Technological developments have had a huge impact on the banking system, one example of the impact of developments is increasingly modern payment systems such as mobile banking. Bank NTT is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services called B'pung mobile. This research aims to determine consumer preferences for mobile banking services at Bank NTT. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting structured interviews with informants and NTT bank customers. The research results show that consumer preferences for mobile banking services at NTT banks continue to experience positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, transaction security, feature and functional innovations are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several problems, namely a weak internet connection, no fingerprint feature and also a top up feature that is difficult to access.

This research explores the optimization of network utilization to enhance the efficiency of Shariah Mobile Banking services for customers. The study delves into the theoretical framework of Shariah Mobile Banking, elucidating its customer benefits, technology, and the role of networks. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study aims to examine the efficiency of Shariah Mobile Banking services. The findings underscore the paramount importance of efficiency in Shariah Mobile Banking and highlight the pivotal role of network concepts in augmenting this efficiency. The discussion also identifies hurdles encountered in optimizing Shariah Mobile Banking services and proposes viable solutions to overcome these challenges. This research contributes valuable insights for financial institutions and providers of Shariah Mobile Banking services to improve their service efficiency through network optimization. Additionally, it broadens the understanding of the customer benefits derived from Shariah Mobile Banking. The outcomes are anticipated to inform strategies and actions aimed at enhancing the overall user experience of Shariah Mobile Banking for customers.

This study looks at customer behavior on e-commerce platforms, with a particular emphasis on Shopee in Indonesia. The study involved 102 respondents to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results show that these factors have an impact on the repurchase intention of e-commerce customers on Shopee. The study was conducted using quantitative methods and used SPSS for statistical analysis. The results show that the components present in this study have an influence on customer repurchase intention. However, other factors not present in this study, for example, price, user experience, and promotion, may have a greater impact on customer repurchase intention than other factors. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the components that influence customers' willingness to make repeat purchases on e-commerce platforms. While product and service quality remain important, companies and marketers should consider these additional elements when they create their marketing strategies. This calls for further future research using large samples and deeper analysis to understand this more complex context and help run businesses better in the ever-evolving e-commerce market.

The younger generation is the largest group of internet users, they are the first generation to grow up with computers, the internet, smartphones, online social media and online shopping. They tend to have similarities in their online shopping behavior. This research aims to analyze the behavior and preferences of the younger generation towards e-commerce and their opinions regarding demands for the closure of e-commerce by some people in Indonesia. This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire method with 22 respondents aged 17-25 years and from high school students to university students. The findings of this research show that the younger generation is more likely to use e-commerce for shopping and tends to reject demands to close e-commerce by some members of society. The implication of this research is that e-commerce must improve service quality, user experience, and transaction security to meet the needs and expectations of the younger generation.

Website promotion is a process of increasing visibility, traffic, and online presence which is a way to find and attract potential visitors by listing the website on popular internet directions using Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Submission. With a more in-depth analysis of the quality of service on the website through the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, Banyan Tree Bintan can take more targeted corrective actions to improve interactions with guests, increase guest satisfaction levels, and optimize the communication and interaction goals to be achieved through the website. This research is a descriptive research with Content Analysis approach. This study used a sampling total technique. Data collection was carried out in July 2023. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Banyan Tree Bintan promotional website using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method from the aspects of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The results of this study indicate that the Banyan Tree Bintan website is quite good and does not experience any problems. However, in terms of timeliness, it needs improvement regarding response time and also quick responses.

This research discusses the influence of product quality, price and consumer experience on Wardah lipstick users. The aim of this research is to determine and explain the influence of product quality, price and customer experience on Wardah lipstick users. This research was conducted from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023 with a population of 176 consumers. The sample who repeatedly purchased Wardah lipstick at the Riska store was 122 consumers from 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023. The sampling method for this research used purposive sampling.The results of the research are that product quality has a partial effect on Wardah lipstick product loyalty at the Riska Store with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Price has a partial effect on Wardah lipstick product loyalty at the Riska Store with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Customer experience partially influences Wardah lipstick product loyalty at the Riska Store with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Product quality, price, customer experience have a significant effect on Wardah lipstick product loyalty at the Riska Store simultaneously with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform. Thei collected datai were analyzedi using descriptiveistatistical techniquesiand factorianalysis toiidentify theifactorsithat influenceithe useiof QRISiin Palangkai RayaiCity. The results of the study show that the use of QRIS in Palangka Raya City has experienced significant developments in the last two years. Factorsithat influenceithe use ofi QRISi are ease of use, transaction security, and financial benefits. The implication ofi the resultsi of thisi study isi that therei is a needi to improve education andi outreach about using QRIS as an alternative to non-cash payment systems in Palangka Raya City.
