Riset Ilmu Manajemen Bisnis dan Akuntansi 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Manajemen Kewirausahaan dan Bisnis Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on company value as measured by Price Book Value (PBV) in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2023 period. This research adopts a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The data was obtained from the financial reports of eight companies that met the purposive sampling criteria. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results show that, partially, ROA and CR have a significant negative effect on PBV, while NPM does not have a significant effect on PBV, and TATO has a significant negative effect on PBV. Simultaneously, all four independent variables significantly affect PBV, with an R² value of 12.3%, indicating that most of the PBV variations are explained by other factors outside the research model. These findings provide insights for investors and company management regarding the importance of asset management and operational efficiency in enhancing firm market value.

Riset Ilmu Manajemen Bisnis dan Akuntansi 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Manajemen Kewirausahaan dan Bisnis Indonesia

The property and real estate sub-sector serves as a strategic pillar for investment in Indonesia, despite BPS (2023) data showing a growth slowdown to 2.18% due to macroeconomic pressures. Financial performance throughout the 2021–2024 period exhibited significant volatility, with profit growth contracting to –5% in 2022 before rebounding to 15% in 2024. These fluctuations reflect the dynamics of economic recovery and the success of corporate operational efficiency in navigating interest rate hikes and inflation. This study aims to determine the effect of Company Size, Capital Structure, Return on Assets (ROA), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Profit Growth. The population used in this study is the Property & Real Estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2024 period. This study uses secondary data with a population of 68 companies. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a research sample of 30 Property & Real Estate sub-sector companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results show that Capital Structure, Return on Assets, Total Asset Turnover, and Company Size influence Profit Growth.

This study aims to analyze the effect of sustainability report disclosure, audit committee meeting frequency, liquidity, leverage, and total asset turnover on profitability in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. Profitability is measured using Return on Equity (ROE). This research adopts a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual financial statements and sustainability reports. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, yielding 34 mining companies with 102 observations in total. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed after fulfilling classical assumption tests. The results indicate that sustainability report disclosure, audit committee meetings, liquidity, leverage, and total asset turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability. However, partially, total asset turnover has a positive and significant impact on profitability. Meanwhile, sustainability report disclosure, audit committee meeting frequency, liquidity, and leverage do not significantly affect profitability. These findings suggest that asset utilization efficiency plays a crucial role in improving profitability in the mining sector. This study is expected to provide insights for companies, investors, and regulators to understand the determinants of profitability better and to support improved corporate governance and financial decision-making in mining companies.

This study examines how company size, asset growth, tangibility, leverage, and total asset turnover affect profitability in consumer manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023, using secondary data collected via purposive sampling. The independent variables in this study include the natural logarithm of total assets, asset growth (this year’s total assets relative to the previous year), and tangibility (the fixed asset ratio to total assets). Leverage uses the debt-to-asset ratio, and total asset turnover uses the total asset turnover ratio, while the dependent variable of profitability uses return on assets. Of the 108 companies in the population, 19 that met the research sample criteria were selected, yielding 95 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, accompanied by classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing through F-tests and t-tests. The findings of this study reveal that asset growth has a significant positive effect on profitability, while leverage shows a significant negative effect. However, firm size, tangibility, and total asset turnover do not exhibit significant relationships with profitability. This study contributes both theoretically and practically to understanding the internal determinants of financial performance in the consumer sector and serves as a reference for management.

This study evaluates the impact of TATO, ROA, DER, stock returns, and firm size on company value (PBV) for 28 infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021–2023. The background to this research is the crucial role of the infrastructure sector amid government budget dynamics that affect corporate performance and investor perception. The results show that ROA, DER, and stock returns have a significant positive effect on company value. This indicates that high profitability, optimal debt management, and good stock returns send positive signals to the market. Conversely, TATO was found to have a significant negative effect, reflecting that inefficiencies in asset management can reduce investor confidence. Meanwhile, firm size had no significant impact on company value. This study recommends that investors use ROA, DER, and stock return as key indicators in decision-making. At the same time, companies are advised to optimise profitability and debt management to enhance their value in the eyes of investors.

This study examines the inconsistency of merger and acquisition (M&A) impacts on financial ratio performance across sectors and evaluation methods. This literature review synthesizes ten empirical studies published between 2022 and 2025, focusing on financial indicators before and after M&A transactions. The findings show that the effect of M&A on financial performance varies widely depending on the industry context, time horizon, and analytical technique used. Studies in the technology and telecommunication sectors demonstrate significant improvements in profitability and operational efficiency, while research involving manufacturing and non-financial firms commonly reports insignificant changes in key ratios such as current ratio, total asset turnover, return on assets, and return on equity. Methodological differences also influence the reported outcomes, where long-term observations and comparative statistical testing tend to reveal a more pronounced financial impact compared to short-term assessment. These results indicate that M&A does not uniformly drive financial improvement and its success depends on post-integration strategy, sector dynamics, and measurement design. This study highlights the necessity of standardized evaluation frameworks to ensure more reliable performance interpretation in future M&A research.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the role of profitability in moderating the relationship green accounting, environmental performance, and total asset turnover on firm value in the 2019-2023 food and beverage subsector. All food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in that period became the research population. The purposive sampling technique resulted in 80 companies. Analyzed were using Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Tests, Hypothesis Testing, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The result show that green accounting has a negative and significant effect on firm value, while environmental performance has a positive and significant effect.Total asset turnover does not significantly affect firm value. Furthermore, profitability is proven to moderate the relationship between green accounting and environmental performance with firm value but does not moderate the effect of total asset turnover. Based on these findings, green accounting plays a role in influencing firm value, although it is not the primary factor determining investors assessments. The implementation of environmental performance is more widely perceived as a form of social responsibility and sustainability that enhances public trust and market value. Meanwhile, efficiency in asset utilization through total asset turnover is not considered a key determinant in increasing firm value.

Jurnal Bisnis Kreatif dan Inovatif 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Manajemen dan Bisnis Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT ABC Tbk during the period 2019–2023 using the Du Pont System as the primary analytical tool. The Du Pont System is widely recognized as a comprehensive method to evaluate a company’s overall performance by breaking down profitability into several key components: net profit margin, total asset turnover, return on investment (ROI), equity multiplier, and return on equity (ROE). The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with data sourced from secondary materials in the form of official financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A purposive sampling technique was applied to ensure the relevance and accuracy of the data analyzed. The findings reveal that the company’s financial performance throughout the five-year observation period has been less than optimal. Each of the main components of the Du Pont System showed average ratios that fell below the industry benchmark, indicating structural weaknesses in both profitability and efficiency. Specifically, the net profit margin and total asset turnover were constrained by high operational costs, while ROI and ROE were further pressured by volatility in foreign exchange rates. These inefficiencies highlight the vulnerability of the company’s financial structure to both internal management challenges and external macroeconomic factors. Based on the results, the study provides several strategic recommendations to improve financial performance. First, optimization of cost management is necessary to reduce operational inefficiencies that directly affect profit margins. Second, the implementation of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies, such as hedging, is suggested to minimize the negative impacts of currency fluctuations. Finally, to strengthen revenue growth, the company is encouraged to adopt and expand digital marketing initiatives as a means of improving sales performance and market penetration. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of integrating financial control with strategic innovation to ensure long-term sustainability and competitiveness in the pharmaceutical industry.
