Website development in business and computer- based academic information system development are among the utilization of information technology. The purpose of developing this system is to address existing issues in the old system by creating an administration information system for Carsentro dealer rental payment data. The implementation of a new system for Carsentro dealer data can improve record-keeping accountability, thus avoiding manual input recording errors that cannot be monitored by dealers renting space at Carsentro. In the development of this administrative information system, the data to be inputted includes information on when dealers joined the Carsentro ecosystem, the amount of monthly rental fee invoices, payment data, and dealer debt or receivables data. The software used is DBMS (Database Management System) MySql as the data storage medium, while programming languages such as PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML are used for interface development. This aims to facilitate both users and administrators in managing data.

Increasingly fierce business competition forces companies to look for innovations and strategies to maintain customer satisfaction and trust. PT Quinsha Trans Jaya, a tourism transportation services company, faced problems in providing service information and collecting customer feedback. To overcome this, a website-based customer relationship management system is needed. This system is expected to improve operational performance, facilitate purchases, and provide complete information to customers. The development of the system uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method and aims to help PT Quinsha Trans Jaya retain and attract new customers. The customer relationship management information system built will focus on service transactions through the website. Then this system has information features related to rentals and purchases as well as available promotions. There is also a reward feature, feedback from customers that helps companies increase customer loyalty.

Marketplace system is a means of meeting sellers and buyers online, in this case service providers and car renters. With this information system, renters no longer need to bother looking for the required car that matches the criteria, and service providers are also easier in marketing and expanding their marketing reach. This system was built using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method of development which allows customers to place orders, select vehicles, eliminating complexity in the traditional process involving visits to rentals. In car rental services there are several problems that need to be resolved. First, there is no web-based information system service that makes it easy for customers to access car rental service company information. Second, conventional services are still fairly slow. Currently, reservations are made in two ways, namely coming to the place or contacting the telephone number on Whatsapp so that prospective tenants have to wait for a response from the rental provider to get information about prices and available cars. Therefore, a car rental information system is needed that specifically serves fleet rental with online booking to display transaction information in the form of car rental and return on the system dashboard to support strategic purposes. This research focuses on building a car rental information system using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework.

The situation faced by the traditional market of Sumaja Makmur Village is that the process of stall rental transactions is still carried out manually, so it takes time because traders have to come to the market chairman's office to make stall rental transactions. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, while the system development method uses the waterfall method.

The creation of this badminton web data system can be implemented using Visual Studio Code, the PH programming language, MySQL database as information storage. The creation of this application uses the waterfall methodology.
