Financial reports in a company have a very important role. The Company's financial reports provide information about the Company's financial condition, so transparency and accountability are very important in assessing the Company's performance, especially for stakeholders. Financial reports are also used as a basis for companies in making decisions, both short and long term, for the sustainability of a company. Financial reports have an important role in performance analysis, planning and budgeting, regulatory compliance and building relationships of trust with investors and creditors. The importance of financial reports in the Company means it is necessary to carry out financial analysis. PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk Government-owned companies (State-Owned Enterprises) engaged in information technology and telecommunications services that are "Go Public" and registered on the capital market must publish their financial reports which can be accessed via www.idx.co.id with open reporting PT. Cellular networks play an important role in modern life with the availability of flexible connectivity in various places, fast internet access and communication services and are a reference for innovation and economic growth. However, the complexity of cellular networks requires careful planning and management, this is to ensure a reliable and safe service. The method used in designing cellular networks is the simulation method, namely by using Cisco Packet Tracer software and literature studies from various references. The results of cellular network simulations using this software can show superiority in designing, configuring and testing cellular networks. Apart from that, this software also provides complete features to meet several needs, starting from the process of creating a network topology, configuring IP addresses, activating DHCP services and HTTP services, to testing connections using PDU samples between smartphone devices and servers. With the successful connection test, it can be concluded that the settings and services on the cellular network have been tested and verified using Cisco Packet Tracer. This has shown that the software used is very effective in simulating and testing cellular networks.

SDI Umamapu currently uses a Telkom Internet Service Provider (ISP) internet connection with a bandwidth capacity of 50 Mbps, which is only used in the principal's office and laboratory and does not cover other SDI Umamapu educational areas and limits SDI Umamapu teachers and staff from carrying out related tasks. with the Internet network. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design an Internet network using Mikrotik to help teachers and staff work more efficiently and expand the coverage area of ​​the SDI Umamapu Internet network. Apart from that, the SDI Umamapu Online Computer-Based National Examination (UNBK) is facilitated by 30 computers/laptops connected to the Internet network and other clients. In conducting research, the author uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) methodology: analysis, design, simulation, implementation, management and monitoring to build an Internet network to solve research problems. Through this research the author can learn a little more about the concept of a hotspot network and its configuration which can provide the author with knowledge about the advantages and disadvantages of Mikrotik RouterOS as a hotspot server. When measured from the results of QoS (Quality of Service) analysis before implementation, the throughput was 36.238 kbit/s (Kbps), packet loss was 1.3%, average delay was 0.389072 seconds, and throughput was 1.5% after implementation. 161.657 kbit/s (kilobits per second), average latency 0.5157133 seconds, packet loss 36%. This means that the speed of Internet access at SDI Umamapu has decreased by up to 36% due to the increase in the area of ​​the Internet network. However, even though network performance has decreased, the newly created Internet network continues to function well and smoothly.

The development of digital services cannot be separated from users' habits in using smartphones and the affordability of internet access. Smartphone users want services that can carry out various activities easily, including telecommunications. This opportunity was captured by telecommunications companies by creating provider applications for smartphones. In connection with this, PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkomsel) launched a new provider product called by.U. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence user satisfaction with the by.U application based on the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model from William J. Doll & Gholamreza Torkzadeh (1988) with six variables consisting of content, accuracy, format , ease of use, timeliness, and satisfaction. This research used simple random sampling with a total of 60 respondents who were residents of the city of Surabaya who used the by.U application. The research results show that the variables of content and timeliness have a direct effect on satisfaction. Meanwhile, the variables accuracy, format and ease of use have a positive but not significant effect on satisfaction. Timeliness is the factor that has the most influence on satisfaction seen from the results of hypothesis testing which produces the largest path coefficient value, which is 0.268.
