The denim jacket is one of the fashion needs young people have to have for stylish needs. Not only was the durability of the denim jacket also made clothing that was easily combined with various garments. While the denim jacket also has certain wear, the denim model tends to have simple cuts, besides the type of denim itself being monotonous and without motive. Thus the application of quilting technique was fitting to show a newer jacket with a striking combination of cloth on quilting's motive. The purpose of the denim jacket was to know the process of applying quilting techniques on the denim. The methodology used was observation methods, literature methods and documentation methods. The process of application of quilting techniques on the making of denim jackets goes through three stages of designing denim jackets, the preparation of tools and materials, specifying sizes, creating basic patterns, breaking jacket patterns, cutting materials, merader materials, and sewing. Quilting's pattern requires high concentration and precision because it has to watch the angles of the motif connection. A concern when quilting was an polyester layer of layered foam that tended to be slippery shifted the furs. Therefore furing cuts need to be wider than the patchwork pattern. The thickness of the layer of foam should not be too thick because it will make the jacket rigid and heavier.

The result of the completion of the dressmaking process, the combination of shibori fabrics with a variety of embroidery bands, is that shibori cloth can be used as a combination for the dress of the party, but some important things need to be noted, such as the selection of a shibori cloth, a motif of the shibori colors. Also, the combination of other fabrics is crucial to supporting the shibori cloth to give a more extravagant appearance, while the application of the bow on the wedding dress provides an interesting result, but there are some things to consider in applying for the embroidery of the ribbon, such as, the embroidery of the ribbon must fit and not look so full, the design of the ribbon's embroidery should fit the cloth that is filled, And the selection of tape colors as well as the tape size to be applied.

On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. The implementation of the 2020 Pilkada in Gunungpati District as a whole has improved in terms of the quality of its implementation. This is the result of the cooperation of all competent parties at the sub-district and village levels. This study aims to analyze the collaboration of the Supervisory Committee for the Election of Governors and Deputy Governors in 2020, Gunungpati District and to understand in depth the flow of information using Social Network Analysis (SNA). The results showed that the overall density of the supervisory committee network was 0.53 or 53%, so the characteristics of the network of members of the Panwaslu Kec.Gunungpati network were in the high category. Panwaslu members with the initials DAP, RV, WPU and M are the most dominant members of the Panwaslu with values of Centrality, Closeness and Betweness Centrality in the network.

The problem that is often experienced in this case is a lack of user knowledge in the concept of puzzle game rules so that search results are difficult to find,with this method it can make it easier to solve puzzle game cases by following the game rules and done systematically so that Goals are quickly found. The Goal results obtained are in the form of steps in the process of finding a solution and calculating the time required in the search to find a solution.

Many companies require good employee performance in order to achieve company goals, business competition is a trigger for companies to improve the performance of their employees. The variables used to determine the effect of the company's employee performance are discipline, compensation, work environment and training. This research was conducted on employees of PT. XYZ involved 60 respondents. This study uses a saturated sampling technique and uses a Likert scale. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis, with the regression equation Y = 16.349 + 0.068X1 + 0.001X2 + 0.159X3 + 0.287X4. The conclusions of this study are, (1) employee performance is not significantly affected by discipline, (2) employee performance is not significantly affected by compensation, (3) employee performance is not significantly affected by the work environment, (4) employee performance is significantly influenced by training, (5) Employee performance is influenced simultaneously by discipline, compensation, work environment and training.

The Mamdani method is a method that is able to solve problems in the case of rice selection based on consumer references. The work process of the Sugeno method consists of four parts, namely fuzification, inference engine, implication function amplification and the last one is defuzzification. The final result, the Mamdani method has the characteristics of using the AND operator and using the min-max value. This research is in the form of a decision-making system in rice selection based on references from consumers by looking at four aspects of criteria such as price, quality, taste, and shape variables, these four aspects can be used as a reference in rice selection. Sugeno fuzzy logic to get the final value.The Mamdani method is a very effective method in selecting rice according to the needs and interests of consumers so that potential consumers can easily choose rice according to their interests and desired criteria.

Security is a mandatory thing in a network to avoid damage to the data system or loss of data from bad people or heckers. Packages sent in the form of malware that attacks, causing bandwidth hit continuously. Network security is a factor that must be maintained and considered in an information system. Ddos forms are Ping of Death, flooding, Remote controled attack, UDP flood, and Smurf Attack. The goal is to use DDOS to protect or prevent system threats and improve damaged systems. Computer network security is very important in maintaining the security of data in the form of small data or large data used by the user.

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

Motivation is the driving factor to achieve a quality services, especially in health. Work motivation is desirable in order to improve public health, it also can be expected to produce socially optimal production in accordance with the goals and ideals of the organization in the future. Research Purposes to determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance at Puskesmas Kairatu Method. This type of research used in this study was cross sectional. This research was conducted at the health center Kairatu West Seram regency. The population in this study were all employees of the health center Kairatu totaling 84 people. While the sample is done purposive sampling amounted to 69 people. The survey results revealed that respondents are less intensive relationship with the motivation to work as much (100%). For quite intensive relationship with the motivation does not support as many (10.8%) and motivational support as many (89.2%). known relationship with the working conditions are less motivation to work as much support categories (100%). For good working conditions to do with the motivation that does not support as many (11.4%) and support as many (88.6%). it is known that the relationship is less motivated colleagues support as many categories (100%). For a good relationship with co-workers motivation does not support as many (11.1%) sedangan motivational support as many (88.9%). Chi-square test results note that there is no significant relationship between the variables relationships with colleagues with the motivation which means p = 1.000 p> 0.05.

Research on the Effect of Presidential Aid BLT UMKM on Productivity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Batang Regency aims to find out how UMKM working capital assistance affects the productivity of UMKM actors and to find out how the influence of this UMKM working capital assistance program has an effect on increasing the economic growth of UMKM actors in the Regency.
