Snail Gong-gong (Strombus Turturella) is a typical food of the people of Riau Islands. The processed food produces the waste of a well-utilized shell. The main composition of the gong-gong slug is calcium carbonate (CaCO3). With the content of calcium, the waste shell of gong-gong can be used as raw material for the preparation of pharmaceutical preparations such as suction tablets. This study aims to obtain the formulation of a lozenges from the waste of gong-gong shell with good physical properties. A lozenges is made by a method of wet granulation in three formulas with variations in the concentrations of the case of the F1 gong-gong 15%, F2 30%, and F3 45%. The granules and tablets are evaluated. The results of the granule evaluation showed that the granule produced from the three formulas has fulfilled the requirements, the results of the tablet evaluation showed on organoleptic test, size uniformity, hardness, disintegration time of all three formulas have fulfilled good lozenges requirements. While the weight uniformity of F1 is not eligible, the friability test F1 and F2 are not eligible. The results of this study showed that the gong-gong snail shells can be formulated into a lozenges and have good physical properties.

This empowerment was carried out bearing in mind that there are still many banana tree fronds that are not used and only become waste, therefore to overcome the large amount of banana frond waste in Marga Mulya Village. And to find out what the benefits of banana fronds are for processed products that are useful and have economic value, we make use of these banana fronds by making processed banana fronds chips that have high economic power by empowering housewives in Marga Mulya Village. This community empowerment is carried out every Saturday with four meetings. And it is hoped that the manufacture of banana chips which has been implemented in Marga Mulya Village can continue and help the economy of local residents.

Chronic renal failure is a progressive and continuous destruction of kidney structures. Chronic renal failure occurs in susceptible individuals, analgesic nephropathy, destruction of renal papillae associated with daily use of analgesic drugs for years. Whatever the cause, there is a progressive deterioration of kidney function which is characterized by a progressive decrease in the Glomelurus Filter Rate (GFR) (Corwin, 2009). Chronic kidney failure is a failure of kidney function to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance due to progressive destruction of kidney structures with manifestations of accumulation of residual metabolites (uremic toxicants) in the blood (Muttaqin & Sari, 2011). as well as electrolytes and acid-base composition of body fluids, removing metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulating blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008).

The standard of living of the fishermen in Bandengan Village in general still lives below the poverty line. The condition of the houses which are semi-permanent as permanent residences even though the houses are close to each other accompanied by an environment that is still dirty and the unpleasant smell of fish waste whose drainage is not smooth adds to the poor environment. Healthy . Due to the slum and unhealthy environmental conditions, the fishermen of Bandengan Village are still able to survive in order to make a living even though they only fish to meet their daily needs.Regarding the position of deeper sea depths, generally fishermen have not been able to determine the exact position of fishing areas or have not mapped out exactly which areas have deeper depths and are thought to have lots of fish. From the data obtained, most of the overall fish catches have not increased. From the results of the analysis, this is because half of the fishing groups' fish catches have increased and half of the fishing groups' fish catches have experienced a decrease. Therefore, AMNI Maritime University has made the fishing community in Bandengan Kendal Village a Development Partner in order to improve the economy of the fishing community through optimizing fishing.

The main function of the kidneys under normal conditions is to regulate fluids and electrolytes and the acid-base composition of body fluids, remove metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulate blood pressure and hormonal function. Cases of chronic kidney failure in the world have increased by more than 50%, in the United States which is a very developed country every year there are about 20 million adults suffering from chronic kidney failure and undergoing hemodialysis in more than 100,000 patients, while in Indonesia, according to the Indonesian Kidney Diatrans Foundation, YDGI), in 2007 there were about 100,000 chronic kidney failure patients but only a few patients were able to undergo hemodialysis. Kidney replacement therapy in Indonesia was started in 1972 in Jakarta (Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital/FKUI), in Bandung in 1976 (Hasan Sadikin Hospital/FK UNPAD).

Many women in rural areas rely on working in the rice fields. Work in the fields is often only at the time of planting and at the time of harvest. Thus a lot of time is wasted on women. This community service activity is based on empowering rural communities through the development of soft skills in making onion crackers in Lamongan Regency to increase family income. The purpose of this activity is to empower women by providing skills that can increase family income
