Strategic management plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational sustainability and competitiveness of PT Karya Giri Palma, a manufacturing company specializing in springbed and furniture production. In an increasingly competitive market environment and amid ongoing production challenges, the company is required to implement well-structured and adaptive strategic management practices. This study employs a qualitative research approach to explore the implementation of strategic management within the organization and to identify obstacles that arise during its integration into daily operational activities. Data were collected through in-depth observations and interviews to obtain a comprehensive understanding of managerial practices and employee involvement. The findings reveal that the active participation of both management and employees in the formulation and implementation of strategies significantly contributes to improved employee motivation, higher productivity levels, and enhanced work quality. Strategic alignment between organizational goals and employee roles encourages a stronger sense of responsibility and commitment among employees. However, several challenges remain, particularly in cross-divisional coordination and the consistent execution of strategies at the operational level. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening interdepartmental communication, optimizing the use of management information systems, and enhancing human resource capabilities through continuous training. These findings may serve as a valuable reference for similar manufacturing companies seeking to optimize strategic management practices in order to achieve sustainable performance and long-term competitiveness.

Bureaucratic reform in Indonesia has encouraged the strengthening of civil service management oriented toward performance through the policy of appointing Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) in order to improve the effectiveness of public organizations. This study aims to analyze the performance of PPPK in supporting the implementation of tasks at the Environmental Agency of Jambi City by using Mangkunegara’s performance theory as the analytical framework. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation, and then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that the performance of PPPK is generally in the good category and contributes positively to organizational effectiveness. This is reflected in the aspects of work quality, work quantity, and responsibility as explained in Mangkunegara’s performance theory. The alignment between job placement and competence, increased work motivation due to employment status certainty, and organizational support through training and coaching are the main factors supporting performance optimization. However, there are still constraints, particularly the suboptimal understanding of main duties and functions, thus requiring strengthened organizational communication and continuous capacity development. This study confirms that competency-based management and systematic development of PPPK play an important role in improving the effectiveness of task implementation in the public sector.

Healthcare organizations are increasingly required to preserve the sustainability of their institutional values by ensuring high-quality services, operational efficiency, and rigorous adherence to risk governance frameworks. RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid Bekasi City continues to face considerable challenges in this regard, particularly due to the limited internalization of core organizational values, disparities in the cultivation of an adaptive culture, and inconsistent employee compliance with established risk management procedures. These issues highlight the necessity for a leadership paradigm grounded in service, empathy, and empowerment. This study investigates the extent to which servant leadership influences the creation and protection of corporate values, while examining the mediating roles of strong adaptive culture and employee compliance doing the implementation of risk management. Employing a quantitative explanatory survey design, the research collected responses from 153 hospital employees, and data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to evaluate both direct and mediated causal pathways among variables. The findings reveal that servant leadership significantly strengthens creation and protection of corporate values, not only through direct influence but also by enhancing cultural adaptability and reinforcing compliant behavior in risk-related practices. Leaders who embody service-oriented principles are shown to cultivate work environments that foster mutual trust, organizational learning, and value-based decision-making.This study contributes meaningful empirical evidence to the discourse on leadership, organizational culture, and compliance within public hospital settings. Institutional strategies should prioritize continuous leadership development and comprehensive risk governance training to secure long-term performance excellence and reputational resilience.

The increasing adoption of collaborative robots in modern manufacturing environments requires reliable perception systems that can ensure both safety and operational efficiency during human–robot collaboration. This study proposes a CNN-based real-time computer vision system for object and human detection in shared robotic workspaces. The research focuses on developing and evaluating a single-stage deep learning detection model optimized for real-time performance while maintaining high detection accuracy. The proposed methodology includes dataset preparation, model training using transfer learning, real-time system implementation, and comprehensive performance evaluation. Experimental results demonstrate that the developed system achieves high detection accuracy, as reflected by strong precision, recall, and mean Average Precision (mAP) values, while maintaining low inference latency suitable for real-time operation. The system consistently operates above real-time frame-rate thresholds, ensuring timely perception updates required for safety-related decision-making in collaborative robotic environments. Graphical and quantitative analyses further confirm the stability of inference performance under dynamic interaction scenarios involving human movement and multiple objects. Compared with existing approaches, the proposed system provides a balanced trade-off between accuracy and computational efficiency, making it practical for deployment in safety-aware human–robot collaboration scenarios. Overall, the findings indicate that CNN-based real-time object detection systems can effectively support perception and situational awareness in collaborative robotics, contributing to safer and more efficient industrial automation.
