Urban plant care is increasingly important for sustainable living, but many users face inconsistent watering, insufficient care knowledge, unsuitable plant selection and delayed disease recognition. This study presents Easy Grow Plants, an integrated web and Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystem that connects plant care guidance, soil-moisture monitoring, automated watering, plant recommendation, image-based plant health assistance, marketplace functions, community interaction and plant exchange. The prototype was implemented using a React frontend, Django REST backend, SQLite database and an Arduino UNO R4 WiFi smart pot with a soil moisture sensor, relay module and DC water pump. Functional, interface, API, IoT connectivity, sensor calibration, watering control and LAN deployment tests were conducted. The results show that the core modules operated together as an integrated academic prototype. The system demonstrates a practical foundation for smart urban gardening, although cloud deployment, multi-device testing and stronger AI validation remain future improvements

Public Wi-Fi services (Wifi_STAKat) at the State Catholic College of Pontianak continue to face technical issues, such as network speed and connection stability, as well as non-technical challenges, including the responsiveness of administrators to user complaints. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction based on the five Servqual dimensions and to map improvement priorities using the Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The relationship between Servqual and IPA is explained by mapping GAP values (perception–expectation) into the four IPA quadrants to determine the urgency level of service improvements. A 4-point Likert scale was used to avoid neutral responses and strengthen the clarity of respondents’ perceptions. The results show that all dimensions have negative GAP scores, particularly responsiveness and reliability, which are directly related to technical indicators (speed, stability, coverage) and non-technical factors (responsiveness to complaints, ease of access. The study recommends integrating an IT-based monitoring system and increasing network capacity to improve service quality.

Desa Motu is an area that experiences limited internet access due to the unavailability of conventional ISP services and weak cellular signal coverage. This study aims to develop a community-based RT/RW Net network system to provide internet access by utilizing Starlink as the main ISP and distributing connectivity through networking devices such as MikroTik routers, access points, switches, and fiber optic media. Network testing was conducted by measuring download and upload speeds using network testing ap-plications, evaluating connection stability through latency (ping) measurements, and assessing signal coverage at several user locations. The results show that the implemented RT/RW Net network is able to provide a stable internet connection with consistent speeds at different testing times, as well as optimal signal distribution across multiple measurement points. The authentication system using vouchers, PPPoE, hotspot login, and MAC Binding functions properly, and the free educational access feature also operates effectively. These findings indicate that the RT/RW Net–based community network model can serve as an affordable and sustainable solution for expanding internet access in rural areas.

This study aims to analyze and design a marketing strategy training program to improve the performance of marketing personnel at Titan (Home) WiFi as an internet service provider. In the increasingly competitive digital era, effective marketing strategies are essential to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance. This training focuses on strengthening marketing competencies, including market analysis, digital marketing utilization, customer relationship management, and communication skills.The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach involving 21 marketing personnel as participants. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The evaluation of the training program was conducted by comparing participants’ understanding before and after the training, supported by questionnaire scores and interview results.The results indicate that 83% of participants showed improved understanding of target market analysis and digital marketing strategies, while 78% demonstrated better communication and customer relationship management skills. In addition, there was a 20% increase in promotional effectiveness and a 15% improvement in customer satisfaction based on internal performance data. These findings suggest that the implementation of structured marketing strategy training can significantly enhance marketers’ competencies, optimize promotional activities, and improve service quality. Therefore, continuous and adaptive training programs are recommended to ensure sustainable marketing performance improvement in the dynamic telecommunications industry

The management of integrated network services, including WiFi, CCTV, and Cable TV, requires high data accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue stability. PT. Sumber Aiti faced operational challenges due to manual administrative systems, causing data redundancy, delays in handling service disruptions, and financial discrepancies in the billing cycle. This study aims to design and develop a Web-Based Integrated Network Service Management Information System using the Waterfall development method. The Waterfall method was selected for its structured, sequential phases, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, which align with PT's stable, procedural business processes. Sumber Aiti. The system integrates customer registration, service monitoring, and automated billing management (e-billing). Functional testing using Black Box Testing on 11 test scenarios showed that 10 of 11 features (90.9%) functioned correctly, including authentication, service registration, payment processing, and administrative reporting. Comparative analysis of business processes indicates that the system reduces manual recording steps from 7 to 3 stages (57% reduction) and eliminates data redundancy across WiFi, CCTV, and Cable TV service records. The implementation of this system provides a strategic solution for improving operational efficiency and administrative accountability at PT. Sumber Aiti.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi meningkatkan kompleksitas ancaman keamanan siber, salah satunya serangan ARP Spoofing. Serangan ini memanipulasi protokol ARP untuk mengakses dan memodifikasi lalu lintas jaringan, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan Man-In-The-Middle (MITM) dan pencurian data. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancanag dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan keamanan berbasis multi kriteria untuk mendeteksi serangan ARP Spoofing pada jaringan WiFi. Sistem dikembangkan sebagai Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) yang memantau data ARP dan menerapkan aturan deteksi, seperti ketidaksesuaian IP-MAC, perubahan atribut jaringan yang berlebihan, serta anomali jumlah paket. Notifikasi dikirim secara real-time kepada administrator ketika terjadi penyimpangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Devolpment (R&D), meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan algoritma deteksi, dan pengujian sistem. Eksperimen dilakukan untuk menilai efektivitas deteksi serta efesiensi penggunaan memori. Hasil menunjukkan sistem mampu mendeteksi ARP Spoofing dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi dan konsumsi memori yang efisien. Implementasi sistem ini menurunkan risiko MTIM dan pencurian data, sehingga layak diterapkan pada jaringan kampus maupun organisasi. Konstribusi penelitian ini adalah memperluas kajian keamanan jaringan dengan focus pada ARP spoofing, yang sebelumnya kurang mendapat perhatian dibanding DNS spoofing atau brute force attack. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, integrasi metode berbasis aturan dengan machine learning diharapkan meningkatkan kemampuan sistem dalam menghadapi pola serangan baru yang lebih kompleks.

This study compares two service management models to evaluate the governance of the Wi-Fi network in Dusun Gita Nagari Baru. The main objective is to measure user satisfaction and service quality following the implementation of the COBIT 2019 framework, particularly the DSS02 domain (Manage Service Requests and Incidents). The research employed a mixed methods approach, using historical-comparative document analysis and Likert scale questionnaires distributed to 21 active users. The data were analysed through gap analysis, capability level mapping, and descriptive statistical analysis to identify performance differences between two periods. The results indicate that most indicators in the COBIT 2019 capability model are at Level 4 (Predictable), one indicator reaches Level 5 (Optimising), and another indicator is at Level 3. Indicators directly related to the DSS02 domain, such as ease of reporting, response speed, schedule accuracy, and repair time, demonstrate the most significant improvements. These findings support the hypothesis that implementing COBIT 2019-based governance for DSS02 can enhance user satisfaction and the quality of Wi-Fi network services in rural areas. This study also provides practical recommendations for the sustainable management of digital infrastructure in areas with limited access.

As a vocational education institution, SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar is required to provide adequate facilities to support the development of its students' technical and practical skills. Although some facilities are already available, student complaints remain regarding the condition, availability, and utilization of these services, particularly those related to information technology.This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with information technology services at SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar using a combination of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The study was conducted through a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using stratified random sampling techniques. The data collected were analyzed to determine the overall satisfaction score and identify factors of information technology services that were a priority for improvement. The results of the CSI analysis showed that the level of student satisfaction with school information technology services was in the good category, with an average score of 82%. Furthermore, the results of the IPA analysis revealed that information technology services such as computer services in the school lab, wifi networks, and school websites consisting of school exam applications, student registration applications and information about the school on the website were in the top priority quadrant because they had a high level of importance but their performance was still low. Based on these results, it can be concluded that although in general students stated that they were quite satisfied with the information technology services available, there were several important aspects, especially technology-based information technology services, that needed more attention from the school. Thus, recommendations for improving technological infrastructure and periodic evaluation of educational information technology services can help SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar in improving the quality of educational services and student satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the influence of word of mouth on buying interest and its impact on the purchase decision of Muzan Net wi-fi services. This study uses three main variables, namely independent variables, bound variables, and intervening variables. The free variable is word of mouth, the bound variable is the purchase decision, while the intervening variable is the buying interest. The research sample consisted of 55 consumer respondents who knew and used the Muzan Net wi-fi service in Sanggrahan Village. Research data was obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews, with sampling techniques using the simple random sampling method. Data analysis is carried out through several stages, namely measurement or outer model, structural model or inner model, and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Furthermore, word of mouth also has a positive but not insignificant effect directly on the purchase decision. Meanwhile, buying interest has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. In addition, buying interest is able to mediate the relationship between word of mouth and purchase decisions, thereby strengthening the role of word of mouth in encouraging consumers to finally make a purchase decision. This research provides practical benefits for companies in maximizing word-of-mouth-based marketing strategies, as well as a reference for future research to develop similar studies with different objects, locations, and variables.

The rapid advancement of information technology has brought significant transformation across multiple sectors, including library management systems. One of the pressing needs in higher education libraries is the development of an efficient, accurate, and secure borrowing system that reduces human error and improves service quality. This study aims to design and implement a book borrowing system for the STMIK Kaputama library by utilizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT). The proposed system employs the ESP32 microcontroller as the core controller, supported by the RFID RC522 module and buzzer as primary devices to facilitate the automatic identification of library members and borrowed books. The borrowing and returning process is executed through RFID card scanning, with all transaction data transmitted via WiFi and stored in a MySQL database, which is managed through a PHP-based web platform. The development process follows the Agile methodology, enabling iterative improvement and adaptability to user requirements. System testing demonstrates that the integration of RFID and IoT technology significantly enhances the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of library operations compared to the previous manual system. Furthermore, the system allows real-time recording of borrowing transactions, monitoring of user activities, and centralized data management. These features not only streamline library services but also improve data security and reduce the risk of loss or duplication of records. Overall, the implementation of this RFID-IoT-based system provides an innovative solution for modernizing library management, particularly in higher education institutions. The system ensures faster services, minimizes errors, and creates a structured and reliable digital infrastructure to support academic information services. This study highlights the potential of combining RFID and IoT technologies to improve the quality and effectiveness of library systems in the digital era.

The use of WiFi networks at home has become an essential need in the digital era, but many people still do not understand how to use it optimally and safely. This socialization activity aims to improve digital literacy, especially in managing household WiFi networks, for teenagers who are members of youth organizations in Darmakradenan Village, Karangpucung. The methods   used include presentations, interactive discussions, and distribution of educational modules. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of basic network security steps, signal management, and awareness of their role as information technology agents. This activity is expected to contribute to creating a safer and more productive digital ecosystem at the community level.

Reliable internet connectivity is a crucial element in supporting work effectiveness at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in Central Lombok. However, users of the internal WiFi network have reported various issues, including inconsistent speed and weak signal stability. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the WiFi network services using the Servqual method, which assesses service quality based on five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to employees and staff who utilize the network. Data analysis was conducted by measuring the gap between users’ expectations and their perceptions of the service quality. The results show that most dimensions experienced a negative gap, particularly responsiveness (-0.47) and tangibles (-0.40), indicating inadequate response speed and suboptimal infrastructure conditions. Conversely, assurance (+0.40) and empathy (+0.27) showed positive gaps, reflecting users’ trust in the competence of IT staff and their perceived attentiveness. These findings highlight the need for technical evaluations, infrastructure improvements, and capacity building of human resources through regular training. This research contributes to the understanding of information technology service quality in the public sector and provides a foundation for strategic decision-making to enhance digital services. Moreover, the study encourages further research using mixed methods to gain a more comprehensive understanding of user satisfaction with WiFi services in government institutions.

Computer networks have become an important need for a company. At the moment. Because the wifi network contains the internet which plays a role in data transfer and communication to support the operations of the PT company. Muaratoyu Subur Lestari (PT.MSL) as a company operating in the palm oil sector relies heavily on the internet to increase company productivity. Every day, employees always report data to the head office. In uncovering the problem, researchers built a network using Cambium Access Points to improve connectivity and internet access in an area. Cambium Networks, as a leading network solutions provider, offers advanced technology to build reliable and efficient networks. This research focuses on implementing Cambium Access Points in a local network environment, with the aim of increasing internet access coverage and speed. Research methods include field surveys, analysis of user needs, and selection of devices that suit environmental characteristics. Implementation steps include configuring the Access Point, determining the location of the equipment installation strategy, and setting network parameters. Regular performance monitoring also ensures network stability and permissions. The research results show a significant increase in area coverage and signal quality, as well as an increase in internet access speed. Additionally, Cambium's Access Point solution proved reliable and easy to manage, making a positive contribution to employees in the mess through better access to information and online resources. This research provides an in-depth look at the potential of Cambium Access Point technology in supporting the development of reliable and efficient networks

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Public Internet Program in Tanjungpinang City in supporting digital inclusion. Based on the 2018-2023 Strategic Plan document from the target of 100 points, only 34 public wifi points were realized. The evaluation was carried out using the theory of William N Dunn (2003), using six indicators, namely, effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of 12 informants. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the program has been running but not optimal. This can be seen in the effectiveness indicator where the placement of access points is less strategic, because it is located in upper-class housing which generally already has its own internet access, then the network quality is less stable with the bandwidth provided of 20 Mbps through a scramble system where the ideal standard according to the IT perspective is 2 Mbps per user outside watching YouTube. In the efficiency indicator, from 2013-2023 the realization did not reach the target set at the beginning, then the lack of maintenance resulted in 8 internet points not working. The adequacy indicator has not been said to be optimal in meeting needs through value, opportunity, and method adjustment as evidenced by the fact that there is no national standard as a reference in program implementation and unclear location data collection. In the equity indicator, there is a mismatch in infrastructure facilities, small areas have not been reached, and there is 1 location point that is locked. The responsiveness indicator is good, but there is still low participation from the community. Finally, the accuracy indicator is directed towards the community, but the implementation is not in accordance with the needs, and has not reached the initial target.

This study aims to analyze the influence of User Experience and Word of Mouth on Customer Satisfaction in the Oxygen.id Home service, one of the internet providers in Indonesia. In today’s digital era, the quality of internet service is measured not only by connection speed and stability but also by the user’s experience when interacting with the service. User Experience encompasses aspects such as ease of use, interface design, responsiveness, and emotional comfort during service usage. A well-designed User Experience can enhance positive perceptions of the service and lead to increased Customer Satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction plays a crucial role as a bridge between User Experience and Word of Mouth. Satisfied customers tend to be more willing to recommend the service to others, either directly or through social media. Word of Mouth serves as a trusted form of organic promotion and has a significant impact on attracting potential new customers. Therefore, Word of Mouth is not only an outcome of good service but also a part of an effective growth strategy in a competitive industry. This study employs a quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys of active Oxygen.id Home users. The analysis results indicate a strong relationship between User Experience, Customer Satisfaction, and Word of Mouth, with Customer Satisfaction acting as a significant mediating variable. These findings emphasize the importance for service providers to continuously optimize User Experience in order to increase customer loyalty and expand market reach through the power of Word of Mouth.

The increasing waste problem requires innovative solutions that are efficient and sustainable. This study aims to design and build an Internet of Things (IoT) based garbage cleaning robot that can be monitored and controlled remotely. This system is designed by utilizing a microcontroller as the main brain, sensors to detect the presence of garbage, and an IoT-based communication module that allows monitoring and control of the robot via mobile devices or the web. Based on the results of the analysis and testing carried out, this study shows that the use of ESP8266 in the RC Trans Robot motor control with the Blynk application has succeeded in significantly increasing system efficiency. The system successfully responds to user input via a mobile application and can control the movement of the robot in real-time. The performance of the robot system controlled via a WiFi network shows good stability in various test scenarios. The robot can operate effectively within a distance that matches the range of the WiFi network, with fast control response and reliable communication.

The phenomenon that occurs in the load lifting system is the need for an efficient and reliable mechanism to move the crane hoist pulley vertically and horizontally. This study aims to design and test a crane hoist system that uses a DC motor and a stepper motor controlled by an L293D motor driver, and to develop an application based on MIT App Inventor to control the movement of the motor. The research method used is integrated hardware and software design, followed by testing the performance of the motor, driver, and the application developed. Testing was carried out under limited load conditions, to measure the motor speed, voltage, and current used at loads of 10 to 100 grams. The results of the study showed that the system can function well at varying speeds, and the motor is able to lift a maximum load of up to 100 grams with a speed that decreases according to the weight of the load. The MIT App Inventor application successfully controls the motor effectively via a WiFi connection with a maximum distance of 10 meters, and loads the operation of the crane vertically and horizontally. This study proves that the designed system is able to work optimally in lifting and moving loads, and the application developed provides easy and efficient control.

In the current era of globalization and technology, computers, RFID are examples of information technology tools that are indispensable for meeting human needs in almost every aspect of life, including the management of infrastructure and equipment lending.According to direct research at Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School, there are only two workers who handle facilities and infrastructure. In carrying out their work assignments, they still experience difficulties. Excess workload and the process of borrowing tools that still lacks a sense of responsibility, so that the results of the work are not maximized.The existence of increasingly sophisticated technology, the management of infrastructure and equipment lending can be done with the help of technological tools that will be implemented in this school. This research aims to make it easier to administer, because this school has not yet added a new workforce.This research can be designed with the help of software (Bootstrap, MySql), programming (PHP, Arduino IDE) and equipment (NodeMCU ESP8266, RFID, LCD, I2C, buzzer, power supply, breadboard, jumper cables, resistors, LEDs) to provide data information. more accurate, effective, efficient and provide a good working atmosphere in this school. It is hoped that this research can reduce work overload and create a sense of responsibility in borrowing equipment, using local networks (wifi / handphone) and computers or laptops, with the research method used is research and development (R&D).

Palembang Religious Education and Training Center as an education and training institution utilizes information technology, especially wifi internet networks to support various learning and training activities. To support these needs, a quality internet network is needed, so an evaluation and measurement of Quality of Service (QoS) is needed, because QoS is able to measure various important parameters in the network, such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss, all of which play an important role in ensuring the network functions properly.  The standard used is TIPHON. By using the Action Research method, this research will produce real internet quality data in accordance with actual conditions. After testing, the average results on the 4 parameters tested obtained an index value of 3. So that the overall quality of the internet network at the Palembang Religious Education and Training Center has good network quality.

Penelitian ini bermula dari ketidakterhubungnya komunikasi antara operator forklift dengan material hangar. Perawatan pesawat berlangsung secara estafet, ketika teknisi hangar selesai melepas sebuah komponen dari pesawat proses selanjutnya mengantarkan komponen tersebut menuju unit spesialisasi oleh operator forklift. Namun sering dijumpai forklift sedang tidak berada di hangar dan tentu saja tidak diketahui posisinya. Hal ini membuat sekuensial proses produksi menjadi terhambat yang mana akan mempengaruhi proses lebih lanjut. Maka dari itu alat dan software ini dibuat sebagai media komunikasi, orang material hangar bisa memanggil forklift kembali ke hangar, bisa koordinasi pemberian pekerjaan, bisa pelacakan lokasi terkini yang semuanya dilakukan dalam sebuah software. Dengan adanya alat dan software ini akan membantu memperlancar produksi hangar. Komponen yang digunakan yaitu Arduino Mega 2560 WiFi Built-in, modul GPS Neo 7M dan server.
