Researchers tried to make a measuring instrument for alcohol levels in the body using several components such as Arduino nano, MQ 3 sensor, OLED, charger module, battery, resistor, push button, and buzzer. The design of a portable alcohol level detector through breath can work well, namely the results of the reading of alcohol levels in the body by the MQ-3 sensor through the breath and displayed on the Oled Display in units of% BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration), in the sample comparison of the alcohol level reading between Final project tool with a comparison tool alcohol tester obtained the percentage difference in an average of 0.01% BAC. In the industrial sector, human resources is an important asset and element that serves as a non-material capital that can be realized into physical and non physical potential in realizing the existence of the organization. Protection of occupational safety and health is often ignored, especially by those who tend to seek profit only. If a worker has an accident or a work-related illness then the agency simply replaces it with a new worker. In order to provide protection for the workforce, an agency needs to pay attention to the safety and health of the workforce by implementing Occupational Safety and Health Management.

This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional study approach. The study population consisted of 210 cadres, with a total sample of 68 cadres using convenience sampling/accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using chi-square statistical test. The results showed that the variables of knowledge (ρ = 0.023), occupation (ρ = 0.022), incentives (ρ = 0.002), and support from community leaders (ρ = 0.043) had a relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Meanwhile, the attitude variable (ρ=0.492) had no relationship with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities. Puskesmas Kenarilang should improve training on promotive efforts when providing cadres in increasing knowledge about the duties and functions of posyandu.
