Iskandar Suhardi, Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement Performance by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. This study aims to analyze the Performance Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. The study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that in the application of the health protocol itself in a combined unit of several elements and agencies, it has several weaknesses, first from the community side who really underestimates the Corona virus, then from the officers themselves there is still minimal knowledge in providing education about the importance of complying with health protocol. The enforcement of health protocols did not go as expected, based on the health protocol policy itself, because there were several aspects, where in fact not all people believed in the existence of the corona virus, some even said that this corona was just a political conspiracy and the like, so that officers had difficulty in enforcement of health protocols. In 2020-2021 the health protocol policy is going quite well, people still have fear and vigilance about the spread of the corona virus, but in the course of time and being supported by people who have been vaccinated 1 and 2, it makes people feel safer, so that strict adherence to simple wearing a mask is no longer obeyed, not to mention other things such as washing hands and so on. The implementation of this health protocol policy has many obstacles and the weak side is public awareness and the pros and cons regarding the presence or absence of the corona virus, so that some people do not obey the applicable rules, and this makes it difficult for officers to carry out the policies that have been determined. So in this case the officer must have the right technique or method so that the implementation process can be easier.

Intestinal diseases caused by transmission from worms as a source of helminthiasis generally occur in areas with subtropical and tropical climate conditions which have a wet climate and lack of awareness among the public regarding maintaining health and sanitation of the surrounding environment. Around 60 percent of Indonesians experience worm infections. The largest age group is 5-14 years old. The prevalence figure is 60 percent, 21 percent of which attack elementary school age children. This disease can be spread by eggs in human waste found in soil and water, therefore awareness of clean and sanitary living is very influential, the process or pattern of feces disposal is also very influential in the spread of this worm. The high rate of soil contamination by Ascaris, which reaches >70%, can also be caused by feces that are thrown anywhere, such as in bushes or around houses close to where you live.  Preventing recurrent infections is very important by practicing clean and healthy living habits such as avoiding contact with soil that may be contaminated with human feces, washing hands with soap and water before handling food, protecting food from soil and washing or heating food that falls on the floor. Several researchers have shown that school age is a group that is often affected by worm infections because they are often in contact with soil. Apart from the government, the role of teachers and parents is very important in providing understanding or knowledge about worms so that they are more disciplined. The aim of community service is to provide knowledge and understanding to class IV/A students at SD N Pannara regarding the dangers of worms and how to prevent them and administer worm medicine.

Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is a reflection of a person's lifestyle who always pays attention to and maintains their health. Pulmonary TB is an inflammatory disease of the lung parenchyma due to infection with the Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria. Schools have the potential to increase the incidence of pulmonary TB if students do not maintain personal and environmental hygiene. The aim of this community service is to educate students about clean and healthy living behavior for elementary school students, especially preventing TB transmission in Oelomin Village, Nekamese District, Kupang Regency. The activity was carried out at SDN 2 Tunfeu, Oelomin Village, where students from grades 1 to 6 were educated about preventing TB disease, how the disease is transmitted, how to behave in a clean and healthy lifestyle to avoid tuberculosis. Before the activity took place, students were given a questionnaire about tuberculosis to determine the level of student knowledge. Then practice the behavior of washing hands with soap at school. At the end of this activity, students were asked questions about preventing tuberculosis and how to wash their hands properly. After the activity is finished, students are given another questionnaire to measure student understanding. The results of this activity show that the percentage of students who are not good at carrying out PHBS practices for preventing pulmonary TB is more often found in the group with the poor knowledge category (52%) compared to the group with the good knowledge category (20%). Students' lack of knowledge about pulmonary TB and PHBS is that 75% of students do not know the symptoms of pulmonary TB, namely coughing for more than 3 weeks. As many as 66.5% of students did not know the cause of pulmonary TB, namely Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. As many as 40% of respondents did not know about the transmission of pulmonary TB disease when sufferers sneezed and 54% did not know about the transmission of pulmonary TB disease when sufferers spoke. As an outcome of this activity, it is hoped that students will be able to implement clean and healthy living habits at home, as well as using masks when they are sick to prevent tuberculosis.
