Regency roads are local roads which do not include roads connecting the district capital to other districts, but their network is diverse as a link for local activities, namely connector roads between villages, between sub-districts, production center roads and environmental roads in residential areas. This research focuses on roads in Kaur Selatan District and Maje District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province with a total length of 128.50 km with a total of 68 sections. There are several sub-district roads which are a road network that is integrated with national roads. In general, this road section is often used by various types of vehicles, from light to heavy vehicles. Utilization of roads that do not match their class and the influence of the weather climate in areas that are quite extreme result in landslides so that the road body becomes narrow and heavily damaged. As a result of damage to existing roads, community activities are hampered. The purpose of this research is to provide information to the Bengkulu Regency government in preparing priority planning, determining the type of pavement that is appropriate to the location of the road section and determining the calculation of the costs required. The results of research and calculations show that the cost required for road repairs is IDR. 70,788,844,000 for a period of 5 years. The priority scale consists of 17 sections with a cost of Rp. 57,541,204,000.

This study aims to examine the development of Ijarah products as an alternative financing in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in Indonesia, with a focus on its implementation in meeting customer financing needs. Ijarah, as a lease agreement in the Islamic financial system, offers financing solutions that are in accordance with sharia principles and has great potential in the Indonesian Islamic financial industry. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, analyzing primary and secondary data from several LKS that have implemented Ijarah products. The research findings show that Ijarah products have advantages in providing financing flexibility, especially in fixed asset sectors such as property and vehicles. However, challenges faced in developing this product include a lack of customer understanding and regulatory complexity. The implications of this study indicate that strengthening socialization and increasing the operational capacity of LKS in offering Ijarah products is very important to increase the competitiveness and inclusion of Islamic finance in Indonesia.

Late adolescents experience a critical phase of individual development with various challenges that can affect their mental and emotional well-being. The focus of this research is resilience, namely the ability to overcome, adapt and recover from stress or life pressure. The research aims to understand the factors that increase resilience in late adolescents, with a review of emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, empathy, casual analysis, self-efficacy and achievement. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and observations with 7 late adolescent sources using random sampling. The research results show that the level of resilience of the majority of teenagers is in the good category. Factors such as optimism, self-efficacy, and impulse control play a key role in the formation of positive resilience. The conclusion of this research is that it emphasizes the importance of approaches in developing resilience in late adolescents. Empowerment efforts, particularly in emotional regulation and optimism, can help them face challenges, develop robust personal growth, and better prepare for the transition to adulthood. This research provides in-depth insights for the development of effective interventions to support the positive development of adolescents in their transition phase.

Malay culture that developed in the Nusantara provides an intellectual heritage in the form of ancient texts, one of which text of Undang Undang Adat (UUA). The UUA text is a text containing Minangkabau customary law. This text was written in 1858 by Datuk Raja Bandara using Arabic-Malay script. The aim of this research is to reveal Minangkabau customary law institutions in the UUA Text. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from the text will be analyzed and explained systematically. Based on reviewing the contents of the text, this research produces findings of customary legal institutions which include (1) cupak nan duo, namely cupak usali and cupak artificial, (2) four laws, namely the nagari law, law in nagari, law -luhak law, and nan twenty laws, (3) kato nan ampek namely kato pusako, kato mufakat, kato kudian bacari, kato dulu batapati, (4) judge's debt or obligation of the judge, and (5) sanctions for violations custom.        

Juridical Review of the Digital Banking System for Customer Protection discusses legal certainty for customers in banking transactions via internet banking. Several studies also highlight the importance of policy protection for victims of economic crime in the banking sector. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengendalian internal dalam prosedur penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Tinjauan literatur mengenai pembiayaan bermasalah dan solusi pembiayaan bermasalah disajikan secara rinci. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Kajian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai permasalahan yang ada. Hasil penyelidikan ini adalah pengendalian internal yang diterapkan di PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia cukup bagus, namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu diwaspadai. Dalam menyelesaikan pembiayaan bermasalah, sudah sepatutnya dan perlu mengikuti prosedur yang ada serta menggunakan pendekatan Soft Approach dan Hard Approach untuk melakukan pendekatan kepada nasabah dalam mengelola atau memantau pembiayaan bermasalah. Upaya ini dilakukan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya pembiayaan (kredit) bermasalah dan memberikan tanggung jawab yang lebih besar kepada nasabah atas pinjamannya.

This research investigates the phenomenon of juvenile brawls with a focus on analyzing trigger factors and developing effective intervention approaches. Involving field research and psychological analysis, this research identifies that interpersonal conflict in the context of schools and urban communities plays a crucial role in triggering brawls. Factors such as economic strain, academic pressure, and lack of interpersonal understanding among teenagers stand out as major triggers. Apart from that, the influence of pop culture and the social environment also contributes significantly to the increase in brawl incidents. This research presents recommendations for developing preventive programs that involve collaboration between schools, families and communities. A holistic intervention approach, including psychological and social aspects, was identified as key to reducing and preventing youth brawls. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable insights for practitioners, researchers and policy makers in creating a safe and supportive environment for adolescent development.

The function of a bank is as a financial intermediary institution, namely as a bridge between fund owners and parties who need funds, both as depositors and borrowers. Bank-customer relationships often involve banking practices that have a negative impact on customers, but legal protection is often less than optimal. There are five important variables to consider when evaluating an ecommerce website: interface, navigation, content, reliability, and technical. An interface is a type of application that connects users and facilitates financial and business transactions for the general public. The user interface provides ease of use for its users. One user interface that is currently popular in Indonesia is Go-Jek, an e-commerce application that makes it easier for users to purchase goods or services, whether transported or not. This research will discuss the impact of Go-Jek according to judicial review.

In Bali, the distribution of inheritance is based on a patrilineal kinship system, where in this system the son is the one who continues the family and is prominent. This research discusses the female inheritance system in Bali in Balinese customary law. We conducted research with the aim of exploring the position of female heirs in the traditional inheritance system in Bali and to find out and analyze the efforts made by female heirs to obtain inheritance rights. We use a research method, namely a qualitative approach, which means providing an explanation of the position of heirs in narrative form.

This research aims to describe the five basic needs fulfillment according to Abraham Maslow's theory, namely fulfilling basic physiological needs, fulfilling the need for security, fulfilling the need for love of belonging, fulfilling the need for self-esteem, and finally fulfilling the need for self-actualization. This research is qualitative descriptive research. This data collection technique is carried out by reading, listening and taking notes. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and the final step is drawing conclusions. The theory used in this research is Abraham Maslow's basic needs motivation theory, with a review of psychological literature. The data source in this research is the novel entitled Women Who Cry to the Black Moon by Dian Purnomo. Based on the study and discussion of the research results, it can be concluded that the main character in the novel Wanita Yang Cried to the Black Moon by Dian Purnomo can fulfill all her basic needs. (1) Motivation to fulfill basic physiological needs appeared in 25 data, which included the need to eat and drink, the need for clothing, the need for rest, the need for shelter and the need for air. (2) Motivation to fulfill the need for security appeared in 27 data. (3) Motivation to fulfill the need for love and belonging appeared in 25 data. (4) Motivation to fulfill the need for self-esteem appeared in 13 data. (5) Motivation to fulfill self-actualization needs appeared in 14 data.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the juridical review of the inheritance of a convert heir to a non-moslem sibling in the perspective of Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia. This research was conducted using descriptive analytical normative legal research, using secondary data obtained from literature studies as the main data and using primary data, namely related legislation as supporting data, research data collection techniques using library research, and data analysis using qualitative juridical data analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the judge's legal considerations when examined based on Islamic law, the siblings are already Catholic. A person who is of a different religion from the heir is cut off from the right to inherit because it is hindered by law, this is as the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and Article 171 letter c KHI. Article 172 KHI also states that a person's Islamic faith, apart from being seen from the Identity Card, can also be seen from confession or practice or testimony. The settlement of inheritance of different religions can be found through the Ijtihad method.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis komparatif antara tiga penyedia layanan cloud terkemuka saat ini, yaitu Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), dan Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Layanan cloud telah menjadi elemen penting dalam infrastruktur teknologi informasi modern, memungkinkan organisasi untuk menyimpan, mengelola, dan mengakses data mereka secara efisien dan aman. Dalam penelitian ini, kami melakukan tinjauan terhadap fitur, keandalan, skalabilitas, keamanan, dan biaya layanan cloud yang ditawarkan oleh ketiga penyedia ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup analisis literatur, studi kasus, dan survei. Kami mengumpulkan data dan informasi terkait dari sumber-sumber yang dapat dipercaya, seperti dokumen resmi, studi independen, dan laporan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga penyedia layanan cloud memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Microsoft Azure dikenal karena integrasinya yang kuat dengan lingkungan Microsoft, sementara AWS menawarkan beragam layanan yang sangat skalabel. Di sisi lain, GCP menonjol dalam hal keamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan komprehensif tentang keunggulan dan kelemahan masing-masing penyedia layanan cloud, serta membantu organisasi dalam memilih penyedia yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tujuan bisnis mereka. Temuan penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi dasar bagi penyedia layanan cloud untuk terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan layanan mereka guna memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan yang terus berkembang di dalam pasar layanan cloud yang kompetitif. Dengan demikian, analisis komparatif ini memiliki nilai strategis yang tinggi dalam mendukung keputusan bisnis dan pengembangan teknologi informasi lebih lanjut.

Beton merupakan bahan yang paling banyak digunakan dalam pembangunan gedung, jembatan, jalan dan lain-lain. Beton termasuk bahan yang mempunyai kuat tekan tinggi, tahan terhadap api dan keausan, tahan cuaca, dan harganya relatif murah, karena menggunakan bahan-bahan dasar dan lokal, dapat diangkut maupun dicetak sesuai keinginan, biaya perawatan relatif murah, serta mutu betonnya dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Pada penelitian ini,  penulis hanya membuat beton normal dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui nilai slump setiap variasi umur dan berapa faktor pengali pada nilai kuat tekan beton dengan variasi umur 3 hari, 4 hari, 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari. Benda uji  yang digunakan yaitu berberntuk slinder berdiameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm sebanyak 3 benda uji setiap variasi umur, perhitungan perencanaan campuran beton menggunakan SNI 03-2834-2000 dengan kuat tekan rencana 32 Mpa. Hasil penelitian pada nilai slump mendapatkan nilai yang berbeda dan ada yang sama dengan nilai berturut-turut 16 cm, 15 cm, 17 cm, 16 cm, dan 17 cm penyebab dari nilai slump yang berbeda adalah pada saat pembuatan benda uji dengan waktu yang berbeda. Kuat tekan beton berturut-turut 7,92 MPa, 8,01 MPa, 12, 07 MPa, 15,8 MPa dan 21,12 MPa. Adapun nilai faktor pengali berdasarkan persamaan y = 0,0007x2 + 0,0047x2 + 0,343 R2 = 0,9909 berturut-turut sebesar 0.60; 070; 082; 0,90; dan 1.

The steps encompass identifying the appropriate scope, selecting relevant data sources, conducting descriptive analyses, critically evaluating the authenticity of the literature used, and compiling and interpreting the findings. The research findings indicate that consistent use of green accounting has a positive impact on a company's financial performance. However, challenges related to established economic paradigms and the need for consistent definitions in the context of sustainable development remain obstacles. The amalgamation of social and environmental responsibilities in business decision-making holds significant potential for enhancing environmental management efficiency and financial performance of companies. Overall, green accounting practices promise a substantial influence in creating sustainable business models, demanding a shift in perspective and broader implementation.

Islamic communication styles outline a number of principles that teach us how to communicate with other people.This hinders the use of appropriate language, which is clear, concise, and respectful of others.In Islam, true communication is based on the concept of "husnul khotimah," or sincere reflection.These principles can be applied in an organizational context to strengthen ties between team members and external parties.For example, it's important to use sharp and smooth tools and to avoid using words that hurt other people's feelings.In addition, communication skills are highly valued in Islam.That is to say, it does not only convey the message but also hinder the dissemination of information about palm oil or fitnah.Maintaining open communication is also important; this means describing what we say, how we say it, and how we convey it.In an organizational context, Islamic principles-based communication techniques can strengthen trust and productive.

In the modern business era, it is important for companies to understand PSAK and its implications to ensure consolidated financial statements are accurate and in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The aim of this research is to discuss in detail the three Financial Accounting Standards, namely PSAK 22, PSAK 65, and PSAK 4 and their relevance to the preparation of consolidated financial statements. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through literature study with secondary data in the form of previous articles. The result of this research is that PSAK 22 discusses the accounting treatment of business combinations in the form of acquisitions or mergers of ownership, whether carried out through the acquisition of shares or net assets. PSAK 65 regulates consolidation criteria and explains consolidation procedures. Meanwhile, PSAK 4 (revised 2009) explains consolidated financial reports and separate financial reports.

Max Weber's theory-based leadership emphasises the importance of authority, especially charismatic authority, in influencing and motivating others. Charisma, as a key characteristic, plays a central role in helping educational leaders to achieve their vision and overcome various obstacles. Through a deeper understanding of these concepts, educational leaders can be more effective in creating an inclusive and social justice-orientated educational environment. The purpose of this study is to explain the understanding of charisma and leadership in the context of education management: A Review Based on Max Weber's Theory. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study are reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to Understanding Charisma and Leadership in the Context of Education Management: A Review Based on Max Weber's Theory. The results of this study show that educational leaders have a key role in shaping a more inclusive and socially just future for education. With characteristics of charisma, strong leadership and commitment to social justice values, educational leaders can help create equitable learning environments, provide every student with equal opportunities to grow and develop, and drive positive change in the education system. With charismatic and committed leaders, education has the potential to be a powerful tool in creating a more inclusive and socially just society.

The research aims to: (1) empirically examine the influence of food quality on tourist satisfaction, (2) the influence of destination image on tourist satisfaction, (3) the influence of destination image on tourist satisfaction, (4) the influence of tourist satisfaction on revisit intention, and (5) the influence of food product quality and destination image on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction. This study adopts a quantitative method. The population of the research consists of tourists who engage in culinary tourism in Semarang city, with a sample size of 125 respondents selected through accidental sampling technique. After reviewing the theory, the research instrument scale is adapted and distributed to the respondents. Once the data is collected, the next step involves data coding. The collected data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to obtain information regarding the influence of the independent variables, namely food product quality and destination image, on revisit intention in culinary tourism with tourist satisfaction as the intervening variable. The results of the research indicate that: (1) food quality empirically influences tourist satisfaction, (2) destination image influences tourist satisfaction, (3) destination image influences tourist satisfaction, (4) tourist satisfaction influences revisit intention, and (5) food product quality and destination image influence revisit intention through tourist satisfaction.
