Sales and purchase agreements that occur electronically between sellers and buyers create online buying and selling. Internet and social media users in Indonesia, online E-Commerce businesses are increasingly growing. E-Commerce is business activities involving consumers, manufacturers, service providers and intermediaries using computer networks, namely the internet. E-Commerce users are also of various ages, because there are many conveniences when shopping online, just open the desired E-Commerce application, choose the items you buy and the goods arrive as desired within a few days. The increasing number of online buying and selling has indirectly influenced changes in legal regulations. The rules that apply in Indonesia are still unclear regarding electronic buying and selling. This is due to the fact that the conditions necessary for the validity of an electronic agreement have not been specifically regulated. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of electronic contract agreements in E-Commerce transactions in terms of civil law. In this research, normative research methods were used. This method involves processing data from legal regulations and applying rules or norms as the basis for research. Research results Electronic documents are binding and recognized as valid evidence to provide legal certainty regarding the operation of electronic systems and electronic transactions, especially for proof and related to legal actions carried out through electronic systems

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

Recording financial transactions is an important activity that must be carried out by a business. In accounting, recording financial transactions is a fundamental thing that must be done. With these records, all business financial transactions can be accounted for and brought to the financial statements. Computerized technology using barcodes in payment transactions has the aim of increasing speed, accuracy, and service quality. In carrying out payment administration activities still using the manual system will have an impact on the Administrative officer having difficulty finding data on students who want to pay and the network (LAN) has not been implemented on the computer is also a problem at the research site, because to share data with the treasurer and principal becomes constrained, data can be damaged, lost or misused because its security is not guaranteed. In solving these problems, the researchers collected data and facts that existed at the research site, then designed a payment administration information that was in accordance with the needs of the school. In making Administrative Information System Integrated With Barcode Reader, researchers used Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, MySQL Server database as data storage media and Subtime Text as tools to create source code. In the preparation of this application using object-oriented methods.

This study aims to determine the optimization of digital transactions in the School Procurement Information System (SIPLah) at PT. Intan Pariwara. The research analysis used was an analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach. While the data collection method uses interview methods and observation methods. The results of the research on each parameter, the technology, marketing, transaction, customer service, product management and finance. SIPLah PT. Intan Pariwara has advantages compared to other SIPlah partners in the system and website appearance. Even so, it still has disadvantages, namely for the payment method it only has one payment method which makes the buyer have no choice.

Nirwana Collection is a shell craftsman in Kendal Regency. Nirwana Collection does not yet have a system for calculating the cost of production. In accounting records done manually, the data is not well organized and has not produced information as expected. Nirwana Collection produces goods based on orders, the calculation of the cost of production is still not correct, because it does not calculate other costs incurred and only focuses on raw materials. This of course results in an inaccurate selling price and results in a profit that is not as expected. The Accounting Information System for the Cost of Production at the Nirwana Collection with the Job Order Costing method can process recordings and transactions at the Nirwana Collection more effectively, as well as making it easier to produce production cost reports quickly and accurately.

Accounting information systems play an important role in recording a company's transactions. Because it can assist companies in working on their financial reports, so that the resulting data is well organized and can speed up the data processing process. CV. RR Wasilah Teknik is a company engaged in welding and lathe services. The main problem that occurs in this company is that it is still recording transactions manually and using Microsoft excel. This results in the system not running effectively and efficiently. So, it is necessary to make a computerized application. The research method is applied to the research phase such as data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results of the study are cash management applications that help companies record incoming and outgoing cash transactions. This application helps the system running in the company to be more effective and efficient.

The platforms are usually owned by individuals, in the village of Pangkalan Dewa, West Kotawaringin Regency, there are 5 palm oil platforms, one of which is the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. Many farmers sell their oil palm harvests to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform, this can be seen from the farmer data in 2021 that there are 200-250 permanent farmers who sell their oil palm harvests to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. on the other platforms there are less than 100 farmers. This type of research is field research. Subjects consist of employees and farmers who sell their crops to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. The technique of determining the subject is purposive sampling. The data analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The buying and selling system of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform is to pick up the fruit to the farmer's land or the farmer delivers it directly to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform, then the fruit is weighed using a ram scale, the fruit that has been weighed will be paid by the platform in cash with a receipt of the sale. The buying and selling system of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform in terms of transactions and pricing is legal according to Islam because there are no violations of Islamic sharia provisions. The presence of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform has a positive value for farmers and can improve the economic welfare of oil palm farmers.

MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. This community service activity is carried out so that people have an understanding of Islamic banking. This service activity is carried out for people who live in the Timbangan Village, North Padangsidimpuan District. This activity was carried out in 3 stages. The first stage is the preparatory stage, the preparation is carried out by asking permission from the Kelurahan where the service is carried out. The second stage is pre-socialization, namely the service volunteer team conducts interviews with the community. The third stage is the socialization stage, carried out by interviews and questions and answers with the community. The results of the activity show that there are still many people who are not familiar with Islamic banks, from this activity the community becomes aware of the existence of Islamic banks, 2) The community understands the concepts in Islamic banks, 3) This activity is a forum for increasing the knowledge and understanding of the community about Islamic banks, which Prior to this activity, most people considered Islamic banks and conventional banks the same and 4) The community expressed an interest in conducting transactions at Islamic banks after gaining knowledge and understanding of Islamic banks.

PG were still using a manual system, especially the administration section which is handling information process that was not regulated in a good information base system, namely data processing.Procurement of heavy equipment which takes quite a long time from manual recording, preparation of reports, to searching for meaningful data on the company's heavy equipment, and can also assist the administration in searching for information contained in the procurement of heavy equipment. To overcome this problem, a program was created that could assist administration staff in managing data on heavy equipment procurement, speed up data collection on heavy equipment procurement, make it easier for administration to store data, assist in knowing financial income and expenditure transactions, help speed up data search and creation, reports and others. With the protoyping model (life cycle using prototyping) for the programming languages ​​used are PHP and MySQL. The result is to make it easier for CV. PG in the process of procuring heavy equipment data, and can also help the administration in searching for data that is in the procurement of heavy equipment.

The invention of electronic wallets, or "E-wallets," is the outcome of fintech's expansion. An indication that more people are beginning to use digital wallets for everyday transactions is the rise in electronic money transfers. In order to ascertain the variables influencing engineering students' intents to utilize digital wallets, this study used a quantitative methodology. This study's population and sample consisted of engineering students in Indonesia that utilize digital wallets. The sample was drawn using a probability sampling approach called simple random sampling, which was successful in gathering up to 266 respondents, and an analysis method that made use of SPSS. The study's findings demonstrate how interest in utilizing digital wallets is influenced by perceived utility and convenience. In this study, however, interest in using digital wallets is unaffected by risk perception.

The growth rate of internet users in recent years has increased very rapidly and is growing rapidly. This triggers the creation of a new business model in the form of a marketplace that is used to buy and sell goods. This study aims to load an online store that is simple and lightweight but can meet the needs of sellers who use this website. Application development uses methods while the prototype in modeling the application uses use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The research is expected to produce a web-based marketplace application that facilitates the transaction process of consignment providers and consumers at the Indonesian Helmet Shop. Furthermore, the design of this messaging service application prototype still needs to be developed in terms of user interface and user experience so that consumers can be more comfortable in transacting.

This community service aims to understand, motivate, and invite the public, especially students of the Faculty of Law, Unisri Surakarta, to use social media wisely so as not to become perpetrators of criminal acts of violation of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions which was updated with Law No. 19 of 2016 . Legal counseling is carried out online using the method of material presentation by the lecturer as a team of extension workers, followed by discussions, giving responses, opinions, impressions, messages or criticisms from participants who are present guided by students as moderators. Knowing and understanding the existence of the ITE Law, especially regarding criminal acts using social media, it is hoped that students can participate in disseminating this information to people in their social circle as an effort to prevent the occurrence of criminal acts through the use of social media.

The increased garbage creation in Maros may motivate businesses to become more concerned with environmental sustainability. Armour Coffee's green marketing strategy begins with the brand logo and extends to the firm's vision and objective. According to statistics from the top brand index, Armour Coffee remains the least popular local coffee shop in Indonesia, which is both a phenomena and a problem in this study. Based on the findings, the study concludes that Green Product and Green Place have a favourable influence on Interest in Purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros. Meanwhile, Green Price and Green Promotion had little influence on Interest in Purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros. Simultaneously, green product, green pricing, green location, and green promotion (green marketing mix) impact interest in purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros.
