Disiplin Kerja karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berkaitan erat dengan budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja karyawan dihipotesiskan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Industri Logam di Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Tegal dari 100 data industry terdapat total populasi 170 karyawan, sesuai rumus Slovin di setiap perusahaan di ambil 2 sampai dengan 3 karyawan, dan diperoleh sampel 116 orang, sebagai sampel. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Software Amos 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Kerja Karyawan dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan dan berdampak positif pula pada Kinerja Karyawan.  Penelitian ini  untuk memberikan dukungan bagi pemilik maupun stakeholders dalam Pengambilan Keputusan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, di dasarkan Budaya Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja sangat tepat  sehingga memberi pengaruh positif pada Kinerja Karyawan.   Employee work discipline is very important to improve employee performance. Work discipline is closely related to work culture and employee work motivation. Employee work discipline is hypothesized to have a positive effect on employee performance in the Metal Industry in Tegal. This research was conducted in two places, namely in Tegal City and Tegal Regency. From 100 industry data there was a total population of 170 employees. According to the Slovin formula, 2 to 3 employees were taken in each company, and a sample of 116 people was obtained as a sample. The research was conducted using Amos 22 Software. The results of the research show that Employee Work Culture and Work Motivation have a significant positive effect on Employee Work Discipline and also have a positive impact on Employee Performance. This research is to provide support for owners and stakeholders in making decisions that work discipline, based on work culture and work motivation, is very appropriate so that it has a positive influence on employee performance.

Diabetic ulcers are partial or total damage to the skin which can extend to the tissues under the skin, tendons, muscles, bones or joints that occur in someone who has diabetes mellitus. The symptoms of a diabetic wound, namely a person experiencing a change in the shape of the foot, decreased pain sensation, decreased function of the oil and sweat glands, are early signs of the appearance of a diabetic wound (Purnomo et al., 2020).

According to Rahmi (2019) in Rimadeni et al. (2022), Sectio Caesarea (SC) is the act of removing the fetus and placenta by making an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus. SC can be an alternative delivery both for causes from the mother and from the fetus, one of which is because the fetus is entangled in the umbilical cord. The purpose of this writing is to find out and provide nursing care to Mrs. K in Nusa Indah Room, dr. Soeselo Hospital, Tegal Regency according to nursing standards. The method used is descriptive observation with a nursing process approach. From the case review, it was found that the client's main complaint was acute pain in the incision wound. There were three nursing diagnoses found, namely acute pain, risk of infection, and knowledge deficit. Interventions are prepared based on the theory of SLKI and SIKI as well as on the client's condition, and can be implemented. Based on the evaluation carried out on the client, two problems were resolved and one problem was partially resolved. KKN or Kuliah Kerja Nyata is mandatory program held by college. KKN Kolaboratif is program organized by the Jember Regency government with 18 college. The work program carried out by KKN Kolaboratif 236 is based on the problems that exist in the Tegalgede, such as the low level of public awareness in managing inorganic waste, the high level of use of inorganic waste, and the lack of digital UMKM marketing. That program aims to make the public aware of the separation of inorganic waste so that it can be recycled again and to help introduce and market UMKM products for Tegalgede digitally. The activities waste sorting competition also invited WCDI (World Clean Up Day Indonesia) and BSI (Bank Sampah Induk) to discuss determining the category of inorganic waste to be contested and related to the process of evaluating and transporting the results of the competition. The results were 14 RTs took part in the competition. Another  program, the creation of e-catalog in collaboration with 20 UMKM in Tegalgede to enter their data into the catalog. The implication of this community service activity is that it can help residents to understand more about inorganic waste and make easier to access UMKM.  

Usaha Maju is a private company engaged in trading. This company has been around for a long time in Gempolsewu Dk Tegal Kapang District, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, which is adjacent to TPI Tawang. Usaha Maju does not yet have an information system to assist companies in recording financial statements and merchandise inventory. In managing the old report data, it is still done manually, namely using a notebook in recording the data. data processing is carried out twice, namely when purchasing goods and at the time of sale, resulting in less effectiveness in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the company. Recording of inventory financial reports is still often the difference between the financial statements of purchases and sales. With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.

 Economic activity in Indonesia affects the level of state income. One sector that makes a large contribution to national income is the agricultural sector. In addition, this sector also contributes in terms of absorbing labor in the provision of food and provision of raw materials. Thus, this article discusses how the Covid-19 pandemic can affect the rise and fall of the financial resilience of farmers, the volatility of income before and after the pandemic, especially for farmers in Tegalrejo Village, Blitar Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how farmers maintain their economy amidst storms such as Covid-19, transition, pests. The method of analysis used is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews with farmers to obtain data. From the objectives and methods that have been used, it is known that every farmer in Tegalrejo Village has different income from one another, especially when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit and after the pandemic. In addition, many factors also affect the rise and fall of farmers' income.

Background: Waste that continues to accumulate every year is an unresolved environmental problem at the regional to global level. This problem can actually be overcome by applying good waste management according to its type (organic and inorganic). However, waste management is still rarely practiced in the community, for example for residents of Tegal Sari Village RT 1 and 3, Satui District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The waste segregation, disposal, and processing system in the village is not optimal. Objective: Therefore, the Desa Relasi program aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of residents in managing organic and inorganic waste through Takakura composting and inorganic crafts. Methods: The program was formed based on the results of problem priorities obtained during PBL through identification and analysis of health problems in the village by collecting secondary and primary data (with interviews and questionnaires). Results: Activities in the program are in the form of counseling, cadre debriefing, demonstration, and practice. The evaluation instruments used were pre-post test questionnaires (I and II), observation, and evaluation through chat. Based on the results of the knowledge test during counseling, 72.73% of residents experienced an increase in knowledge, 22.73% were stagnant, and 4.55% experienced a decrease (pre-post test I). While in post-test I - II, 77.72% experienced an increase, 18.18% did not experience an increase or decrease, and 4.55% experienced a decrease. Conclusion: There was an increase in knowledge in most participants regarding organic and inorganic waste management. Therefore, it is hoped that Tegal Sari Village residents will be able to apply good waste management so that it can produce use, sale and aesthetic value and advance the village.

One of the efforts to detect deviations in child development is by early detection, so that prevention, stimulation, healing and recovery efforts can be given correctly according to the indications. Detection for growth and development is an effort that needs to be supported, because it is one way to prepare quality future generations. Based on a preliminary survey conducted on mothers who had toddlers visiting Posyandu in Randusari village, it was found that mothers did not understand developmental stimulation in toddlers in order to detect early developmental delays.The prevalence of toddlers experiencing the greatest stunting at the beginning of 2022 in Tegal Regency is in Pagerbarang District (40%) exceeding the target set by the government which is no more than 20%. The technique of implementing community service is carried out by providing education on toddler development using KPSP.The results of the implementation of community service which was attended by 60 participants, namely education related to stimulation of development with KPSP, that most mothers of toddlers have understood the meaning of development, stages of development according to the age of their children, and stimulation of development that can be carried out by mothers and families. With the enthusiasm of the participants, local area stakeholders hope that similar activities can be carried out continuously in the working area of ​​the Pagerbarang Health Center. The output of the service also results in the publication of scientific articles related to the stimulation of growth and development of toddlers.
