Many women have found difficult in determining contraception tools, since there is no much safe and effective contraception. One contraceptive method which is considered to be quite ideal is that 3 month contraceptive injection. 3 month contraceptive injection is a type of contraceptive injection containing only progestin, it is injected every 3 months. There are lots of benefits from the using of this contraceptive. Nevertheless, there are also several weaknesses of this contraceptive, one of them is that the matter of weight gain. Based on that finding, it takes a study that aims to determine the correlation between weight gain and the use of contraceptive injections 3 month in Puskesmas Sudiang year of 2023. This type of research is analytic survey through cross sectional study. The sample in this study taken by purposive sampling, the number of samples in this study were 52 respondents. The research instrument was observation sheet, in which it was analyzed through Chi square test. The results of this study showed that there is a significant correlation between weight gain and the use of contraceptive injections of 3 month, it is showed P = 0.00 < ɑ = 0.05. Thus, when we use the 3 month contraceptive injection, it should be followed by the changing of lifestyle such as healthy diet, rest frequent and regular exercise.

Sugar levels that accumulate in the blood due to not being absorbed well by body cells can cause various organ disorders. If not controlled properly, it can lead to various complications that can be life-threatening. Risk factors that can affect blood sugar levels are food, activity, and weight gain. Therefore, one way to keep blood sugar levels under control is by doing walking therapy activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of walking on the fasting blood sugar levels when in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Tuminting Village, Manado City. This research is a quantitative research with a method used pre-experimental method using a with a pre-test-post test one group design approach. The sample was taken based on the number of respondents obtained as many as 19 people using Purposive sampling. Data collection was done by using blood glucose test tools and observation sheets. The results of data analysis using the Paired sample t-test showed P value of 0.001 or smaller than ≤0.05 which means that the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted or through walking activities can reduce the fasting blood sugar levels when in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

A good organization image is one of the factors for an organization to be able to achieve competitive advantage. To create a good image of an organization, an effective communication process is needed to the public. Online communication media and social media are effective organizational communication tools and can improve the organization's image. This community service activity is packaged in the form of training which aims to improve the skills of SDN 2 Mojosari teachers in mastering online media and social media as a means of organizational communication. Effective organizational communication can create a good image of the organization. Idle time or disturbing time is time wasted while the ship is moored is a classic problem that has not been solved in Indonesia. Tanjung Emas Port is the busiest port in Semarang City, Central Java, which is a stopover center for providers of sea transportation facilities and infrastructure in the context of loading and unloading means the transfer of cargo from and onto ships to be stockpiled into or directly transported to the place of the owner of the goods through the port dock using loading and unloading complementary equipment. This study aims to determine the effect of port services, ship engine tools, and loading and unloading productivity, on Idle Time at Tanjung Emas Port Semarang. The population in this study were ship crews from the deck departement division and the sample used in this study was 119 respondents. And do not use the sampling technique because the number of samples is the same as the population, then the data is analyzed using multiple liniar regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 26. The formulation of the regression in this study is as follows: Y= 0,597 + 0,368X1 + 0,356X2 + 0,213X3 + m. From this equation it is know that the most dominant variable influencing Idle Time is the port Service variable with a regression coeffient of 0.368. The R2 test ( R The ) obtained a result of 0.443 or 44.3%, which means that Idle Time is influenced by the variable port Services, Loading and Unloadng Speed, and Ship Machinery Equipment which is equal to 44,3% and other factors that affect Idle Time Tanjung Emas Port Semarang, namely 100%.

The implications highlight the necessity for a stratified curriculum, ensuring a comprehensive skill set in line with modern maritime demands. Cadets overwhelmingly endorse technology's role in enhancing education, signalling a paradigm shift. Positive attitudes towards online resources, digital simulations, and e-learning platforms advocate for an institutional embrace of cutting-edge tools. Recommendations focus on faculty development and increased technology integration, promising an enriched pedagogical landscape. The exploration of sociocultural influences uncovers a delicate balance between tradition and the necessity of English proficiency. Nuanced strategies are essential to integrate diverse cultural backgrounds. Recommendations call for cultural awareness initiatives and language support programs, aligning the institution with the global orientation of maritime education. In qualitative insights, cadets express a collective desire for a more intentional curriculum, particularly in incorporating cultural perspectives. This aligns with the broader scholarly discourse advocating for holistic education. Proposed avenues include workshops, seminars, and collaborations with cultural experts, providing a roadmap for curriculum development congruent with the diverse needs of Semester 1 cadets. This research, rooted in rigorous academic inquiry, serves as a guide for the Maritime Institute, steering its trajectory towards producing technologically adept professionals who are equally culturally astute, ready to navigate the complex global maritime landscape.

This research aims to provide a solution to the importance of literacy in the digital era, to explain the importance of literacy in the digital era in dealing with hoaxes or false information on social media as well as strategies for increasing literacy in the digital era. Hoaxes can have a very detrimental impact, both on individuals and society as a whole. Therefore, it is important for people to always check the veracity of information before sharing it or taking action based on that information. With digital literacy, people can understand and manage information spread on social media. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The literature study method involves collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature that are relevant to the research subject. Literacy in this digital era is the key to overcoming various challenges. Digital literacy is important in dealing with hoaxes, including the ability to identify hoaxes, evaluate the authenticity of information sources, understand the context of information, use tools, question information, and maintain online privacy and security. Digital literacy helps individuals become more intelligent, critical and responsible in consuming and disseminating information in the digital world.

This study presents a comprehensive review to explore technology's multifaceted role in fostering cultural competence within multicultural education. The primary objective of this study is to address three fundamental research questions: 1) How does the integration of technology enhance cultural competence in multicultural education settings? 2) What challenges and opportunities are associated with utilizing technology to promote cultural competence in diverse educational settings? 3) How can innovative technological approaches be tailored to address specific cultural competencies in education? Adopting a library research approach, an extensive exploration of academic databases and scholarly sources was conducted to gather literature pertinent to the research questions. The descriptive analysis method was employed to synthesize and analyze the collected information, identifying key themes, differences, similarities, and weaknesses among the diverse sources. The findings from this comprehensive review revealed several significant insights. Technology integration was observed to offer opportunities such as personalized learning experiences through AI-driven tools, immersive cultural experiences via Virtual Reality (VR), and global connectivity fostering cross-cultural collaboration. However, challenges like the digital divide, biases in technological tools, language barriers, ethical concerns regarding data privacy, and pedagogical integration shortcomings were highlighted. Moreover, the study underscores the potential of adaptive technologies, multimodal resources, culturally tailored digital content, and aligning technological interventions with culturally responsive pedagogy to address specific cultural competencies. The recommendations emphasize the need for teacher training, inclusive design, curation of diverse and authentic digital content, interdisciplinary collaborations, and ongoing assessment for optimizing technology's role in promoting cultural competence within multicultural education.

Soil plays an important role for all living things, where soil is a source of livelihood. It acts as a planting medium, a water reservoir, and a place for us to do activities. All of these activities are carried out on the land (Natasha Hutabarat et al., n.d.). In the community itself, land ownership is always a problem that is often encountered, whether it is the problem of unfixed land boundaries, land tenure, and land grabbing. The National Land Agency (BPN) as the institution that organizes land registration has a Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program that makes it easier for the community to register land so as to avoid land conflicts. In order to accelerate land registration, PTSL in Samarinda City this time uses media or tools to take measurements using the photogrammetric method, namely the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) to obtain aerial images or the latest images. In its implementation, the community is asked to install boundary signs that have been delivered or socialized by BPN employees. So that the boundaries of the land plot can be seen from the UAV and visible from aerial images  

The growth of the digital world greatly influences the national economy and has a positive impact on the business world in the fields of technology and information. Tthis research intends to analyze financial reports in measuring financial performance in startup companies. The sample used in this research was PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. The data used is quantitative descriptive with secondary data published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. This research analysis uses financial ratio formula calculations consisting of liquidity ratios, laverage ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios as analytical tools used to measure the financial performance of startup companies. The results of the research show that the company liquidity performance is classified as very good, the activity ratio is classified as good in the total assets turnover ratio, is classified as poor, and the profitability ratio shows a fairly good level of profit generation.

This study uses data collection with observation, literature, and documentation while the data analysis used is qualitative. The process of making a gala evening party dress consists of the top of the party dress, mermaid skirt and tail, this begins by going through several stages, namely: determining the design, preparing tools and materials, taking measurements, making basic patterns and breaking patterns, cutting materials, the process of making fabric manipulation with spiral techniques and draping techniques, sewing party clothes. Suggestions before making fabric manipulation spiral techniques and draping techniques need to be tested to determine the amount of material to be used, the selection of materials also needs to be considered such as light colors and preferably plain fabrics.

Fantasy dress inspired by the shape of the dome of the Taj Mahal with the addition of Indian embroidered applications featuring typical Indian clothing. The problem raised in the making of this Final Project is how is the Process of Making Fantasy Clothing of Indian Embroidery Variation Using the Source of the Taj Mahal Building Idea? and how to apply variations of Indian embroidery on fantasy clothing?. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of making Indian embroidery variations of fantasy clothing with the taj mahal building as the source of the idea and to determine the application of Indian embroidery variations to fantasy clothing. The method used is observation method, documentation method, library method and data analysis.The process of making this fantasy dress goes through several stages, namely: determining the fashion design, preparing tools and materials, taking measurements, making patterns, cutting the material on the main material, pressing the coating material on the main material, merging, sewing, finishing. While the embroidery on this fantasy dress uses the Zari motif which is a symbol of luxury and elegance. The process of applying embroidery goes through several stages, namely: determining the design, preparing tools and materials, quoting the design, making embroidery on other materials, the process of applying embroidery to clothing, finishing.To produce neat crop top tile wrinkles, it is finished using a small som. The purpose of applying the stitch and slash technique to fantasy clothing is so that the clothing has aesthetic value and high selling value. The method used is a qualitative method using data collection such as observation, literature and documentation as well as data analysis. The process of making fantasy party dresses with the manipulation textile stitch and slash technique starts from making designs, analyzing designs, preparing tools and materials, sizes, basic patterns, breaking patterns, cutting materials, merging, sewing, and the finished product. Making fantasy party dresses with manipulation textile stitch and slash using satin and chiffon fabrics. Making clothes using the stitch and slash technique needs to pay attention to the layers that are stacked to produce fiber thickness, using a brush that has stiff bristles can help remove the fibers so as to produce a good stitch and slash texture and to make it easier to sew stitch and slash on clothing, pins are needed. so that the layer stack does not shift.

Making fake nails using coconut coir is product that can beautify your appearance, reduce the accumulation of coconut coir waste and can be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the process of making fake nails, product validation, and public acceptance of the Utilization of Coconut Coir as a Fake Nail Innovation. The methods used are observation, literature, experiments, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The process of making coconut coir fake nails goes through 3 stages, namely preparation of tools and materials, the process of making coconut coir fake nails, and attaching accessories to fake nails. There was evidence of product validation by 5 validators with the result that fake nails from coconut coir waste which had a reddish-brown color, smooth texture and very clear fiber motifs were the most chosen by the validators. The public test results in the average color category obtained 2.5 are very fond of (3). In the average texture category, 2.5 is very like (3) and for the pattern category, the average is 2.6, very like (3). A total of 3 average categories obtained, namely 2.545, are included in the very like category so that the product can be accepted by the community and can be used as a business opportunity. The advice given is another, faster technique for attaching coconut coir to fake nails.

So that it becomes a source of ideas in new innovations in the world of nail art. The purpose of this study was to find out how to make nail art by utilizing zalacca peels. In this study using the method, observation, documentation, literature and experimental methods Utilization of zalacca skin in making nail art through three stages, namely preparation of material tools and manufacturing steps. The results of the feasibility test from the five validators, namely the color assessment indicator score 23 is said to be very feasible, the form score 23 is said to be very feasible, the neatness score is 21 is said to be very feasible, and the design gets a score of 23 which is said to be very feasible so that it can be concluded that the product is said to be very feasible. .5% nail art color involved suitable for women's skin, 98.8% beauty nail art color gradations, 96.3% beauty nail art accessories, 98.8% accessories for fantasy makeup, 61.3% nail art accessories in fashion, 86.3% zalacca nail art accessories not excessive, 96.3% accessories on nail art to match, 96.3% nail art able to compete and 98.8% nail art being one of the innovations based on the results of the test 87% of respondents said they liked snake fruit nail art products

The pillars of sustainable development are economic sustainable, socially sustainable and environmentally sustainable, all of which must develop in a balanced manner; otherwise development will be trapped in conventional development models that emphasize economic growth alone and leave social and environmental development behind. In addition, for the success of sustainable development, the need for social capital that is able to maintain good cooperative relations between various government agencies both vertically and horizontally, as well as synergy between the government, private sector and the community with a multi-party approach from the three groups. in the preparation of environmentally sound development plans and policies

This study aims to analyze the effect of  work engagement, work motivation,  organizational culture and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out online with a questionnaire using a Likert scale of one to five and obtained by a simple random sampling method on 126 respondents with criteria over the age of 18 years and had worked or were working. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: Outer Model with Convergent Reliability, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model calculations with T statistic, R-Square, f-Square, and VIF calculations using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) tools version 4.0.9.3. The results showed that: 1) Work involvement has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 2) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 3) Organizational culture  has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. 4) Work discipline has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing the efficiency of organizational support systems is becoming increasingly important. In the ever-changing business world, ICT has a key role in optimizing organizational operations and its ability to adapt to change. This research analyzes various aspects of the role of ICT in the context of the efficiency of organizational support systems. By referring to the latest literature and through relevant case studies, this research identifies that ICT enables business process automation, increased access to information, improved internal communication, and support in more timely decision making. Through the implementation of software, database management systems, collaboration tools, and data security strategies, ICT helps organizations reduce manual work, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. In a digitally connected global context, ICT also enables organizations to be more responsive to changes in the market and regulatory requirements. This research states that ICT is a valuable asset in improving the efficiency of organizational support systems. With a commitment to intelligently integrating ICT, organizations can become more competitive and flexible in facing continuous changes in the business world.

Early childhood is the most important and fundamental early period in the growth and development of human life. This period is also called the golden age, many concepts and facts explain that this golden age is the time when all children's potential develops the fastest. Aspects of child development that need to be developed in early childhood include personal awareness, emotional development, building socialization, communication development, cognitive development, and motor skill development. Based on these aspects of early childhood development, a children's game media is needed to stimulate children's development and growth. One of the children's game media that can be developed is Educational Game Tools (APE). In this PKM activity, the PKM Team tries to provide training in making APE including number wheels, summing bottle caps, and sliding number boards.

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and competence on employees at the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative descriptive research with a sample of 72 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression test with statistical calculation tools using SPSS version 25.0.The results of this study obtained the equation Y = 18.514 + 0.616 X1 + 0.305 X2 +e. Motivation affects the performance  of employees. Competency affects the performance of employees. Motivation and competence  a  effect on the performance  of employees at the Office of the Badan Pengelolaan  Keuangan Dan Pendapatan Daerah ( BPKPD ) of Tana Toraja Regency.
