Efficient and integrated public transportation services are a strategic need in sustainable urban development. The Surabaya City Government through the Transportation Department initiated the Wira-Wiri Feeder service on the Bratang-Pasar Turi route (FD07) as a feeder mode that connects densely active areas in the east and west of the city. This study aims to evaluate the implementation and performance of FD07 services using the public policy evaluation framework of William N. Dunn (2003) which includes the dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, justice, responsiveness, and policy accuracy. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of FD07 services has been running according to operational procedures with an average of 651 passengers per day, supported by field supervision and the Surabaya Integrated Urban Transport System (SIUTS) digital system. However, there are still obstacles in the form of limited fleet numbers, non-professional drivers, limitations of senior mechanics, and inadequate system development budgets. Dunn's six-dimensional evaluation shows that the effectiveness and efficiency of the service are in the medium category, with the main challenges being the accuracy of schedules and the accessibility of bus stop facilities for people with disabilities. This study concludes that improving the quality of human resources, adding fleets, strengthening digital systems, and massive public socialization are strategic steps to realize effective, inclusive, and sustainable feeder services in the city of Surabaya.

Farmers are grappling with drought challenges that jeopardize rice production. To address this, the government is promoting the use of water pumps and the construction of reservoirs. However, reservoir development comes with specific stipulations, such as the land used needing to be owned by the village or government. Climate change poses a significant challenge to Indonesia's agricultural sector. The pump irrigation program has emerged as a crucial solution for water scarcity in farmlands. This research was conducted in Belangturi Village, Ruteng District, Manggarai Regency, chosen purposively due to its status as a key rice paddy development area. The study took place from December 2023 to April 2024, employing simple random sampling. Data indicates there are 40 active rice paddy farmers in Belang Turi Village. An economic analysis forecasts substantial benefits from this program, including a 20-30% increase in rice production, an improved cropping index, crop diversification, and a 40-60% rise in farmer income. The financial analysis yields highly positive results: an NPV of IDR 450,000,000, an IRR of 18%, a Payback Period of 4.5 years, and a BCR of 1.75, all strongly indicating a highly feasible investment. From a social standpoint, pump irrigation is desperately needed and enthusiastically supported by the community. It's perceived as vital for overcoming critical water shortages, enhancing welfare, and improving access to education and healthcare. Therefore, implementing this pump irrigation system is highly recommended as a comprehensive solution for sustainable agricultural development in Belang Turi Village.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) serve as a key pillar of Indonesia’s national economy, contributing significantly to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment absorption. Nevertheless, MSME actors continue to face various challenges, including limited access to capital, low digital literacy, and bureaucratic hurdles in business licensing. Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (UU Cipta Kerja) was introduced as a regulatory breakthrough to address these obstacles by simplifying bureaucracy, offering business incentives, and easing access to digital markets. This study focuses on the implementation of this policy in Kampung Batik Turi, Blitar City, a hub of local wisdom-based MSMEs. The research aims to analyze the local-level application of the Job Creation Law, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and assess its impact on the growth and independence of batik MSME actors. The findings are expected to offer practical recommendations to strengthen the alignment between national regulation and the actual needs of regional MSMEs, fostering more inclusive and sustainable MSME empowerment.

Anemia during pregnancy remains a widespread public health issue, especially due to iron deficiency. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between maternal age, number of antenatal care (ANC) visits, and compliance with iron supplement intake with the incidence of anemia among pregnant women at Turi Health Center in Lamongan Regency. This research employed a cross-sectional approach involving 55 pregnant women who were chosen using a multistage random sampling technique. Information was collected through interviews and hemoglobin level measurements conducted using a digital hemoglobin meterThe results indicated that 69.1% of the participants belonged to the non-risk age category, 34.5% exhibited moderate adherence to iron tablet intake, and 60% were found to be anemic. Statistical analysis revealed a significant correlation between maternal age (p = 0.004), number of ANC visits (p = 0.014), and compliance with iron supplement tablets (p = 0.000) with the level of anemia. This indicates the presence of a statistically significant association between maternal age, frequency of ANC visits, and level of compliance with iron supplement tablet consumption related to the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Therefore, pregnant women are advised to have frequent ANC and consume iron supplement regularly to prevent anemia.

One of the leading factors contributing to neonatal mortality is low birth weight (LBW), which is often associated with maternal conditions such as Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). Cases of CED remain relatively common in the operational area of Puskesmas Turi. In 2022, East Java reported an LBW prevalence of 3.96%, which is 0.66% higher than the national average. The coverage of antenatal care (ANC) visits shows a declining trend: 100.8% for the first visit (K1), 94% for the fourth visit (K4), and only 83.1% for the sixth visit (K6), indicating irregular adherence to ANC schedules among pregnant women. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between infant birth weight and maternal weight gain during pregnancy, as well as the level of ANC compliance in the Puskesmas Turi area. The study design employed a cross-sectional approach with a multistage random sampling technique involving 84 mothers. Data were collected through direct interviews and documentation from the maternal and child health (KIA) book. Data analysis was conducted using the chi-square test and Fisher exact test. The results revealed a significant association between maternal weight gain and infant birth weight (p = 0.000), as well as between ANC compliance and infant birth weight (p = 0.002). The role of health cadres is crucial in improving ANC adherence and the nutritional status of pregnant women.

The implementation of Regional Autonomy will encourage an increase in the welfare of the regional people, especially the poor. With Regional Autonomy, it will be easier for the poor to access resources and develop their potential to be able to increase the progress of their respective regions, so that the gap between regions and the center can be narrowed. This is because rebellions and separatist actions in the regions, according to some experts, originate from regional assessments that do not fairly receive most of the country's wealth originating from the regions. So the roots of these political demands are demands for economic justice, an unfair distribution of the cake between the center and the regions. The method used in this study is a method of quantitative data analysis and data analysis method using a path diagram with 6 dimensions of measurement, namely, factors supporting regional finance (Regional Original Income, Central Government Transfer Income, Regional Transfers, Investment, Degree of Economic Exploitation), Financing Development, and Level of People's Welfare in Kutai Kartanegara Regency in 2013-2021. Regional Own Revenue, Central Government Transfer Funds, Transfers to Regions, and Investments have a significant effect on development financing in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. However, the degree of direct economic exploitation has no significant effect on development financing and the level of welfare in Kutai Kartanegara Regency.

In aviation, two important factors can affect passenger satisfaction: time efficiency in service, especially in the baggage claim process, and airline image. These two activities also apply to passengers at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the duration of baggage claim and airline image on passenger satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection. It distributes questionnaires to 105 Citilink Indonesia passengers and 105 Batik Air passengers who claim their baggage in the arrivals area. In addition, it uses baggage manifest data in the form of first baggage (fi-bag) and last baggage (la-bag) time data. The data is then analyzed using the t-test (partial test) and f-test (simultaneous test). The results of the study indicate that partially, the Baggage Claim Duration variable has a significant effect on the Passenger Satisfaction variable, both for Citilink Airlines (sig.=0.30) and Batik Air (sig.0.035). The results of the study indicate that partially, the Airline Image variable has a significant effect on the Passenger Satisfaction variable for both Citilink Airlines (sig.=0.000) and Batik Air (sig.=0.000). Furthermore, the Baggage Claim Duration and Airline Image variables simultaneously affect the Passenger Satisfaction variable, with a significance of 0.000 for both Citilink and Batik Air Airlines.
