One of changes that occur in puerperal ( post- partum is involution . uterus Involution or uterine contraction is a process uterus back into shape before pregnant . Uterine involution can also be regarded as the return of the uterus to its original state or condition before becoming pregnant. There are several factors that affect uterine involution including postpartum gymnastics. early mobility for maternal mothers, Early breastfeeding initiation, nutrition status, psychological age and parity factors. Early initiation of breastfeeding ( Inisiasi Menyusui dini or IMD ) is a breastfeeding process immediately after birth for 1 h. The purpose of research is to study influence of implementation early breastfeeding initiation ( IMD ) on the maternal uterine involution in BPS flora. This type of research is the study cohort analytic design Prospektive. Population and sample in this research is maternal in BPS flora in 2013 with techniques samples is concecutive sampling . The variables studied in this research is dependent and independent variables ,dependent variable studied were uterine involution while independent variables were early breastfeeding initiation (IMD). Quantitative data analysis include univariable and bivariate analysis with using t test. The results showed that average Height of uteri Fundus on day 6 postpartum that give Early Breastfeeding initiation ( IMD ) is 10,54 cm with standard deviation of 1.103 cm while Height of Fundus uteri in mother don;t give IMD is 13.33 with standard deviation 1,129 . based on statistical tests found an average difference both of them is p value of 0.000 with 95 % CI 2.143 to 3.440. There is a significant fundus height difference between mother that give IMD and who does not in BPS Flora . Health workers, particularly midwife are expected to be able to perform delivery assistance with IMD.

Background: Unpreparedness physically, psychologically, mentally and spiritually in facing this period will make mothers experience problems related to involution and postpartum pain. Many things are risk factors for failure of involution and lactation. These factors include mobilization, nutrition, lactation, environmental, cultural and family factors. Objective: To determine the effect of effleurage massage on reducing the pain scale due to uterine involution in postpartum mothers on day 1. Research Location: UPT Buay Pemaca Health Center. Research Method: Quantitative research type with a pre-experimental design type one group pretest and posttest. Results: Almost all postpartum mothers before being given effleurage massage experienced uterine involution pain on a moderate pain scale of 19 people (95%), more than half of postpartum mothers after being given effleurage massage experienced uterine involution pain on a moderate pain scale of 12 people (60 %), there is an influence of the Effluurge Massage Technique on Reducing the Pain Scale of Uterine Involution in Post Partum Mothers on Day 1. Conclusion: Effleurage massage can reduce the level of uterine involution pain in postpartum mothers.

Breastfeeding is one of the important roles for mothers and baby because apart from having great benefits for mothers and babies it also has the side effect of improving uterine involution. The Objective of research was to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in Telaga Health Center. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The statistical test results obtained the value of Chi-Square p = 0.038 with ? ? 0.05. the benefits of breastfeeding help mothers recover from the birth process. Breastfeeding during the first few days makes the uterus contract quickly and slows down bleeding (sucking on the nipples stimulates the release of natural oxytocin which will help uterine contractions). Breastfeeding is an important way for mothers to express love to their babies and make them feel comfortable. Thus, it can be concluded, there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and uterine involution in the Telaga Health Center Work Area. It is expected the Telaga Health Center will provide data or information from this research to provide and improve the quality of services for pregnant/postpartum women in preventing uterine subinvolution.

It is estimated that 60% of deaths in pregnancy occur after delivery and 50% of deaths postpartum within the first 24 hours. After the baby is born, the uterus which during labor contracts and retracts will become hard so that it can close the large blood vessels that lead to the former implantation of the placenta. If the involution process does not go well, a condition called uterine sub involution will arise. If the sub involution of the uterus is not handled properly, it will result in bleeding, for that the mother needs certain exercises that can accelerate the process of involution. According to several studies, to speed up the process of uterine involution, one of the recommended exercises is postpartum gymnastics, an integration model of relaxation techniques and exercises for the 'Otaria' abdominis muscles. The purpose of this study was to determine whether postpartum exercise model integration of relaxation techniques and 'Otaria' abdominis muscle exercises had an effect on the speed of uterine involution in post partum mothers at PKM Sayung 2, Demak Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the method used in this study is a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. The design used in this study was Post-test Only Control Group Design. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results showed that respondents who did puerperal exercise 'otaria' experienced uterine involution faster than respondents who did postpartum exercise with a value of (p-value <0.05) at TFU and (p-value <0.05) at lochia.   Keywords: Otaria Postpartum Gymnastics, Uterine Involution Speed
