National milkfish aquaculture production in 2024 reached 792,864 tons, highlighting the strategic role of this commodity in supporting the economy of coastal communities. central java,as one of the main contributors, has significant potential for pond development, including in Ujungwatu Village, Jepara Regency. However, pond management still faces challenges regarding human resource (HR) quality and the optimal utilization of technology. This community service program aims to enhance students’ capacity through outreach and training on Internet of Things (IoT)-based milkfish pond development as an effort to strengthen HR at the Sidomaju 2 SME. Implementation methods include the stages of observation and problem identification, work program planning, WebGIS design, IoT outreach and implementation, and evaluation. The materials covered included an introduction to IoT concepts based on ESP8266, pond monitoring, milkfish feed management, and the implementation of WebGIS as a digital mapping system for the Kalingga milkfish ponds.The activity was attended by 20 students from MA NU Ujungwatu and was conducted in a participatory manner through experiential learning. The results of the activity demonstrated an increase in students’ understanding of the application of technology in milkfish farming, as well as heightened awareness of the importance of efficient and sustainable pond management. The main output of the program is the Kalingga Milkfish Pond WebGIS, which can be utilized as a digital medium for education and monitoring of pond areas. This program contributes to improving students’ technological literacy while supporting the strengthening of pond operational systems based on digital innovation.

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has opened significant opportunities to support maritime monitoring systems, particularly in detecting anomalies in ship movements that may indicate illegal or abnormal activities. However, the understanding and utilization of this technology among the general public and maritime stakeholders remain limited. This Community Service Program aims to conduct socialization and dissemination of knowledge on AI-based ship anomaly detection through the development and utilization of an interactive and informative web-based socialization platform. This activity is the result of collaboration between a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Communication and Informatics Technology (FTKI) and the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). The implementation methods include the design of web-based educational content, presentation of fundamental AI concepts and ship anomaly detection, as well as visual simulations of ship movement data analysis results. The web-based socialization platform serves as an educational medium to enhance users’ understanding of the benefits, working mechanisms, and potential applications of AI technology in maritime surveillance. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of ship anomaly detection concepts and the role of artificial intelligence in supporting maritime security and safety. This PKM activity is expected to promote technological literacy, strengthen synergy between academia and research institutions, and serve as a model for practical and sustainable web-based technology socialization

Fortuna Furniture still manages its inventory manually, which causes many problems, including delayed reports, inaccurate information, and the potential for lost records. These issues affect the quality of decision-making and operational efficiency. This service aims to build a web-based inventory information system that improves speed, accuracy, and integration in inventory management. The system development process follows the Waterfall model SDLC approach, with requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing supported by interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the activity show that the developed system can reduce input errors, speed up the process of recording incoming and outgoing goods, and enable real-time stock monitoring. Additionally, the report generation process becomes more efficient and easier for management to access. Overall, the use of this information system significantly improved the efficiency of Fortuna Furniture's inventory management and demonstrated the importance of digitalization in helping businesses run more smoothly.

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the understanding of the staff at the Environmental and Sanitation Agency (DLHK) of Depok City in utilizing information technology through socialization and training on the development of a waste classification website. The website is designed to assist the public in identifying types of waste and to encourage more responsible and integrated waste management practices. The implementation methods for this program include socialization sessions, technical training workshops, and system usage demonstrations. Participants were introduced to the functionalities of the website, including how to classify various waste types and its role in supporting environmental sustainability. The program also provided hands-on training to ensure the staff could effectively use the website and incorporate it into their daily tasks. As a result, the staff’s understanding of the concept of digital-based waste classification has significantly increased. Additionally, the potential benefits of using such technology to support sustainable environmental management programs were clearly recognized. The program not only enhanced the staff's technical skills but also contributed to a deeper understanding of the importance of waste classification in the broader context of environmental conservation. The outcomes of this initiative are expected to encourage the staff to actively promote the use of the website to the public, thus fostering a more responsible and efficient waste management system in Depok City. This program demonstrates the effectiveness of integrating technology in supporting local government initiatives aimed at improving environmental management and sustainability. Furthermore, it underscores the importance of digital tools in modernizing waste management systems and enhancing public awareness and engagement.

Computerized accounting is a system used to process company transaction data by using computers as a technological medium for application work processes and to produce financial reports for a company. The use and application of computer technology in office activities is a requirement and fairness that is needed, without having to eliminate manual systems. The use of computers will be able to improve employee performance in supporting activities in an agency or company. Financial management within the regional scope is the regional task and authority in organizing regional agencies which includes several sections including budgeting, income, expenditure, and accounting and accountability. The aim of this research is to design a web-based computerized accounting system for regional income and expenditure in Wates Village. And create a computerized accounting system that can assist the process of recording and storing web-based regional income and regional expenditure transaction data which produces regional income and expenditure report information. In creating a computerized system for regional income and expenditure, the software used is Sublime Texet3. Data storage uses MySQL and programming languages ​​use PHP and HTML. The research results show that the computerized accounting system makes it easier for finance employees to record financial transactions. Then financial reports are produced more quickly and data errors can be minimized and more structured data is stored in the database. So this new system really helps agencies in Wates Ngaliyan Village, Semarang, where the application is equipped with a menu for input, processes and reports that process transactions, both income and expenditure.

This community service project aimed to address the lack of information systems and transparency in the management of Masjid At Taqwa Krandon Kudus by developing a website using the Wordpress Content Management System (CMS). The primary issues were inefficient information management and limited financial transparency. The methods used included field observations, data collection on the mosque's profile, website development, and evaluation through feedback from the mosque management and congregation. The results of this project include the creation of a mosque website that facilitates more structured and transparent information management, particularly in financial matters. The evaluation showed that the website successfully improved information accessibility for the congregation and increased trust in the mosque's management. It also provided a strong foundation for sustainable, digitally-based management in the future.

The development of a web-based Child Information System at Posyandu Cilongkeang, Dirgahayu Village, aims to address the challenges of manual record-keeping, which is time-consuming, prone to loss, and causes data errors. This system is designed to support child health recording activities, providing fast and accurate nutritional status information of toddlers. The research method involved observation, interviews, and system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The result shows that this web-based information system improves operational efficiency and data accuracy at the posyandu, while also providing IT training to posyandu cadres. The system has proven effective in reducing recording errors and speeding up the reporting process

Thesis at the Wira Wacana Christian University Sumba Animal Husbandry Study Program involves the stages of submitting a title, registering for a proposal exam, and a thesis exam. This process currently uses Google Forms, with result announcements via WhatsApp, creating inconsistencies and taking a long time. Changing the thesis title requires additional steps, such as students having to come to campus to remove the old title after it is rejected. Challenges also arise in tracking the frequency of tutoring, especially with large student numbers. This research aims to develop an effective solution by applying the Extreme Programming (XP) method in developing web-based applications. Based on the System Usability Scale (SUS) test, this application received a usability score of 80.2%, making it suitable for use. The successful implementation of this web application makes a positive contribution in improving the quality and efficiency of thesis management in the Wira Wacana Christian University Sumba Animal Husbandry Study Program.

By implementing the case tracking information system at the Special Class 1A Sidoarjo District Court, institutions can meet their demands for a fast judicial process as the world of justice continues to develop. Likewise with the case tracking information system implemented at the Special Class 1A Sidoarjo District Court. This information system is a website-based information system that can be accessed locally by internal courts. The aim of the research is to determine the level of satisfaction of SIPP users using the end-user satisfaction computing model approach which has been modified by Aggelidis & Chatzoglou and what factors of end-user computing satisfaction influence user satisfaction. The method in this research was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents. The results of the research were that the level of satisfaction of SIPP users was 6% very satisfied, 81% felt satisfied, 12% felt neutral, 1% felt dissatisfied, 0% felt very dissatisfied. The results of the analysis obtained an R-square value of 79.1%, which states that information quality, system quality and support in sourcing have a positive and significant effect on overall satisfaction. Then system quality has a positive and significant effect on information quality. Then support in sourcing has a positive and significant effect on system quality

The general reality that occurred in the budget realization and performance reporting system in Central Lombok Regency before E-Monev was put into practice was that the process was very slow, complicated, and very convoluted, not infrequently even very tiring. Reports that should be done in one day may take one week, two weeks or even one month. To expedite the reporting or monitoring process, Bureaucratic Reform (RB) efforts were made by developing online-based systems and applications called E-Monev. E-Monev is an instrument for monitoring, evaluating and controlling budget realization and performance which is used to collect data and information on monitoring results. This web-based application makes it very easy for employees to record budget realization and performance while in the office, such as filling in and changing work plans, filling out sub-activities, and there are other forms provided for reporting according to their respective duties and roles. What is expected from this web-based application is that employees can use the application as well as possible and can facilitate work and help company performance, especially in the field of Human Resources, to be faster, better and more practical.

SDS (Private Elementary School) Duri Indah Jakarta is one of the educational institutions which until now has not been computerized. Both in terms of payment and in terms of financial activities. Inputting and other activities are still done manually and recorded in a book as processing of student data. Data storage that is being carried out at this time is also still archived in a ledger, causing teachers and principals to have to record one by one the names of their students as a whole who have paid so that this can result in erroneous information regarding student payment and savings data and makes it difficult for teachers to find and provide the necessary data. Based on this, a web-based SPP and Savings payment system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the prototyping method which starts from the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage, in the future it is hoped that the system created will make it easier for schools to control tuition payments and student savings.

Sawangan Village, which is one of the villages in Kebasen District, Banyumas Regency, is one of the villages that focuses on reducing stunting rates. According to the interviews we conducted with Posyandu cadres, they experienced problems during the weighing and measuring process. So far, Posyandu cadres have had trouble in the process of weighing and measuring the height of toddlers, because the process is still using conventional tools. In the process of recording the growth and development of children under five is done by recording using a boloin in a book. Because the recording was done by hand, it was constrained by handwriting which was difficult to read. Based on these problems, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) activities were carried out, socialization and training on the use of digital scales, outreach and training on the use of the website-based “Smart Immunization Application” system and Android mobile. The number of participants in this activity was 17 people. Indicators of the success of the activities that have been carried out are coordination with partners, management of a team of lecturers as assistant partners, training on the use of digital scales, training and outreach systems. Based on the activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that this activity is of interest to Posyandu cadres and parents of toddlers as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the participants. Obstacles faced are not all parents use smartphones, internet access, and constraints on parents' age.

Academic information systems are veritably important for schools, especially for academy and students. Still, the perpetration of the academy information system has not yet reached all educational institutions, for illustration at Bina Taruna Medan Middle School. Therefore, the author make an Android-based school information application, so students can view information about academy biographies, school facilities, school galleries, teacher names, subject schedules, and student grades through the application without having to go to academy. Therefore, in this study the authors used the Rest API (Application Programming Interface) method. The Rest API method is a software that allows developers to integrate and allow two different applications to connect to each other simultaneously. With the Android-based school application at Bina Taruna Medan Middle School, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students to get school information that is more accurate, effective and efficient, as well as make it easier for the school to collect information about student academic development. So from the results of black box testing, the results show that the system built can work well according to its function.

The process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure that is done manually will not run optimally. Conditions like this make an agency need an information system that is able to record all existing facilities and infrastructure, namely an inventory information system. The purpose of this research is to design and build a website-based inventory information system that is used to facilitate the process of inventorying or collecting data on goods at the Purwokerto Veteran High School. The MVC (Model View Controller) method is used to design the system. This system can simplify the process of collecting data on consumables (inventory), consumables (non-inventory), procurement, discrepancies, repairs and retrieval and this system can generate reports that will be reported to the Principal.

Stikubank University (Unisbank) Semarang has implemented a web-based learning system known as a smart campus in which there is an integrated smart campus e-learning model. E-learning applied by Unisbank management is an online learning medium by utilizing information technology to make it easy for all students and lecturers to use in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the success of university e-learning based on the adaptation of the Delone and McLean information system success model. Primary data and secondary data were used in this study, a questionnaire instrument was used to obtain primary data. Furthermore, the data is processed quantitatively using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the data test were then analyzed descriptively to provide a narrative description of the research results. The results of research data processing showed that (1) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system had no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.729; (2) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.002; (3) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.025; (4) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (5) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system has no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.166; (6) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (7) User satisfaction related to the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.000; (8) Intention to use e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits p-value 0.004; (9) User satisfaction in the e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits with a p-value of 0.000. ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

PT. Nusantara Sakti Salatiga or often referred to as NSS is an automotive company or dealer of two-wheeled motor vehicles with the Honda brand, which is located at JL. Cutting No. 100 Salatiga. This company has a very rapid development, this is evidenced in 2017 the stock inventory increased by 25%. Motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. Nusantara is an accounting information system created to overcome data processing problems which are still in the form of manual bookkeeping so that the data is less valid and less effective time to present reports and even data storage has not been recorded which results in easy data loss. Existing problems can be overcome by creating an accounting information system Monitoring Inventory and making a data storage information system that is valid and effective. Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. The archipelago can be used to solve inventory processing problems that include data collection of data, supplier data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, and inventory using the average method can make reports that are valid, effective and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and risk error will be minimal.

Java Mini Semarang is well aware of the importance of information technology for the smooth running of its business. Fast and accurate information is needed by the company in making decisions in the field of product promotion offered. Promotional media using brochures at this time are still experiencing problems, because of the limited delivery of information in terms of information about the latest products and product prices offered by the company, so it requires a lot of time and is less efficient. To overcome the problems in the CV. Java Mini Semarang needs new promotional media which is faster and more accurate in conveying information, this new promotional media is expected to complement the old promotional media that still uses brochures. Promotional media using brochures are still considered to be lacking because the scope is less extensive.
