The purpose of this study was to investigate the execution of measures aimed at lowering the utilization of plastic bags within the retail market of Jepara Regency. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing descriptive analytic techniques. The data-gathering process involved conducting an interview with the Head of Hygiene and Waste Management at the Jepara Regency Environment Office, who served as a key informant. In order to gather comprehensive data, interviews were conducted with both sellers and buyers at retail stores in Welahan, Mayong, and Pecangaan sub-districts. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the policy is facilitated by socializing activities, particularly in the context of communication and transmission. The Jepara regency government has conducted socialization efforts throughout nearly all marketplaces, demonstrating a clear and consistent approach. The implementation of policies involves the participation of human resources, namely the Environment Office, as the responsible entity. The necessary financial resources for policy implementation are also obtained through the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Regarding disposition, policy implementers have a preexisting commitment to effectively executing their responsibilities and exhibit a democratic mindset. In relation to bureaucratic organization, the execution of government policies is already directed by the established Standard Operating Procedure. One of the world's most famous native Indonesian cultures is batik. A good batik industry must be able to produce superior batik according to market needs with quality standards, the environment, human rights and employment issues. Batik craftsmen have weak tools, use velvet chemicals, handle water and a high amount of water, and are inefficient in handling wax and other processing agents. Dokani Svetsini needs to manage mezimuzi kineria green manufacturing at Batik Seni Pendopo so that it can continue to operate its business, maintain the surrounding environment, and implement the proposed semparikan persang mezimuzi results consistently. This research uses a qualitative case study type, using the green SCOR and AHP methods. From the results of Mezurisi Ergirden, the performance value is 77.43, which means good. Of the 13 KPIs, there are several KPIs that have unsatisfactory performance, namely energy use, waste produced by % of products produced, production costs, installation costs, waste management, efficiency, stamping, batik canting. Improvements that are important in this business are minimizing the handling of electricity, handling raw materials for candle wax and water, managing candle wax for business income, modifying the management so that the cash that goes to Milan can be milled, and where farmers design and canting so that the production process is faster.

Waste management in Karang Bawang Village is only transported by garbage officers, garbage transportation is carried out once a week or twice still using the transportation system, then disposed of to the landfill. The problem found in Karang Bawang Village is that there is organic waste that is disposed of carelessly and not managed specifically so that the waste causes environmental problems such as unpleasant odors, damaging the scenery, as a hotbed of disease and others. One way of processing waste is by processing the waste into liquid organic fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is a solution resulting from the decay of organic materials derived from crop residues, household waste, animal urine, animal and human waste. In this community service activity, a training method for making liquid organic fertilizer was carried out with PKK women in Karang Bawang Village. The results of this community service can increase knowledge for PKK mothers to be able to utilize the remains of household waste to make liquid organic fertilizer which can be used to fertilize plants. Cinangka Village is a village in the Cinangka District that has the greatest economic potential in the plantation sector, especially coconut production. The potential yield of coconut plants in Cinangka Village contributes to coconut production so that in 2021 Cinangka District can produce 1113.75 tonnes of coconut crops. The results of this coconut production are distributed to meet consumption needs in the tourism sector. The high consumption of coconut fruit has an impact on the high amount of coconut husk waste produced. The method for implementing these KKM-PkM activities uses participatory counseling methods, where this counseling is carried out by providing verbal and visual counseling. The results of KKM-PkM activities have had a positive impact, namely increasing public knowledge and awareness about the benefits of utilizing coconut husk waste into coconut husk powder (cocopeat) which is used as a planting medium using hydroponic techniques. Apart from that, if the utilization of coconut husk waste management is carried out on a massive scale supported by the use of coconut husk grinding machines, it can directly increase the income of the people of Cinangka Village.

Hospital waste is waste generated from hospital activities. Indonesia is estimated to produce Hospital Medical Waste of 376,089 tonnes/day. So it is necessary to have efforts to manage solid medical waste in accordance with PERMENKES No. 7 of 2019. The purpose of this research is that the management of solid medical waste at Karya Medika Bantar Gebang Hospital can be carried out properly. This research method uses a descriptive research type method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study in waste management include human resources, facilities and infrastructure, policies that greatly influence the solid medical waste management process. There are still facilities and infrastructure that are not in accordance with PERMENKES No. 7 of 2019 because the trolly itself has not been equipped with a symbol and the color is not distinguished for medical waste and non medical waste trolleys which are still the same. The medical waste management process is in the form of appropriate sorting stages, appropriate container stages, inappropriate transportation stages because waste is still found scattered during transportation because waste exceeds ¾ plastic waste packaging, storage is not appropriate because there is no room temperature in storage, management by a third party is appropriate. The conclusion in terms of facilities and infrastructure, the process of transportation, storage is not in accordance with PERMENKES No. 7 of 2019. Suggestions for increasing training that is more specific to waste management so that officers can understand the waste management process properly and correctly according to the SPO that has been made.
