The Indonesian Navy Academy is a military educational institution that produces cadets to become professional and reliable Indonesian Navy officers. Cadets are required to have strong physical and mental strength to achieve responsiveness, resilience, and resilience in undergoing education, training, and upbringing. To support learning and training activities, quality food intake and service are required. Quality meal service is needed in order to increase the satisfaction of AAL cadets during meal activities in the Hadiwinarso Rds Loungeroom. For this reason, qualified Human Resources are needed to man the Hadiwinarso Rds Loungeroom, namely Cooks and Waiters in improving meal services for cadets. The researcher focused on personnel development and made it as input to optimize the cooks and waiters in the Hadwinarso Rds Loungeroom to improve meal services for cadets. In this study, the SWOT method was used to reveal internal and external factors that influence the performance of Waiters and Cooks. This study is expected to find the right optimization strategy by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. After conducting a SWOT analysis, a strategy was obtained to optimize Waiters and Cooks with a combination strategy of Weakness-Opportunity in quadrant III. W-O strategy (supporting the Turn-Around strategy) namely the organization faces enormous opportunities, but on the other hand faces several internal obstacles/weaknesses with the focus of the strategy being to minimize internal weaknesses so that it can seize better opportunities. The results of the study show that the W-O Strategy that the author found is Strategy 1: Given training/courses according to their fields so that they can work optimally and acquire new skills, Strategy 2: Cooks and Waiters have experience in supporting protocol activities at AAL well. Working well and having experience is capital to open up opportunities for PHL to be appointed as PNS or promoted to division head/kitchen head by considering the working time and amount of experience during AAL, Strategy 3: AAL needs to have standardization in recruiting workers so that later workers are ready to be placed to work according to their fields and open up opportunities to continue improving skills/abilities through courses/training provided by AAL. Meanwhile, to standardize recruitment, researchers provide specific requirements for job applicants interested in becoming cooks and waiters at the Loungeroom at Rd. S Hadi Winarso

Pre-production photography is a comprehensive stage of preparation and planning before the production and post-production stages. This stage includes determining ideas, visual concepts, technical planning, location selection, and budget and schedule management. This stage is crucial to ensure the smooth running and success of production by minimising problems during shooting. Conceptual photography is photography with a design that carries a specific concept. This type of photography is included in fine art photography, which focuses on conveying ideas and abstract feelings through images. The resulting photographs prioritise the idea behind the work and often use imagination. The pre-production stage of the conceptual photography ‘Mother's Hands’ depicts mothers as loving and strong figures who maintain their identity as women with traditional Javanese nuances. This work conveys a message about the balance between domestic roles and self-esteem and reflects cultural values. The balance between the roles of woman and mother is the concept. The mother is the bearer of household responsibilities and an educator, while also being a woman who maintains her dignity and appearance with grace as a form of self-respect. Visually, this photographic work presents a Javanese mother who is a housewife and her accomplished daughter, who is the result of her mother's upbringing. The photoshoot took place indoors, with gebyok accents and other supporting props in line with the concept. The final result of the conceptual photography ‘Tangan Ibu’ is a photo that combines aesthetic and narrative elements through a meaningful visual presentation. This work provides an experience that is not only visually appealing but also invites emotional engagement from the audience. It can also serve as a reference for photography.

This study examines the reception of Riau University students regarding sharing culture with the "first person challenge" in @Iben M.A TikTok content. Using Stuart Hall's reception analysis approach with qualitative methodology, this research involved interviews with ten students from diverse faculties. The findings reveal three distinct reception positions: dominant (three informants who fully accept the content as positive sharing culture), negotiated (five informants who accept with reservations about public display of charity), and oppositional (two informants who reject the content as exploitation or virtue signaling). Reception differences were influenced by economic background, religion, parental upbringing, education, interests, and habits. Despite varying interpretations, most informants recognized the content's positive impact while expressing concerns about maintaining the essence of sharing culture in digital media representation..

Children's behavior patterns are vulnerable to environmental influences. The attitudes and responses given by children are very much determined by the patterns of upbringing and the patterns of students from their environment, especially in the toddler years (0-5 years) which is called the golden age. .The process of independence in early childhood is crucial for their development, especially in Kindergarten (TK) environments. However, the phenomenon of sibling rivalry often affects this development. This study aims to examine the relationship between sibling rivalry and independence development in early childhood at TK Islam Sultan Agung 4 Semarang. This study employed a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach, and a sample was taken using total sampling techniques involving 74 respondents. Instruments were used to measure sibling rivalry and independence development. Data analysis was performed through univariate and bivariate analysis with Somers' d test. The results showed that the majority of respondents were male (42 people) and most were 5 years old. In addition, 61 respondents experienced high levels of sibling rivalry, while 44 respondents showed low levels of independence. Bivariate testing produced a ρ-Value of 0.413, indicating no significant relationship between sibling rivalry and independence development, with an r-value of -0.119 indicating a very weak relationship. These findings indicate that other factors, such as limited sampling, parental upbringing patterns, socio-economic conditions, and environmental influences, may also influence the results. Therefore, further research with a larger sample and considering external factors is recommended to obtain more comprehensive results.

Hedonistic lifestyles have become a common phenomenon among students, driven by technological advances, modernization and social pressure. This article aims to explain the relationship between a hedonistic lifestyle and self-image in students, the influencing factors, and the impact on their behavior. The research was carried out using the literature study method, by analyzing literature and related research results. A hedonic lifestyle is characterized by consumer behavior, a desire for social recognition, and a focus on personal pleasure. The main factors that influence this lifestyle include family upbringing, peer influence, and relationships with partners. The impact of hedonic behavior includes excessive spending on non-essential needs, dependence on social trends, and lack of awareness of financial management. Additionally, college students are often caught in a cycle of excessive consumption, driven by social media and online shopping trends. This research highlights the need for awareness of wise financial management and positive social influence to help students live more balanced lives.

This study aims to understand the process of social ethics formation among children in Talian Kereng Village in response to the influence of modernization and technological advancements. The research was conducted through a Community Service Program (KKN) that involved in-depth interviews and direct observations of the social lives of children in the village. The findings reveal that the role of family, community leaders, and religious institutions is crucial in instilling social ethical values in children from an early age. In this village, community leaders and religious figures are still highly respected and seen as role models in preserving traditional values. However, significant challenges arise from technological advancements, particularly the use of social media, which influences the perspectives and behavior of children. Many children are becoming influenced by social media content that does not always align with local norms. Additionally, the lack of parental involvement in upbringing, either due to their busy schedules or limited knowledge of parenting in the digital era, exacerbates this situation. Economic disparities also contribute to differences in children's access to technology, ultimately affecting the extent of their exposure to these influences. This study recommends a comprehensive approach that combines formal education, family roles, and community control over the impact of technology. Furthermore, the reinforcement of religious values and local traditions must be strengthened to address the challenges of modernization. In this way, positive social ethics can continue to be preserved and instilled in the younger generation of Talian Kereng Village

The existence of a leader in an organization/company/country is important and must exist. A leader must have good managerial skills and excel in providing examples and direction to his subordinates. Because with a good and superior theory and leadership style, you will be able to form superior character and human resources that are felt by employees and their subordinates. One of the characteristics of a leader that is needed in this modern era is example, honesty and high discipline as well as the ability to manage emotions in various matters, both in responding to the company/organization and in dealing with subordinates who are deemed to need special handling. In this research, it was found that the facts and influence of a leader in shaping the character of the people he leads cannot be separated from the upbringing of a leader who will later have superior character in facing Indonesia in the future or golden Indonesia 2045.

The cultivation of students' morals by Islamic Education teachers is of utmost importance in both worldly and spiritual life. Its aim is to shape the character of students with noble virtues according to Islamic teachings, such as obedience to Allah and His Messenger, and respect for parents. The process of moral upbringing is conducted continuously and systematically to transform and instill positive attitudes and behaviors in students, with the goal of achieving happiness in both this world and the hereafter.This study employs a literature review approach to identify the role of Islamic Education teachers in nurturing students' morals. Teachers of Islamic Education bear moral and professional responsibilities to provide continuous and guided guidance so that students can internalize Islamic moral values in their daily lives.The conclusion of this study affirms that the cultivation of students' morals by Islamic Education teachers is a strategic effort to shape a generation that is of high quality both morally and spiritually. This effort is crucial in preparing students to face life's challenges and to pursue happiness in both the present life and the afterlife

A pesantren is one of the oldest educational institutions in Indonesia, with the primary goal not only to enhance the thinking of its students but also their morality, ethics, and spirituality. Pesantren plays a crucial role in shaping the character of the students through education and upbringing that align with Islamic teachings, led by Kyai and Nyai. This upbringing aims to eliminate negative habits and internalize positive values. This research explores the methods of upbringing and social guidance in pesantren, particularly in creating a religious atmosphere. The methods applied include democratic, permissive, and authoritarian approaches, emphasizing discipline, responsibility, and character education. A case study at the Islamic Center Bin Baz Pesantren shows that this pesantren integrates formal and religious education, preparing students to become individuals of strong character who can contribute positively to society.

This article investigates how Islamic tales might be used to teach moral lessons to young children. The research hinges on the idea that Islamic storytellers can effectively teach religious morals to primary school students by using relatable, real-world examples. class absences, class lists, class decisions, and classes that will be awarded are just some of the activities carried out by MI educators in the Panyabungan Model. Researchers play integral roles throughout the entire process, from ideation to implementation to data collecting and analysis and finally report writing, in this method of conducting qualitative research. Methods of information gathering that include keeping detailed notes and conducting interviews. Secondary statistics come from the documentation of Grade III A in the MI Model of Cooperative Education, while primary data come from teachers and students in that grade. According to the results of this research, there is a multi-step process involved in integrating the Islamic storytelling technique into the third-year curriculum of Akidah Akhlak at the MI Model Panyabungan. First and foremost, a person's upbringing, environment, and access to educational materials can all strengthen or weaken Islamic worldviews. The data collection technique in this research is analysis of literature, books, scientific articles, and various other scientific reading sources related to the material discussed in this research, namely citizenship education as a means of forming national identity. Citizenship Education has a strategic role in preparing intelligent citizens. Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System has regulated Citizenship Education for formal education starting from primary, secondary and higher education, and also for non-formal education. The upbringing of Citizenship Education in formal education institutions is aimed at students, designed curricularly and processed through learning activities. Citizenship education is expected to be a guide in instilling character and a sense of love for the country for the formation of Indonesian national identity. However, the presence of globalization in people's lives certainly has both positive and negative impacts. Meanwhile development Psychosocial includes emotional, social and cognitive development. Stunting is a physical growth problem that causes children to not be able to grow as they should and causes a linear decrease in growth rate. One of the causes of stunting in Bungkuk Village is the upbringing and eating pattern taught by parents to their toddlers. In this study, we use an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) strategy to show how changes in knowledge about stunting are influenced by health education. In conclusion, efforts to prevent and treat stunting in the community will include good knowledge as a provision. This community service approach using the ABCD method can increase public awareness about stunting. Supported by guidance and assistance provided by village health post midwives and posyandu cadres to ensure that anyone who may experience symptoms that result in stunting is immediately treated. The need for awareness and parental participation in preventing this is proven by the decline in the effectiveness of the stunting prevention work program and knowledge in Bungkuk Village.

Interfaith marriage is a complex issue and often becomes a subject of debate in Indonesian society. In both legal and religious contexts, this type of marriage faces various challenges, particularly from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and the Indonesian Marriage Law. This journal aims to analyze the problems surrounding interfaith marriage in Indonesia by examining Islamic legal views, regulatory frameworks, and the resulting social implications. From the fiqh perspective, the majority of scholars agree that a Muslim woman is not permitted to marry a non-Muslim man, whereas the marriage of a Muslim man to a woman from the People of the Book (Ahl al-Kitab) remains a topic of debate, depending on social context and public interest (maslahah). This reflects how Islamic law prioritizes the stability of faith (aqidah), household leadership, and the continuation of religious values in the upbringing of children. From the standpoint of national law, Indonesia’s Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 places the validity of a marriage under the religious laws of the respective parties, making it difficult for interfaith marriages to be officially registered. As a result, such couples often face administrative barriers, issues in inheritance law, child custody rights, and social discrimination. This study concludes that a fair and constructive approach is necessary in addressing this issue, while preserving religious principles and maintaining social harmony in Indonesian society.

The problem in this study is the impact of orphanage parenting on the behavior of the children at the Ibrahim Situjuah Batua orphanage. Which parenting style is applied by the foster parents in the orphanage will have a major effect on a child's behavior because it is from the parenting style that the behavior will be maturely formed, both good behavior and bad behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the parenting style of the orphanage on children's behavior. This study used a descriptive method with data collection techniques by means of observation and interviews. With the observation and interviews, the data obtained is clearer and more accurate.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the characterization of the short film Lenyap dalam Sunyiusing Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The meaning of the denotation related to the depiction of the film characters Vanishing in Silence appears in scene 1 with the main characters Prana, and Bardi with the boarding house setting in the morning, then the supporting characters, namely Ziya and Sukma, appear in scenes 4 and 5, scenes meeting at the campus park. The connotative meaning that appears in the character description of the film Lenyap dalam Sunyiis that the character Bardi is a religious person, Bardi is a figure who always reminds Prana in terms of kindness. Prana is a young man who is energetic, looks fashionable, and likes poetry (a poetic person), while Ziya is a Muslim woman, marked by a syar'i dress that covers her nakedness. Ziya is a cousin of Bardi, while Sukma is a symbol of a Muslim woman who is characterized by wearing a khimar and syar'i robe that covers her genitals. Sukma's character is different from Ziya, the depiction of Sukma's character is an energetic woman who seems shy. The myth in this study is the reality that occurs in society that everyone has different characters according to the upbringing of both parents, as well as their education.
