The design of the Web-Based Recap System is a strategic step in addressing issues related to data management and information efficiency that occur at the Samarinda Manpower Office. The focus of this service is centered on developing a system that facilitates the recapitulation process of labor-related data. The main purpose of this service is to provide technological solutions that facilitate the management of labor data and improve information transparency at the Samarinda City Manpower Office. The research method adopted involves a survey of user needs, an in-depth analysis of the recap process, as well as the application of the Laravel Framework to build a responsive and accessible web platform.

This research aims to (1) describe the types of meaning that exist in naming waterfall tourist objects and (2) describe the factors behind naming waterfall tourist objects. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique in this research uses literature study. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative data analysis technique. Semantics is a branch of linguistics that studies meaning. One of the objects of semantic study is names. Humans can give names to animals, objects, food, and even places to use as identity. Each region has local wisdom that characterizes it, one of which is tourism. Tasikmalaya is famous for its many tourist destinations, one of which is the natural waterfall tourist attraction. The results of this research show that the name of the waterfall tourist attraction in Tasikmalaya has several types of meaning, including lexical meaning, referential meaning, denotative meaning and conceptual meaning. Apart from that, there are several factors behind the naming of waterfall tourist attractions in Tasikmalaya, including the similarity factor, the place of origin factor, the distinctive characteristic factor, and the new naming factor.

Dalam skenario ini, teknik Spiral digunakan untuk membuat sistem informasi, sedangkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data untuk sistem tersebut. Model Spiral adalah pendekatan hibrid dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak yang mengambil fitur terbaik dari Model Prototyping dan Model waterfall dan menambahkan penekanan pada penilaian risiko di setiap tingkat proses.

Rossama Pratama Clinic is one of the health service providers for the community, which is located on Street Taman RT/RW 01/03 Sukajadi Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province. The lack of information conveyed to the public has resulted in a lack of public knowledge about the Rossama Prabumulih Clinic Pratama Prabumulih because the information administration system carried out at this clinic is still manual, namely people who want to know about the latest information about the clinic must come directly so that it is more effective and efficient, because take a lot of time to arrive at the clinic. Therefore, the researcher will create a web informationsystem for the Rossama Pratama Clinic which will be accessed via a browser using the PHP programming language with the help of UML design to help design the system that will be created. The method of developing the system is using the Waterfall method. With this website, hopefully it will help people save time when they want to go to the clinic or seek treatment from home.

In the current era of globalization, the use of computer technology has been widely used, including in the operations of non-formal organizations such as farmer women's groups (KWT), one of which is in administration, activities, schedules, sales. agenda, and reporting is still manual, namely with bookkeeping records and does not yet have a system for this. In analyzing and designing, the author uses a software development method that uses the V-Model method, which is an extension of the waterfall model. In this V model, the relationship between the software development stage and the testing phase is described. In developing this system through several stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and development of the system. For the testing phase, a functional test is carried out using the Visual Studio application, used to test the function of the application that has been built, whether it meets what is needed. If the results of application testing have gone well and there are no problems. Agriculture is an activity of managing biological natural resources with the help of technology, capital, labor and management to produce agricultural commodities which include food crops, horticulture, plantations and or livestock in an agro-ecosystem. Most of the Indonesian people's livelihoods are as farmers, so the agricultural sector is very important to develop in this country. Poktan Beno Raharjo in Glonggong Village, Madiun Regency has a problem, namely the absence of an information system that is useful for managing agricultural production data, managing farmer data, managing village granary data, recording planting of food crops and horticultural crops, managing subsidized fertilizer assistance. The mobile-based Poktan information system was created using the dart programming language with the flutter framework using the waterfall method and testing using the black box testing method.

Web-based information systems are in high demand in various circles of society, including in the world of non-computer education, where the written examination system commonly used in education often has many obstacles. Factors must also be considered when evaluating written tests, as many participants may avoid writing notes on cards and waste paper and ink to ask and repeat questions, including negative factors in written tests, so this study aims to do so. a database-based online exam system that educational institutions can use to convert existing written exams into an online exam system. Therefore, with the rapid development of information technology, it is necessary to design and build an online examination system based on Data Warehouse to replace the manual written examination system and facilitate the work of the teacher in SMP Negeri 5 Medan. Primary schools enter question data into the system and can minimize the operational costs of passing exams, and the system can also store data more securely in its data warehouse, i.e. teacher information, basic information, student information. subject information, value information and question information. The method is Data Warehouse, software procedures and Waterfall model. The survey respondents were 150 students from SMP Negeri 5 Medan, a total of 150 students. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Reservasi Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Cafe Sentani Garden Madiun) dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola data informasi pemesanan dan penyewaan tempat pada restoran. Dengan adanya sistem ini pelayanan dan informasi terhadap konsumen akan lebih optimal dan mudah diakses. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui cara merancang dan membangun sistem informasi reservasi dan pelayanan berbasis web pada cafe sentani garden. Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang sistem ini adalah metode waterfall serta menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem terstruktur seperti DFD dan ERD. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Reservasi Berbasis Web Cafe Sentani Garden Madiun. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL sebagai basis data, dan menggunakan Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor.

The development of information technology provides opportunities for educators to create more efficient and interactive learning evaluation media. This study aims to design and develop a computer-based test media using Wondershare Quiz Creator as a tool to support online learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The results show that the developed test media is capable of providing various types of questions, such as multiple choice, short answer, true-false, and matching, and is equipped with features such as automatic feedback, time settings, and exportable test results. User testing indicates that the media is easy to use, responsive, and effective in supporting the learning evaluation process in online learning. In addition, educators can quickly create, manage, and distribute tests through digital platforms without requiring advanced technical skills. Thus, the use of Wondershare Quiz Creator has proven to be an alternative solution for providing practical and interactive computer-based test media that supports improving the quality of online learning. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators in utilizing technology to enhance the effectiveness of learning evaluation

Kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan adalah satu lembaga resmi pemerintah yang melakukan banyak survey. Untuk melakukan survey dibutuhkan perlengkapan lapangan seperti tas, rompi, aalat tulis kantor, papan untuk menulis, name tag dan masih banyak barang-barang yang dibutuhkan untuk lenacaran proses survey. Kebutuhan barang masuk dan keluar masih dicatat pada sebuah buku. Terkadang barang yang ada di catatan tidak sesuai dengan stok barang yang ada. Informasi ketersediaan barang juga msih terbatas.tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang bangun sistem persedian barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem adalah metode prototype. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan, pada tahap ini peneliti mendefinisikan kebutuhan sistem dengan rinci. Dalam prosesnya, klien dan tim developer akan bertemu untuk mendiskusikan detail sistem seperti apa yang diinginkan oleh user. Tahap kedua adalah desain cepat, pada tahap ini peneliti membuat desain sederhana yang akan memberi gambaran singkat tentang sistem yang ingin dibuat. Tahap ketiga adlaah membangun prototipe, pada tahap ini peneliti membangun prototipe sebenarnya yang akan dijadikan rujukan tim programmer untuk pembuatan program atau aplikasi. tahap keempat adalah evaluasi penggunaan awal, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan presentasi pada klient untuk dieavaluasi. Tahap kelima adalah memperbaiki prototipr, pada tahap ini peneliti memperbaiki sistem jika ditemukan ketidak sesuaian dengan keinginan klien pada tahap ke empat, jika tidak ada lanjut ketahap keenam. Pada tahap keenam adalah implementasi dan pemeliharaan, pada tahap ini peneliti segera membuat sistem susai dengan prototipe akhir yang telah disepakati, kemudain peneliti pelakukan pengujian dan setelah selesai sistem diserahkan ke klien. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem inventory barang pada kantor badan pusat statistik kuningan.

Konter Fakhri cellular saat ini belum memiliki media khusus untuk mempromosikan produk-produknya. Saat ini konsumen masih langsung datang ke toko apabila ingin mendapatkan informasi produk aksesoris dan HP yang diinginkan. Selain itu pengolahan data juga masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan media buku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahapan-tahapan dalam metode waterfall sebagai berikut system engineering, analysis, design, code, testing, dan maintenance. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjualan HP dan Aksesoris yang ada di Konter Fakhri cellular berbasis web. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjualan HP dan aksesoris ini dapat memudahkan pembeli dalam mencari HP serta aksesoris HP secara online tanpa harus datang ke toko. Cara pengaksesannya pun sangat mudah yaitu website dapat diakses dengan menggunakan media HP, komputer, dan laptop.    

Rancang bangun aplikasi e-commerce toko KUD Tani Jaya kabupaten Madiun berbasis website dibangun dengan tujuan untuk memasarkan produk sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menambahkan beberapa fitur tambahan yang dapat memudahkan dalam proses memasarkan dan menjual produk. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses pemasaran dan penjualan produk serta pengelolaan laporan penjualan.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara merancang dan membuat aplikasi e-commerce toko KUD Tani Jaya kabupaten Madiun berbasis website. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi e-commerce toko KUD Tani Jaya  kabupaten Madiun berbasis website, dibuat dengan menggunakan beberapa bahasa pemrograman.  Menggunakan PHP, CSS dan menggunakan database MySQL, serta menggunakan Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor.

Pengelolaan sampah yang buruk telah menjadi permasalahan yang masih dialami  di seluruh dunia, tak terkecuali Indonesia. Pengedukasian mengenai pengelolaan sampah perlu ditingkatkan terutama pada anak-anak dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada seperti teknologi smartphone. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, dikembangkanlah aplikasi edukasi mengenai pengelolaan sampah yang ditujukan untuk anak sekolah dasar dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Android dan machine learning. Dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 90% pada training dan testing dataset, pemanfaatan teknologi machine learning ini akan efektif untuk membantu anak-anak dalam mendeteksi sampah yang ditemukan ketika bereksplorasi. penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu requirement,  design, implementation, testing dan maintenance. Dengan menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box dan Beta Test, hasil pengujian yang didapatkan pada pengujian Black Box telah memenuhi semua skenario yang ada, dan melalui Beta Test mendapatkan respons positif serta beberapa saran dari calon pengguna untuk pengembangan aplikasi kedepannya. Dengan hasil yang didapatkan, aplikasi edukasi mengenai pengelolaan sampah dapat menjadi sarana untuk membantu anak-anak dalam memahami betapa pentingnya pengelolaan sampah melalui media pembelajaran interaktif.

Di suatu instansi pelayanan yang menerima pengajuan konformasi akan mengecek data kepemilikan tanah yang di arsipkan pada bagian pengarsipan Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Madiun, belum memiliki sistem informasi yang dapat di akses dengan cepat dan tepat dan masih berjalan secara manual. Penulis berharap dengan adanya sistem informasi pengarsipan surat buku tanah berbasis website dapat dimanfaatkan oleh instansi untuk pelayanan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan pemodelan perancangan sistem waterfall. Penulis menyimpulkan dihasil perancangan dan telah mengevaluasi hasil dan dinyatakan sistem yang dibuat memiliki fungsi untuk mendata arsip surat buku tanah serta memiliki fitur penyimpanan data scan buku tanah pada kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Madiun sudah memenuhi kebutuhan sistem yang diinginkan oleh bagian pengarsipan serta di bagian pelayanan instansi.
