The elderly are a vulnerable group to experience decreased physical and cognitive function, such as hypertension and dementia, which can affect their quality of life. The Activity Therapy Program aims to improve the well-being of the elderly through laughter therapy, listening to music, and playing guess the word. The method used is group dynamics, which involves fun activities to stimulate the cognitive and social of the elderly. This activity is expected to increase social interaction, sensory stimulation, and improve the cognitive function of the elderly. The implementation of therapy was carried out involving 60 elderly people, with stages that included orientation, work, and termination. Evaluations showed that 60% of participants actively participated in laughter and guess therapy, as well as being able to express their feelings. This program has shown success in improving the quality of life of the elderly by encouraging them to be more active and social. In conclusion, TAK can be an effective solution to improve the quality of life of the elderly through physical and cognitive stimulation. It is recommended that this program be carried out regularly to maintain the memory and social health of the elderly.

Background: Stress is a mental feeling disorder that often occurs in society. Starting from unhandled stress can turn into more serious. Stress can occur at all ages, especially in the elderly, the elderly are a group that is vulnerable to physical and psychosocial changes. Objective: For this reason, this community service activity aims to socialize about handling in reducing stress/stress by using United Kingdom music therapy. Method: This community service activity uses the lecture and question and answer method. The lecture method was carried out by delivering material on stress and music therapy in United Kingdom. Meanwhile, the question and answer method is carried out by asking participants about the material that has been presented. Results: The results of this community service activity were obtained that participants were able to understand and apply the material that had been delivered. Conclusion: Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, many of the participants enthusiastically received the entire series of events ranging from material presentations to question and answer interactions.

Hypertension in pregnancy is a common pregnancy complication, affecting 2% of pregnant women worldwide. It is the cause of death of pregnant women in the world, hypertension is treated conventionally, namely hypertension-reducing drugs, but this conventional treatment has many problems because it is related to pregnant women which will definitely be related to the fetus they are carrying. At the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, the health status of mothers and children is good, but there are still problems for pregnant women who experience hypertension during their pregnancy, which is around 30%. The incidence of hypertension in pregnancy is high in the working area of the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, because people consume more than the amount of salt, the food menu is haphazard, and if they are treated with hypertension medication, they are not consumed because it will have a bad impact on their child, to solve the problem, to resolve the treatment. An alternative to non-pharmacological treatment is using music therapy and providing counseling about correct eating patterns. The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge and reduce the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women by using counseling methods and applying music therapy. Method: By providing counseling and music therapy, the results of the implementation of Beethoven's classical music therapy activities are: knowledge of the community (pregnant women) about eating patterns increased by approximately 89% and hypertension which was successful decreased in the 2-4th week of therapy, namely on average 110/70 mmHg..
