K3 system for radiation workers in the conventional radiology room at TK II Pelamonia Makassar. The aim of this research is to determine the completeness and compliance of radiation workers in implementing K3. The K3 system in the Conventional Radiology Room at Tk II Pelamonia Makassar is to use PPE aprons when the radiation is carried out. The PPE apron is used only if the patient requires assistance during the radiation. Radiographers also carry out occupational safety and health training and carry out routine health checks carried out by hospitals. When the radiation is carried out, the radiographer stands behind a wall/screen coated with Pb. Radiographers also always use TLD when on duty or carrying out radiation.

Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

Nutritional intake plays an important role in optimizing baby's growth and development. The amount of nutritional intake consumed is also influenced by the process of eating activities. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Baby Led Weaning Method on baby weight in the Patingalloang Community Health Center Working Area. Quantitative research method with experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The research population was toddlers experiencing stunting who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using purposive sampling techniques. Research results: The intervention group with a sample size of 20 children experienced an average weight gain of 0.85 kg. The control group also experienced an average increase of 0.65 kg with a test value of p value = 0.000, where it was concluded that there was an effect of giving MP-ASI using the Baby Led Weaning Method on the weight of babies aged 9-12 months in the working area of the Patingalloang Community Health Center.    

This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style on employee performance at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The significance of leadership style in influencing staff engagement, dedication, and productivity has been acknowledged. Having a comprehensive grasp of how leadership style may impact performance is crucial in the banking business, which is characterized by fierce rivalry and continuously evolving market circumstances. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to workers from different work units at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the employees' perception of the leadership style employed inside the organization, as well as their level of performance. The population under investigation comprises all employees of UOB Bank Medan. The sample approach employed is simple random sampling. The sample size for this study consisted of 110 workers. The acquired data was subsequently examined utilizing statistical methodologies, such as regression, to assess the relationship between the independent variable (leadership style) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study are anticipated to offer valuable insights for UOB Buana Bank Medan in enhancing leadership approaches to enhance employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that it can aid managers in selecting a leadership style that aligns with the specific attributes of the organization.

Regency roads are local roads which do not include roads connecting the district capital to other districts, but their network is diverse as a link for local activities, namely connector roads between villages, between sub-districts, production center roads and environmental roads in residential areas. This research focuses on roads in Kaur Selatan District and Maje District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province with a total length of 128.50 km with a total of 68 sections. There are several sub-district roads which are a road network that is integrated with national roads. In general, this road section is often used by various types of vehicles, from light to heavy vehicles. Utilization of roads that do not match their class and the influence of the weather climate in areas that are quite extreme result in landslides so that the road body becomes narrow and heavily damaged. As a result of damage to existing roads, community activities are hampered. The purpose of this research is to provide information to the Bengkulu Regency government in preparing priority planning, determining the type of pavement that is appropriate to the location of the road section and determining the calculation of the costs required. The results of research and calculations show that the cost required for road repairs is IDR. 70,788,844,000 for a period of 5 years. The priority scale consists of 17 sections with a cost of Rp. 57,541,204,000.

Hypertension in pregnancy is a common pregnancy complication, affecting 2% of pregnant women worldwide. It is the cause of death of pregnant women in the world, hypertension is treated conventionally, namely hypertension-reducing drugs, but this conventional treatment has many problems because it is related to pregnant women which will definitely be related to the fetus they are carrying. At the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, the health status of mothers and children is good, but there are still problems for pregnant women who experience hypertension during their pregnancy, which is around 30%. The incidence of hypertension in pregnancy is high in the working area of the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, because people consume more than the amount of salt, the food menu is haphazard, and if they are treated with hypertension medication, they are not consumed because it will have a bad impact on their child, to solve the problem, to resolve the treatment. An alternative to non-pharmacological treatment is using music therapy and providing counseling about correct eating patterns. The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge and reduce the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women by using counseling methods and applying music therapy. Method: By providing counseling and music therapy, the results of the implementation of Beethoven's classical music therapy activities are: knowledge of the community (pregnant women) about eating patterns increased by approximately 89% and hypertension which was successful decreased in the 2-4th week of therapy, namely on average 110/70 mmHg..

The Community Service was carried out in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, which consisted of 13 RW 51 densely populated RT. Most of participant work in the private and government sectors. Some of entrepreneurs are held fish farming which are managed by the community as an additional necessity for life. To sum up, the implementation of Community Service in Beji village, sub-district East Ungaran can be concluded as follows: Community service activities in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency run well so that participants gained knowledge which can be implemented. Participants were given an explanation on how to make good Biofloc pond fish food and providing tarpaulins to partners as a form of concern for developing biofloc ponds.

The research model adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders in the digital marketing sector. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation from various sectors such as industry professionals, policymakers, and consumer advocacy groups. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of recurring themes and patterns related to the integration of AI in digital marketing practices and its influence on ethical considerations. Preliminary findings suggest that AI implementation in digital marketing facilitates transparency, personalization, and accountability, thereby fostering ethical practices among businesses operating in Indonesia's digital landscape. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on the ethical implications of AI adoption in emerging markets, providing insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders to develop frameworks that promote responsible AI use in business operations.

This research delves into the nuanced landscape of digital marketing evolution in Indonesia, particularly at the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and business ethics. The study aims to elucidate the current state of digital marketing practices in Indonesia, exploring how AI technologies are integrated and the ethical considerations surrounding their implementation. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study utilizes in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with key stakeholders in the Indonesian digital marketing ecosystem. The sampling technique involves purposive sampling to ensure representation from various industry sectors and perspectives. Data analysis is conducted through thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of emerging themes and patterns related to AI adoption and ethical implications in digital marketing strategies. Preliminary findings suggest a complex interplay between technological advancements, ethical dilemmas, and regulatory frameworks, highlighting the need for a balanced approach to AI utilization in digital marketing within the Indonesian context.

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator to see the level of women's health. Based on the Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (SDKI), MMR in Indonesia in Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia was 305/100,000 live births, with this, maternal mortality cases in Indonesia still have not succeeded in reaching the SDG's target,. Meanwhile in Indramayu Regency in 2023, namely 34 mothers out of 42,569 births, a decrease from the figure in 2022. Indramayu Regency has the highest prevalence of anemia, namely 32.29%. The aim of this research is to determine the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia at the Plumbon Regency Health Center Indramayu. The method used is descriptive research with a cross-sectional research design. Data was obtained using a questionnaire sheet from previous research which was then retested with a total of 35 mothers as respondents. The results showed that respondents had a good level of knowledge of 48.1%, 77.8% were aged 20-35 years, 81.5% had a high school/vocational school education, and 55.6% did not work. The conclusion is that the majority of mothers who have well-informed babies are aged 20-35 years, have a high school/vocational education, and do not work.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is one of the health IT applications that is becoming a trend around the world. EMRs are considered to improve the overall quality of care and have an impact on patient safety. EMRs can also help reduce costs, improve accessibility, and improve the quality of hospital services. Therefore, the preparedness analysis of the implementation of EMR with the DOQ-IT approach (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology) is the goal of this research. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken from all the officers who were in direct contact with the medical records at AMC Aisyiyah Clinic. Sampling technique using a total sampling of eight officers. Primary data collection is done with a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis of frequencies, percentages, graphs and tables. From the results of analysis using the DOQ-IT method obtained a total score of 104.75 belongs to category III which shows that human resources, organizational work culture, governance and leadership, IT infrastructure AMC Aisyiyah Clinic is ready to take advantage of EMR as well as overcome the potential challenges for successful adoption of the EMR.

This community service activity is packaged in the form of training which aims to improve the skills of SDN 2 Mojosari teachers in mastering online media and social media as a means of organizational communication. Stroke is still the main cause of disability in the world. The impact of a stroke relies heavily on the location and extent of damage, and age. Post-stroke is the most difficult period for patients in they personal care. Family support is essential to increase confidence for rehabilitation in post-stroke patients. Rehabilitation  in post-stroke patients is done so that post-stroke patients are able to perform daily activities independently. The aims of this study to determine the relationship family support with increasing muscle strength rehabilitation in  post-stroke adult. The Method : This research was an analytical observational and was conducted in Bukittinggi City on July, 2023. The variables studied family support with muscle strength. This research is a quantitative research with Cross-sectional design. The population in this study were post-stroke patients 50 people and the sample amounted to 42 respondent. Results : The result of this research shows that there is a strong relationship between family support and increasing muscle strength in rehabilitation p-value 0.006<0.05. The conclusion is family support has impact to inceasing muscle strength rehabilitation of post-stroke adult patients. It is recommended for health workers to provide counseling to improve family support in curing stroke patients. The study confirms the importance of family support in terms of information support and awards support to the quality of life of patients with post-stroke.

Systematic, thorough, and structured approaches such as Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determine Control or HIRADC are used to identify problems affecting work processes and risks associated with existing equipment or systems, which can endanger individuals around the port. This research was conducted qualitatively by analyzing the safety risks of workers at ports around Surabaya, East Java. The results showed that there were 7 types of work with 45 hazard risks identified.

Because they aid in the understanding of the actual world by students, internships are an essential component of curricula in higher education. The Independent Campus Learning Internship program, which was introduced by the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology at the beginning of 2020, is the subject of this study. The purpose of this program is to expose students to the outside world. experience working in an environment relevant to their subject of study in order to enhance graduates' hard and soft skills. Thus, the purpose of this study is to determine what competencies accounting students pick up from their MBKM internships across a range of sectors. In order to collect data for this study, accounting students in Indonesia who are doing MBKM internships are sent Google forms over social media. Using descriptive statistical methods, the data was analyzed, and 87 out of the 98 respondents made up a viable sample size. The analysis's findings demonstrated that most students had made progress in the hard and soft abilities needed in the job. The majority of students concur that their confidence in working in accounting has grown as a result of their internships, which have also enabled them to work independently on tasks, cooperate with others, evaluate data, and solve problems on their own. The majority of interns who complete their internships receive employment offers, demonstrating the effectiveness of internship programs in enhancing the abilities that businesses and industry deman.

The role of cheating religion in academic cheating is the focus of this study. This study included 137 Fajar University Makassar students who attended lectures during the Covid-18 outbreak. In this investigation, saturated samples were used. Questionnaires were used to gather the data, which was then analyzed using path coefficient analysis using the Smart PLS tool. The result of this study is that academic pressure effects academic cheating behavior; opportunity does not influence academic cheating behavior; rationalization influences academic cheating behavior; capacity to influence academic cheating behavior; ethics According to the findings of multigroup study, religiosity is modest and reduces academic cheating, but not significantly. Religious students are more likely to avoid academic cheating while being under less pressure in terms of opportunity, talent, justification, and ethics. At Fajar University Makassar, there are several ways to prevent academic cheating, including conducting outreach activities about cheating and its consequences, informing students that cheating will be caught and announced, and ensuring that students do not work in an unsatisfactory manner. fraud, demonstrating that any fraud would be penalized, educating kids to write without cheating, and encouraging them to conduct ethically.

This century has seen an increase in the development of sustainable development, and to help with this, the green economy strategy has been established. Businesses who are aware of this are beginning to include environmental management components to the strategic roadmap in order to accommodate this programme, which needs funding in order to be carried out. As a result, many institutions are now beginning to use green budgeting techniques. A budgeting model known as "green budgeting" gives environmental considerations top priority during the planning, execution, monitoring, and assessment stages. Organisations can use budgets as a tool to promote the accomplishment of environmental goals by implementing green budgeting. The OECD-based green budgeting theory and idea is applied. The purpose of this study is to offer a framework for implementing the green budgeting idea in line with business needs. This study employs qualitative methodologies grounded in financial company case studies. The information used came from documents and interviews pertaining to the organisation's green corporate roadmap and budgeting procedure. The study's findings demonstrate that PT. Smart Finance has strategic goals for environmental management in its frame design, and these goals are guided by the company's long-term aims and its shareholders. The company has relevant policies, such as the Green Company Document Blueprint, to put this idea into practice. It also has media, such as management reports and sustainability reports, to report on its progress and provide information on programme realisation. If this idea is put into practice, the annual budget of the company will need to be prepared with a grading system for environmental management.

Work stress is one of the main concerns regarding occupational health and safety for the workforce's well-being and health issues. It has been estimated that half of the workforce's absences and occupational accidents at work were caused by work-related stress disruptions. This research aimed to find out the relationship between work stress and occupational accident in the workforce of the harvester palm oil unit. This research was an observational analytic research with a cross-sectional approach. The result of this research showed that there is a positive relationship between work stress and the risk of occupational accidents. Statistical analysis using the Chi-Square test obtained a p-value of 0.005 compared to the degree of significance (p-value <0.05). The recommendations for the company could be used as a reference to train the occupational health and safety workers unit to increase awareness of occupational health and safety.
