The maternal mortality rate (MMR) in the world based on data from the World Health Organization, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2016 reached 289,000 people, divided into several countries, including the United States reaching 9,300 people, North Africa 179,000 people and Southeast Asia 16,000 soul. Approximately 80% of maternal deaths are the result of increased complications during pregnancy, childbirth and after delivery. Causes of maternal death include postpartum hemorrhage, eclampsia, prolonged labor and sepsis. One of the causes of maternal death is prolonged labor with an average number in the world of 8% and in Indonesia it is 9%. The general aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with the incidence of prolonged labor in women giving birth at the Djoelham Binjai Regional Hospital in 2023. Prolonged labor is a situation where the latent phase occurs for more than 8 hours or labor lasts more than 12 hours with the baby not yet being born. On a partograph, labor that is not progressing is indicated by cervical dilatation above the alert line (right side) in the active phase. The pathophysiology of prolonged labor is closely related to the concept of functional stages of labor which explains the physiological goals of labor. There are three functional stages of labor, namely the preparatory division, the opening/dilatation stage and the pelvic division. This research uses a quantitative type of research using retrospective research. The design of this research was carried out using a cross sectional approach. The sample in the study was women giving birth who experienced a long labor at Djoelham Binjai Regional Hospital in 2023. The proportion of respondents who had a long labor due to a weak vagina < 20' was 12 (40%), respondents who had a long labor due to CPD with In the No CPD category, there were 13 (43.3%) respondents who did not give birth for a long time due to their weight, with the weight category > 4000 grams being 12 (40%). The results (p value = 0.030 < 0.05) which means that this research shows that there is a significant relationship between His, CPD and Baby's Weight with Long Parturition at Djoelham Binjai Regional Hospital. The strength and weakness of the His during the birth process greatly influences the speed or Length of labor It is hoped that respondents will be more active in checking their pregnancies to avoid prolonged labor by health workers either at posyandu or other health service places.   Keywords: Partus Lama, Persalinan

Hernia is the protrusion or protrusion of the contents of a cavity through a defect or a weak part of the cavity wall concerned. In an abdominal hernia, the abdominal contents protrude through a defect or a weak part of the musculoaponeurotic layer of the abdominal wall. The hernia consists of a ring, pouch and hernia contents (1). The incidence rate of inguinal hernia (medial and lateralis) is 10 times more than femoral hernia and both have a percentage of about 75- 80% of all types of hernia, incisional hernia 10 %, ventral hernia 10 %, umbilical hernia 3 %, and other hernia about 3%. Hernia surgery using a mesh is one of the most common actions performed in general surgery. With the installation of a mesh on an inguinal hernia can reduce the recurrence rate by less than 5%. This technique can also reduce the presentation of postoperative pain so that patients can quickly return to their daily activities. Another advantage with using the mesh method is that it reduces the pressure on the seam line and reduces long-term follow-up.

The Nutrition Care Center (NCC) is a teaching factory (TEFA) at the Jember State Polytechnic (Polije) which provides assessment and diagnostic services for nutritional problems, comprehensive nutritional assessments, diagnostic services, nutritional counseling, and customized diet plans for clients. Health services, including nutrition, require accurate medical records that include patient identification, examination, treatment, interventions, and other relevant information. However, NCC faces challenges, namely that the medical recording system is still manual paper-based. Medical record numbers do not comply with numbering regulations, age is still used instead of date of birth, the nutritional assessment section is not yet standardized and disease code classification does not yet exist. This manual system is susceptible to damage, loss, and requires dedicated storage time and space. Since it was inaugurated in November 2021, the number of NCC visits has continued to increase both from internal clients and external clients of Polije with initiations with several educational institutions, offices and elderly groups. The use of EMR which is made easier with QR Codes and the application of Whatsapp Bot is the main alternative to build or improve the management of assessment and diagnostic services for nutritional problems according to client needs. Socialization of assistance in implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with QR Code and WhatsApp Bot at NCC aims to make things easier for experts. nutrition to access the client's examination history, allergy history and previous therapy in one view and make it easier for clients to access medical record numbers without a card. This initiative is in line with the Department of Health Research Masterplan 2022 and the development of TEFA services. NCC recognized the need for a more efficient system and proposed implementing EMR with QR Codes and WhatsApp Bots to optimize patient care. This socialization was carried out at the Jember State Polytechnic NCC with the presence of participants from nutritionists, students, the community and administrators from NCC. This socialization obtained results in the form of increasing public understanding of nutritional care, especially in relation to the existence of NCC as a teaching factory at the Jember State Polytechnic, the use of EMR via QR codes and WhatsApp Bot as a solution implemented by NCC in optimizing patient care and increasing the empowerment of partners in using it. and implementation of EMR with QR codes and WhatsApp Bot in patient nutrition care at NCC.

In the current era of globalization, the use of computer technology has been widely used, including in the operations of non-formal organizations such as farmer women's groups (KWT), one of which is in administration, activities, schedules, sales. agenda, and reporting is still manual, namely with bookkeeping records and does not yet have a system for this. Given these problems, the right solution is to create a web-based information system for women farmer groups (kwt). In analyzing and designing, the author uses a software development method that uses the V-Model method, which is an extension of the waterfall model. It is called expansion because the stages are similar to those in the waterfall model. If in the waterfall model the process is carried out linearly, then in the V model the process is branched. In this V model, the relationship between the software development stage and the testing phase is described. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system that can make it easier for the kwt to do administration. activity. timetable. sale. agenda. and reporting without recording with the books.

Drug-resistant tuberculosis (TB) is an escalating global health issue, particularly with the rise of multidrug-resistant (MDR-TB) and extensively drug-resistant TB (XDR-TB), which complicate treatment and control efforts. Resistance to both first-line and second-line drugs weakens the effectiveness of standard WHO-recommended therapies, while alternative drugs can cause severe side effects and reduce patient adherence. This study aims to explore the integration of bioinformatics and pharmacogenomics in supporting personalized TB treatment to improve therapeutic success and reduce the risk of further resistance. The research employed a laboratory-based experimental design with a bioinformatics approach, involving TB patients with clinical evidence of drug resistance. Clinical samples were analyzed through whole genome sequencing to identify gene mutations associated with resistance, followed by pharmacogenomic mapping to predict pharmacological responses based on patients’ genetic variations. The results revealed several specific gene mutations consistently linked to resistance and produced individualized therapeutic recommendations that were more targeted than standard protocols. Effectiveness evaluation demonstrated that genome-based personalized therapy yielded higher treatment success rates, faster recovery times, and lower rates of subsequent resistance. These findings highlight the significant potential of precision medicine in TB management, particularly for resistant cases that are difficult to treat with conventional approaches. In conclusion, the integration of bioinformatics and pharmacogenomics plays an essential role in strengthening TB treatment strategies through a personalized, adaptive, effective, and sustainable approach. Nevertheless, its implementation still faces challenges such as high costs, limited infrastructure, and the need for clear regulations regarding the use of patients’ genomic data.
