek Natolu as many as 32 babies. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling so that the number of samples was 32 infants. Data analysis was carried out by statistical tests using chi-square with a significance degree of = 0.05. Results: Most babies were not given PASI, as many as 22 people (68.7%) and a small portion were given PASI, namely 10 people (31.3%). Most of the reasons why babies were given PASI were recommended by family/friends as many as 5 people (50%), because 3 people did not get breast milk (30%) and a small part because the mother worked as much as 2 people (20%). Most of the baby's nutritional status is normal, as many as 25 people (78.1%.) and a small portion of the abnormal status is as many as 7 people (21.9%). The results of the chi square test obtained a p-value = 0.019, this value < 0.005, this means that there is a significant relationship between the provision of Breast Milk Substitutes (PASI) and the nutritional status of infants.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh work-family conflict (X1), family-work conflict (X2) dan work-life balance (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) perempuan pada PT Merpati Mas Nusantara Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik purposive sampling karena sampel yang digunakan dengan kriteria tertentu yaitu sebesar 50 karyawan perempuan yang terdiri dari 46 sudah menikah dan 4 janda. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa uji t variabel work-family conflict (X1) berpengaruh positif dan sigiifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), variabel family-work conflict (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), variabel work-life balance (X3) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Nilai F hitung sebesar 3,802 dengan sig. 0,016. Dari hasil analisis tersebut disimpulkan bahwa work-family conflict, family-work conflict dan work-life balance berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan perempuan PT Merpati Mas Nusantara Kediri.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance, stres kerja, dan kompensasi Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin. Dengan mengetahui hubungan tersebut, diharapkan perusahan Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin mampu mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan dari variabel-variabel yang telah disebutkan sehinga kinerja karyawan Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin semakin meningkat. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini, menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana  semua  populasi  bengkel  Auto  2000  Kediri  Hasanudin  digunakan  sebagai responden. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner.    Serta Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan uji statistic melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji f dengan menggunkan SPSS 25 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang digunakan, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work-life balance dan stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kompensasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Auto 2000 Kediri Hasanudin.
