Cookies are a type of patisserie product that is in great demand by the public. Most types of cookies need wheat flour as the basic ingredient, so that causing increased imports of wheat flour. To get around the amount of use of wheat flour so can be used flour from local food ingredients such as yellow sweet potato flour. Purpose of the research: 1) Knowing the composition of the ingredients that used in the making of oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour substitution; 2) Knowing the process of making oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour substitution; 3) Knowing the level of people's preference towards oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour substitution. The methods used in this research are the method of literature, experimentation, documentation, questionnaire, sensory testing, hedonic testing and data analysis. Yellow sweet potato flour used was 15%, 30%, 45% of the weight of the flour. The results showed that oatmeal cookies with yellow sweet potato flour were the most preferred and accepted by the panelists as products with the substitution of yellow sweet potato flour as much as 30%.

Bread has many types, one of which is sweet bread, the main ingredient in processed sweet bread is wheat flour. The high use of wheat flour causes the number of wheat imports in Indonesia to be high. The decrease in wheat imports can be reduced by using local food ingredients such as corn flour, mocaf flour, and binahong leaf jam. This study aims to determine (1) the process of making gluten-free sweet bread from corn flour, mocaf flour, and binahong leaves. (2) Gluten-free sweet bread recipe from corn flour, mocaf flour, and binahong leaves (3) The level of public preference for gluten free sweet bread products from corn flour, mocaf flour, and binahong leaves. The method used in this study is the method of literature, experiments, documentation, and sensory testing. The percentage of using cornflour and mocaf flour in making glute- free sweet bread is 50%:50%, 70%:30%, and 80%:20%, of the weight of wheat flour. The results showed that gluten-free sweet bread products were the most preferred with a ratio of 70% cornflour and 30% mocaf flour.

Pregnancy can cause the body to be very susceptible to low hemoglobin levels, which during pregnancy require sufficient iron for the body. If the body loses iron, anemia will occur, because the body requires the intake of foods that contain iron. Anemia itself where the value of the hemoglobin level is less than the normal value or below the normal value. So if a pregnant woman has a hemoglobin level below the normal value, she will be prone to anemia. The risk of anemia during pregnancy can occur in the fetus because it can affect the growth and development of the fetus and baby, as well as babies born prematurely or with reduced body weight. Data analysis using the Paired Sample Test statistical test obtained the results of sig (2 tailed) of 0.207 or > 0.05. From the results of the statistical analysis of the Paired Sample Test, it can be said that Ho is accepted, which means that there is no significant effect on the administration of dates on hemoglobin levels before and after.  

Background: The prevalence of isolated systolic hypertension (HST) is expected to occur approximately 25% in the age group of 60-90 years, and found as much as 59.1% in males and 61.9% in females. This research aims to determine the factors related to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. Methods: This study uses a descriptive analytical design with the Cross Sectional approach. The research samples used are seniors aged ? 60 years and older with Consecutive Sampling technique in the working area of Puskesmas III North Denpasar. Data retrieval takes place from April to May 2012 by filling out questionnaires, measuring weight, height and blood pressure. The Data obtained is analyzed univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square test. Results: Based on the analysis gained that the factors associated with the occurrence of hypertension in the elderly are The age factor (OR: 10,833; 95% CI: 1,961-59,834), Gender factor (OR: 7,467; 95% CI: 1,400-39,837), Genetic factor (OR: 10,083; 95% CI: 1,658-61,330), Activity factors (OR: 0,095; 95% CI: 0,017-0,529), and the habit of drinking coffee (OR: 15,556; 95% CI: 2,586-93,571). Conclusion: Age, gender, genetic, activity and coffee habits are factors related to hypertension in the elderly. The decision support system as a tool for decision making, has now begun to be widely applied in various fields of life, not least in making a decision for the process of accepting new students at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabaliused. With the decision support system (SPK) can help schools in the selection of new students. The method used in building a decision support system in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The method used to select new students is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which functions to calculate the final score of each student in the school and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) serves to rank each student.The result of this study is that the combination of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) methods in determining new student admissions at the MA Sabilurrasyad NW Barabali School can be used. SPK (Decision Making System) can display information according to what the user inputs correctly.

By using the weight moving average method, it can be seen that the error value is more than smaller than other methods and the estimated results can be more precise so that it can help owners make decisions in carrying out inventory.

Online shopping is the process of purchasing goods / services by consumers to realtime sellers, without services, and through the internet. The development of online business in Indonesia is now very rapid, one of them by shopping online. Online stores or we often call e-commerce is a form of change that is presented by the internet in terms of innovation in shopping by providing various facilities in the transaction process. The aim of the writer is to determine the best e-commerce, therefore the author uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method because the method is able to make a more precise assessment because it is based on the value of criteria and preference weights that have been determined, besides that the SAW method also can select the best alternative from a number of alternatives because there is a ranking process after determining the weights for each attribute.

Snail Gong-gong (Strombus Turturella) is a typical food of the people of Riau Islands. The processed food produces the waste of a well-utilized shell. The main composition of the gong-gong slug is calcium carbonate (CaCO3). With the content of calcium, the waste shell of gong-gong can be used as raw material for the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations such as suction tablets. This study aims to obtain the formulation of a lozenges from the waste of gong-gong shell with good physical properties. A lozenges is made by a method of wet granulation in three formulas with variations in the concentrations of the case of the F1 gong-gong 15%, F2 30%, and F3 45%. The granules and tablets are evaluated. The results of the granule evaluation showed that the granule produced from the three formulas has fulfilled the requirements, the results of the tablet evaluation showed on organoleptic test, size uniformity, hardness, disintegration time of all three formulas have fulfilled good lozenges requirements. While the weight uniformity of F1 is not eligible, the friability test F1 and F2 are not eligible. The results of this study showed that the gong-gong snail shells can be formulated into a lozenges and have good physical properties.

Runway or runway is an area used by aircraft to take off. The length of the runway depends on the size of the aircraft served. Runway has a pavement structure that can withstand the weight of an aircraft when it wants to fly. This study discusses the damage to the surface structure of the Threshold 07 and Threshold 25 runways at the Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman (SAMS) runway in Sepinggan Balikpapan. Damage to the pavement surface often results from significant heat temperatures from the aircraft when taking off. Visual observations show that there are problems with the Threshold 07 and Threshold 25 pavement surfaces, the damage that occurs is the change in the surface shape of some segments, where the surface deformation eleves are up to 40 mm. Test results from Coredrill samples show that there are internal problems in the asphalt mixture, namely high asphalt content and low density value. By looking at the conditions above, there are problems caused by external and internal factors of the existing pavement, especially the surface conditions namely Threshold which is a location where the load is in MTOW conditions and the aircraft is moving slowly as well as high temperatures (environment and pavement)

Osteoarthritis is a group of rheumatic diseases that most often causes joint disorders, causes pain and disorders in the elderly which generally attacks weight-bearing joints, especially the knee joints. Being overweight can cause damage to joint cartilage. populations with overweight or obesity have greater risk factors for knee osteoarthritis than populations with normal negative weight. excess body weight can reach four to five times greater, thereby accelerating damage to joint cartilage structures. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between obesity and knee osteoarthritis in the Working Area of the Batu Aji Health Center, Batam City in 2020. The type of research was analytic with a cross-sectional design, using purposive sampling by looking at secondary data. There were 67 respondents in this study. The results of this study obtained the results of the statistical test chi suare p value = 0.001 (0.05), this indicates that there is a significant relationship between obesity and the incidence of knee osteoarthritis in the elderly in the Batu Aji Health Center Work Area, Batam City in 2020. It is recommended for the elderly to can do physical activities such as gymnastics, morning walks and consume foods and drinks rich in calcium such as milk and fruits in order to maintain bone health in the elderly

Main Objective: This research targets AP sizing entrenched on image structure to raise denoising performance using an improved method for classifying image pixels. Background problem: Digital images may be blended by noise while the addition or communication process, affecting the authentic image signal. Image noise can cause problems at several stages of image processing equally image distribution. Accordingly, image denoising is a significant activity to recover the initial clean image signal from the detected noise signal. Novelty: The proposed WAV method has been refined and improved regarding the classification scheme, and the APS, and the classification results can be used as a mask on the noise image to fix identical patches. Research Method: This study proposes a WAV reprojection algorithm, with the PS being set dynamically entrenched on the image structure. Image structures are consistently taken with an upgraded and enhanced analysis method entrenched in the structure tensor matrix. Analysis results are also used to develop the analysis of comparable patches in images. Finding/Result: Empirical outcomes present that the noise cancellation work of the suggested method is better than the authentic WAVRA, along with several other modifications of the NLMA. The comparation of brownies using cacao powder and cocoa powder are expected to be the standart to determine the best brownies. Purpose of the riset 1). To know the making of brownies using cacao powder and cocoa powder 2). To know the characteristic brownies using cacao powder and cocoa powder 3).To know the acceptability Panelist toward brownies using cacao and cocoa powder. Method of the riset is using literature method, documentation, experiment and hedonic test. The making of brownies cacao and cocoa experiment based on Program Study Culinary Art Academy Kesejahteraan Sosial Ibu Kartini Laboratory. Sultan Agung Street No.77 sub-distric Gajah Mungkur, Semarang. The percentage addition of cacao and cocoa powder in the making of brownies are 33% from weight of the flour. Result of the riset shown brownies with addition cacao and cocoa powder has sensory characteristics as sweet, bitter, a little bit savory, the colour is dark brown, the texture is solid and soft, the smell is like the characteristics of brownies. The acceptability of the Panelist with addition of cacao and cocoa powder in the brownies shown that the Panelist likes the brownies with cacao powder addition. Then we can conclude addition of the right choco powder for brownies is cacao powder.

Monitoring is a process of monitoring and analyzing information based on certain indicators. Every company engaged in distribution and promotion must carry out monitoring activities. Including PT. Single Paint Factory, Djaja Indah, Kediri Branch, which also continuously monitors the sales results of the sales consultants who work in several partner stores. The process of reporting sales results that have been carried out so far is still using conventional methods so that sometimes it interferes with the monitoring process due to delays in sending reports. To make this easier, the author makes a website-based monitoring application to help smooth the monitoring process of Sales Consultant sales results. To produce a quality application, the author uses the goal question metrics method as a method for measuring application quality. Goal Question Metric (GQM) is a method used to define application measurement models. The application of the GQM method in this study was carried out with the initial stage of factor analysis of the application quality model based on the ISO 25010 Quality Model. The next stage was making questionnaire questions regarding application characteristics and calculating the results of the questionnaire with the weighted summattion metric. From the results of measuring the quality of this monitoring application, the average quality value is 3.08, which means that this monitoring application is included in the application with good quality (Medium). The functionality available in the monitoring application is in accordance with the needs of users of the sales consultant monitoring application.

Elderly is an end stage in the span of human life. Age that is not young makes the elderly vulnerable to degenerative diseases such as insomnia. Insomnia is a condition where a person has difficulty sleeping, especially sleeping at night. Foot soak therapy is a therapy using warm water which aims to overcome insomnia. The purpose of this case study is to describe the application of foot bath therapy with warm water to insomnia in the elderly. This type of research belongs to descriptive using the case study approach method. The subjects used were two respondents with criteria for elderly who were over 60 years old and experienced mild, moderate and severe insomnia. The form of intervention was the application of foot soak therapy with warm water for 2 days. The measuring instrument used was an insomnia rating scale questionnaire. The results of the case study showed that there was a decrease in the score of insomnia after doing foot bath therapy with warm water, proven in subject I from a score of 28 (weight) to a score of 25 (mild) and in subject II from a score of 26 (mild) to a score of 24 (mild).

The problem that often occurs in Arzara's company is the lack of professionalism of the company's employees, resulting in unilateral termination of employment. Termination of employment of employees of course will also affect the amount of production of goods. The SAW method or often called Simple Additive Weighting is an algorithmic method used for decision making, using certain criteria as the weight of the assessment in decision support. In making employee admission decisions using the SAW method using several criteria, which include expertise (skills), work experience, age, gender, education, health, talent, character, temperament, character, general knowledge tests, psychological tests. By using the PHP programming language, it can be used to assist the company to perform valid recruitment of employees . Applications that have been made can be used as a tool for decision makers while remaining based on a decision support system that is more effective in selecting employee admissions using the SAW ( Simple Additive Weighting ) method .
