Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. Radio Communications Media of the Republic of Indonesia (RRI) Aims to: Objectives 1) To find out the role of one of the communication media, in this case Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Biak, which is used as a means of information presented by Radio in the form of news events, information and environmental education to the community through non-formal channels. 2) To find out the responses given by the community regarding radio programs/broadcasts related to the environment. Subjective Objectives to fulfill one of the requirements in completing a bachelor's degree at the North Sulawesi University of Technology. To find out the expectations and experiences of the listeners of RRI Biak, the data collection technique in this study was the data triangulation method. Document analysis is carried out before respondents or informants, direct interviews will be conducted with respondents or informants along with direct observations in the field. The data analysis used in this research is using qualitative analysis. Data analysis is a process in which the data is simplified into a form that is easier to read and interpret. This research was also conducted in the Biak Numfor City area of ​​RRI Biak, with the criteria of the respondents being radio broadcast listeners. Based on the results of interviews with several respondents or informants, it can be concluded several things as follows: RRI can be a bridge or link of information to the community regarding an event or events that occur.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is one of the health IT applications that is becoming a trend around the world. EMRs are considered to improve the overall quality of care and have an impact on patient safety. EMRs can also help reduce costs, improve accessibility, and improve the quality of hospital services. Therefore, the preparedness analysis of the implementation of EMR with the DOQ-IT approach (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology) is the goal of this research. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken from all the officers who were in direct contact with the medical records at AMC Aisyiyah Clinic. Sampling technique using a total sampling of eight officers. Primary data collection is done with a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis of frequencies, percentages, graphs and tables. From the results of analysis using the DOQ-IT method obtained a total score of 104.75 belongs to category III which shows that human resources, organizational work culture, governance and leadership, IT infrastructure AMC Aisyiyah Clinic is ready to take advantage of EMR as well as overcome the potential challenges for successful adoption of the EMR.

: Indonesia, as a developing country, has a fairly large teenage population. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that teenagers are residents in the age range of 10-19 years. However, one of the developments in the industrial revolution 4.0 is a big leap in the information and communication technology sector. The development of technology among teenagers has triggered quite an increase in the use of smartphones so that it can influence teenage behavior, where teenagers also participate in sexting behavior, causing concern in various circles. The term sexting refers to the sending and receiving of sexual images through some form of virtual messaging where someone sends messages or material in the form of images and videos electronically, especially via smartphones, the internet and other electronic media. With the increasing number of teenagers and very complex teenage problems, especially the most prominent problem is teenage sexual behavior, which is the beginning of teenage reproductive health problems, this service aims to increase teenagers' knowledge about sexting behavior in order to avoid sexting behavior. The method used is a pre-test and post-test after health education regarding sexting behavior. The results show that the majority of teenagers' knowledge before counseling was less than 12 teenagers or 80%. Meanwhile, teenagers' knowledge before being given counseling was lowest at Good knowledge, namely 1 person or 6.67%. Teenagers' knowledge after counseling was highest in good knowledge, namely 14 people or 93.33%. This is an appropriate benchmark for the success of counseling.

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Information Technology (IT) on Modern Accounting Systems. The research background reflects a shift in the traditional accounting paradigm towards the increasingly rampant application of information technology. The research method used is literature analysis and case studies. Research findings reveal that IT implementation in modern accounting systems not only increases the efficiency and accuracy of data processing, but also makes a significant contribution to strategic decision making and risk management. The implications of this research include the need to develop IT competencies for accounting professionals, as well as the importance of information security policies in managing financial data. Thus, this research provides insight into the crucial role of IT in the transformation of modern accounting systems and highlights important aspects that need to be considered in facing technological developments in the accounting field.

Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

The teacher's ability to plan learning is a very vital aspect in achieving educational goals. This research aims to explore various aspects of teachers' abilities, including their understanding of the curriculum, diversity of learning strategies, and the use of information technology in the teaching process. The results of the analysis of teachers' abilities in managing learning planning can become a basis for further improvement and development. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore and analyze teachers' abilities in developing learning plans at SD IT An-Najah. The population of this study were all teachers who taught at SD IT An-Najah. The main research instruments are in-depth interviews and observation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display and verification stages. The research results show that there are challenges and potential for development at SD IT An-Najah. Even though the majority of teachers have a good understanding of the curriculum, it needs to be understood that the integration of information technology is a problem that needs to be overcome.

The development of the era of business actors utilizing technology is certainly due to globalization which affects industrial markets in each country to abroad. Oligopoly is very influential in industrial markets because of pressure on prices and new ideas from competitors and supported by digital technology hence industrial market activities to retain consumers. In addition to the effect, business actors get large profits due to increasingly sophisticated information technology. The influence of globalization can encourage large companies to innovate their businesses and be able to integrate in the global market.

In the era of technology, it requires everyone to always be ready to utilize all technology-based media for both work and communication. Especially for academics, in last semester students at Universitas PGRI Madiun to produce graduates who are smart, competitive and have entrepreneurial skills. To achieve this mission, before graduating, students are equipped with skills in understanding competencies in the field of information technology with training and IT competency tests using the GMetrix and Certiport platforms as internationally recognized exam service provider portals in the IT field. The team uses blended methods for implementing this service activity. The final result of this IT training and mentoring activity was that 80% of the total + 1039 participants successfully passed with a very good score of 700-800 and a minimum passing point of 700. Proof of graduation is in the form of an international standard certificate in the IT field.

The activity partner is the Arrahmah women's group, a coastal community of Pinggir Papas who processes mangroves into cookies. This processed mangrove product has relatively low marketing where it is only produced when there is an order for an important exhibition or event. Generally, mangrove cookies are sold in bulk or without packaging. Where the packaging used is plastic packaging without labels or product information. One effort that can support the development of the mangrove cookies business is by providing attractive and informative packaging technology so that it can increase product purchasing power. Partners themselves do not yet have the skills to design attractive packaging that can increase product purchasing power. As is the problem with micro businesses, the skills possessed by partners in entrepreneurship and creating product attractiveness are still low. One effort to improve product marketing is by designing attractive packaging and providing entrepreneurial training to partners. The output of this activity is partner empowerment in the form of increasing entrepreneurial skills and increasing product attractiveness through attractive and informative packaging designs. This article aims to find out about teacher skills in designing a student worksheet (LKS) at SDN 060909 Medan Denai. The method used by researchers is a qualitative research method using interview and observation data collection techniques for one research subject, namely the class 1 teacher at SDN 060909 Medan Denai. Using interview and observation data collection techniques. The research results show that the teacher's skills in designing a student worksheet are good. It can be seen from the teacher's ability to utilize technology such as using the Canva application to design a worksheet and also using the LKS web on Google as well as the design results which are quite interesting accompanied by animated images that are appropriate for the age of elementary school students. The LKS designed by research subjects is very simple, therefore there are several important components that are not included in the LKS designed, such as the competencies to be achieved and supporting information.

The growth of the digital world greatly influences the national economy and has a positive impact on the business world in the fields of technology and information. Tthis research intends to analyze financial reports in measuring financial performance in startup companies. The sample used in this research was PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. The data used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This research analysis uses financial ratio formula calculations consisting of liquidity ratios, laverage ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios as analytical tools used to measure the financial performance of startup companies. The results of the research show that the company liquidity performance is classified as very good, the activity ratio is classified as good in the total assets turnover ratio, is classified as poor, and the profitability ratio shows a fairly good level of profit generation.

This journal explores the optimization of information technology service processes in construction materials laboratories, with a focus on meeting the needs of the people of East Kalimantan. Through the use of the latest methods and technology, this research aims to increase the efficiency, availability and accessibility of technological information in the laboratory. The research results show that implementing this optimization strategy can significantly improve information technology services, support progress in the construction sector, and make a positive contribution to the people of East Kalimantan. The influence of the development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) on the world of education, so that both teachers and students are required to always adapt to existing developments. Technology is the result of knowledge originating from the world of education therefore the world of education should utilize technology to increase efficiency in learning. Chemistry among students is still considered material that is difficult to understand. One of its attractions is the abstract nature of chemical material. Chemistry learning does not only include theoretical learning but also includes practical activities. This research was carried out to determine the effect of using a virtual laboratory on students' skills during direct practicum. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that uses a lot of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data and presentation of the results. A total of 52 students in class XI, Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Sliyeg. Presenting the results in the form of a representative table will increase the reader's level of understanding and make it easier to access information. Virtual laboratories help students understand the practical process. Based on the results of data analysis obtained from filling out the questionnaire, it was found that 78.8% or the majority of students answered agreeing that the virtual laboratory had an effect on increasing pH testing. This proves that the use of virtual laboratories can be a way out so that when doing direct practicum students do not experience difficulties and the practicum runs more effectively.
