Studi Administrasi Publik dan ilmu Komunikasi 2026 Asosiasi Peneliti Dan Pengajar Ilmu Sosial Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction in paying tuition fees (UKT) through the BRImo application at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The research applies the service quality (SERVQUAL) framework, which consists of five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation. Participants included students who actively use the BRImo application for UKT payments as well as staff responsible for tuition management. Data analysis followed a systematic process involving data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions to ensure accuracy and clarity of findings. The results indicate that using the BRImo application for tuition payment offers significant convenience and efficiency, allowing students to complete transactions without physically visiting the university payment office. Despite these benefits, several challenges were identified, including failed transactions, delays in payment confirmation, and suboptimal responses from customer service staff. Overall, the study concludes that student satisfaction with tuition payments via BRImo is considered fairly good. Nevertheless, improvements in reliability and responsiveness are recommended to further enhance the user experience and optimize the quality of service provided.

Majelis : Jurnal Hukum Indonesia 2025 Asosiasi Peneliti dan Pengajar Ilmu Hukum Indonesia

This article examines the juridical aspects of online loans (pinjol) as an alternative method for Indonesian students to pay tuition fees (SPP and UKT), with a focus on the partnership between universities and fintech institutions like Danacita. Using normative legal methods and literature analysis, the study finds that while online lending platforms are legally regulated under POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016, there are still gaps in legal protection for students as consumers. The lack of targeted consumer protection, transparency, and financial literacy raises serious risks of over-indebtedness and academic dropout. This paper calls for more stringent government oversight, improved regulatory enforcement by OJK, and the development of accessible, fair educational financing alternatives.

This research method is a quantitative method. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis which was calculated using the IMB SPSS 26 program. The hypothesis test used was a simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and test of the coefficient of determination (R2 test). The population in this study were 132 active semester VIII students of the accounting study program at Nusa Nipa Maumere University. The results of this study indicate, based on the results of the F test simultaneously the variables of motivation, tuition fees and length of education have a significant effect on the interest of accounting students to take PPAk. However, based on the t test, only motivation has an influence and is significant on the interest of accounting students to take PPAk with a tcount > ttable (6.342 > 2.000) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. while the cost of education and length of education did not affect the interest of accounting students to take PPAk with tcount < ttable (0.881 < 2.000) and tcount < ttable (1.169 < 2.000).
