Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in economic development; however, their competitiveness is often constrained by weak branding and limited digital marketing capabilities. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen brand identity and digital capacity of the “Pukle” catfish cracker MSME in Karangsuwung Village, Cirebon Regency, through an integrated branding and sharia-based digital marketing approach. A participatory–collaborative method was employed, consisting of needs assessment, Workshops, technical mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The interventions included the development of brand identity elements (logo, tagline, and visual guidelines), improvement of informative packaging, activation and optimization of WhatsApp Business, and utilization of TikTok Shop as a social commerce channel. In addition, a standard operating procedure for sharia-compliant digital content based on the principles of shiddiq (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), fathanah (competence), and tabligh (communicativeness) was formulated to enhance consumer trust. The results indicate improvements in product professionalism, digital channel management, content consistency, and customer interaction. The integration of branding and sharia digital marketing proved relevant in building differentiation, expanding market access, and strengthening long-term business reputation. The program highlights that MSME digital transformation requires capacity building, continuous mentoring, and ethical value integration to ensure sustainable competitiveness.

This study analyzes the implementation of Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) principles in the 'Nusa Loe' program in Biting Village, East Manggarai. The ABCD approach emphasizes utilizing local assets such as social networks, cultural traditions, natural resources, and human skills as the foundation for sustainable development and community independence. The program begins with an asset mapping activity led by the community, enabling the identification of the village's strengths from five key aspects: human, social, natural, institutional, and cultural assets. Through active participation, the community designs and implements development activities based on local potentials, replacing the conventional development paradigm that focuses on deficiencies and needs. The qualitative research approach employs in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and data triangulation to understand the shifts in mindset and community empowerment. The findings show that the implementation of ABCD successfully transformed the community's mindset, previously dependent on external aid, into a more independent and self-confident one. For example, Mr. Petrus, who improved the economic value of local coffee products after attending a coffee roasting training, and Mrs. Maria, who emphasized the importance of social capital and solidarity in supporting the sustainability of village businesses. The strengthening of cultural assets and local traditions, such as the Caci dance and customary rituals, was also integrated into the village's development plans and institutional management. The 'Nusa Loe' program demonstrates that asset-based empowerment can build a self-reliant, innovative, and sustainable village in the face of development challenges.

This study focuses on the importance of synergy between village government and communities in supporting local potential-based development. Kampung Nusantara, an innovative program in Cintakarya Village, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency, requires solid cooperation between the village government and the community for effective and sustainable village development. However, in practice, collaboration between the two parties has not been optimal. The main problem identified in this study is the lack of coordination between the village government and the community. This is due to the absence of regulations that clearly define the roles of each party and the limited capacity of existing human resources. As a result, the existing collaboration has not been systematic and has not fully supported the achievement of Kampung Nusantara's development goals. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study approach in Cintakarya Village. The findings of this study indicate that despite several obstacles, there are still positive efforts to improve collaboration between the village government and the community. Some of these efforts include the establishment of a joint communication forum, capacity building training, and program support from external partner institutions that play a role in supporting village development. This study recommends several steps to improve this collaboration, including increasing communication between the village government and the community, clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each party, and strengthening village institutions. This is expected to foster more effective collaboration, which in turn will support the achievement of sustainable development goals in Kampung Nusantara, Cintakarya Village. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening human resource capacity at both the village government and community levels.

This Community Service Program aimed to enhance the productivity of broomstick craftsmen in Karang Rejo Village by innovating a coconut leaf separator tool and developing an online sales module. Traditionally, the separation process was manual, labor-intensive, and time-consuming, limiting production and income. The team designed a simple yet effective tool that increased daily output from 1–5 bundles to 6–7 bundles. Additionally, a digital sales module using platforms like Shopee was introduced to expand market reach. As a result, the local community improved production efficiency and gained new knowledge in modern marketing strategies. This program not only empowers the community economically and technologically but also promotes environmental sustainability by utilizing coconut leaves as economic resources. By applying appropriate technology and a digital approach, this initiative serves as a replicable model of village empowerment through local innovation, contributing to long-term economic growth and ecological awareness in rural areas.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital transformation in IT governance using the COBIT 2019 framework. The research method includes the analysis of regulations, the role of IT, procurement models, implementation methods, and technology adoption strategies applied by the department. The findings show that IT implementation is predominantly strategic in nature, supporting the digitization of population services and enhancing data transparency. The IT procurement model comprises a combination of outsourcing (30%), cloud computing (30%), and insourcing (40%) to balance efficiency and system control. Agile methodology is the most dominant implementation method (50%), followed by DevOps (35%) for maintenance and traditional approaches (15%) for more structured projects. The department primarily adopts a "follower" technology adoption strategy (75%), reflecting a selective approach to digital innovation. Based on COBIT 2019 evaluation, the BAI (Build, Acquire, and Implement) domain is the main focus, with high scores in solution identification and improvement management (90) and change management (100), indicating the department’s readiness to adopt digital systems. However, challenges remain in information security, inter-agency data integration, and human resource readiness. The digital transformation of IT governance at the department has been systematically implemented, supporting the improvement of population service efficiency. Enhancements in security, infrastructure, and the strengthening of IT governance policies are necessary to optimize and sustain digital transformation implementation.
