Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kesalahan berbahasa indonesia dalam menulis surat lamaran pekerjaan oleh siswa kelas X1 sma negeri 1 badar tahun pembelajaran 2021/2022. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini siswa 27 yaitu kelas X1 ipa inti.berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan pada bab terdahulu maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada kemampuan menganalisis kesalan berbahasa indonesia dalam menulis surat lamaran oleh siswa kelas x1 sma negeri 1 badar tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Hal itu terbukti dari nilai rata-rata tes awal kemampauan menganalis kesalahan berbahasa indonesia dalam menulis surat lamaran siswa sebesar 81.67 dengan standar deviasinya sebesar 4.32 jika dikaitkan dengan nilai KKM mata pelajaran bahasa indonesia sebesar 75, maka kemampuana menganalisis kesalahan berbahasa indonesia dalam menulis surat surat lamaran untuk tes awal siswa termasuk dalam kategori baik. Dari pengujian hipotesis didapat, nilai> ttabel atau 98.37> 2.00 atau hipotesis diterima maka dengan demikian dari hasil pengujian hipotesis di atas diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ada kemampuan menganalisis klesalahan berbahasa indonesia dalam menulis surat lamaran oleh siswa kelas X1 sma negeri 1 badar tahun ajaran 2011/2022

In this era of globalization, technological advancements have rapidly progressed, easing human tasks with the current technology that typically gets things done swiftly. Information technology in institutional settings serves as a means of knowledge and information management. Kelurahan Sempaja Timur is a local government office that serves the community in all matters related to governance. This office holds a plethora of data concerning incoming and outgoing correspondence. However, the archiving of these documents is still done manually, leading to a buildup of letters over time. Hence, there's a need for a system capable of handling the archiving of documents, facilitating both storage and swift, detailed retrieval when needed. This will expedite subsequent workflow processes.

Meritokrasi sebagai sistem penempatan di dalam suatu jabatan pemerintahan atau pun pekerjaan berdasar kepantasan dan kelayakan, secara implisit tidak lepas disinggung dalam Al-Qur`an. Hal ini dapat diamati misalnya, dalam surat Yusuf: 55 tentang jabatan bendahara negara yang diajukan oleh Yusuf as. kepada Raja Mesir, juga dalam surat Al-Qashash: 26 tentang pengajuan Musa as. untuk bekerja kepada Syu’aib as., juga dalam Al-Baqarah: 247 tentang pengangkatan Thalut sebagai raja. Dari ketiga ayat tersebut, semua penempatan itu berdasar pada kelayakan, Yusuf as. yang diungkap sebagai “hafîdzun ‘alîm”, Musa as. yang diungkap dengan “al-qawiyyul-amîn”, dan Thaluth yang diungkap dengan “basthatan fil-‘ilm wal-jism”. Pengungkapan ketiganya dengan kompetensi masing-masing menjadi petunjuk Al-Qur`an untuk memperhatikan penempatan suatu posisi kepada orang yang tepat untuk mendapatkannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik (tafsir maudlu’î) tentang ayat-ayat Al-Qur`an yang mengandung pesan meritokrasi seperti, Al-Baqarah: 30-31, 247, Yusuf: 55, An-Nur: 55, dan Al-Qashash: 26, juga kata yang semakna dengan meritokrasi, seperti kata ahlun, dalam An-Nisa`: 58, An-Nahl: 43, dan Al-Anbiya`: 7. Dari ayat-ayat yang diteliti dapat teridentifikasi, bahwa di antara standar sistem merit dalam Al-Qur`an, antara lain: 1) kapabilitas, yang teridentifikasi dari pengetahuan dan pengalaman; 2) profesionalisme, yang teridentifikasi dari sikap yang bertanggung jawab; 3) moralitas, yang teridentifikasi dari karakter yang amanah; 4) kerja keras, yang teridentifikasi dari kekuatan. Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial sehingga dalam kehidupannya akan selalu melakukan interaksi dengan manusia lainnya. Salah satu bentuk interaksi sosial ialah bersilaturahmi dengan cara mengunjungi rumah seseorang. Sebagai penerima tamu atau pemilik rumah yang dikunjungi sudah sepantasnya menampilkan sifat dan perilaku yang baik dalam hal ini penulis namakan dengan akhlak memuliakan tamu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini tiada lain untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep yang ditawarkan Alquran terkait akhlak dalam memuliakan tamu. Dengan merujuk pada term dhaif dimana penulis menemukan kata ini tersebar di dalam lima surat dan enam ayat, yaitu surat Hud/11:78, al-Hijr/15/51, 68, al-Kahfi/18:77, adz-Dzariyat/51:24, dan al-Qamar/54:37 kemudian dikaji dengan penafsiran Abu Su’ud dengan kitab tafsirnya yang berjudul Irsyad Al-Aql As-Salim ila Mazaya Al-Kitab Al-Karim. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif-desktiptif dengan jenis data kepustakaan. Adapun hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan ayat-ayat tersebut maka konsepsi yang ditawarkan Alquran terkait akhlak memuliakan tamu diantaranya: menjawab ucapan salam dari tamu, menghormati tamu dengan cara memberikan jamuan dan pelayanan terbaik, menghidangkan jamuan tidak jauh dari jangkauan tamu, berkata-kata yang baik, penuh dengan sopan santun serta lemah lembut, memenuhi hak-hak tamu dan menjaga tamu yang berkunjung dari segala bentuk keburukan, tidak menolak kunjung seseorang yang akan bertamu, memberikan tempat istirahat, serta mengajak istri/suami serta anggota yang berada di dalam rumah yang dikunjungi oleh tamu.

Land disputes are civil disputes that are often filed by justice seekers in the District Court. Recently, many inheritance disputes often occur in families, the inheritance in question is in the form of movable and immovable property. This research aims to determine the process of resolving inheritance land disputes due to falsification of wills in district court and the inhibiting factors which are useful as a reference. The type of research used is empirical research, by interviewing plaintiffs, defendants and co-defendants in case decision no. 44/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Gtlo.The results of the research show that resolving inheritance land disputes resulting from forgery of wills through the District Court is preferred as a solution because it is an institution that provides the justice desired by the plaintiff and its decisions have permanent legal force. Inhibiting factors found in the research process, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors consist of lack of human resources, administrative services, and lack of facilities. And external factors consist of cost, time, good faith, lack of understanding of the parties, chaos in the trial, and lack of evidence. 

Sertifikasi aset Pemerintah selain sebagai bentuk tertib administrasi juga menjadi atensi dari KPK, karena sertifikasi aset merupakan upaya pencegahan kehilangan aset negara. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banyuwangi bersama Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Banyuwangi tengah mendaftarkan seluruh bidang tanah asetnya namun belum semua aset tersebut dapat disertifikasi/disertifikatkan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana penyelesaian pendaftaran tanah aset Pemerintah Banyuwangi; jenis Hak Atas Tanah yang diberikan; dan hambatan apa yang terjadi serta upaya yang dapat diambil  untuk mengatasinya. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain Penyelesaian sertifikasi aset Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banyuwangi dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang mengatur pendaftaran tanah. Kantor Pertanahan memberikan fasilitas loket prioritas serta tim khusus agar sertifikasi aset Pemerintah dapat segera diselesaikan. Hak atas tanah yang diberikan kepada Pemerintah Daerah adalah Hak Pakai Selama Dipergunakan. Jenis hak ini diberikan karena penggunaan bidang tanah aset yang didaftarkan untuk kepentingan umum/masyarakat banyak. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pendaftaran aset antara lain, terjadinya pencatatan ganda antar instansi, masuknya aset pada kawasan kehutanan, ketidaklengkapan bukti alas hak, ketidaksingkronan satuan data, Sumber Daya Manusia, serta kendala penganggaran. Kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan mengadakan rapat koordinasi lintas instansi dengan supervisi dari KPK agar masing-masing instansi dapat saling melakukan crosscheck asetnya, Koordinasi dengan Kementerian Kehutanan, pembuatan Surat Pertanggungjawaban Mutlak dari Kuasa Pengguna Barang sebagai penguat alas hak, persiapan sertifikasi aset serta penganggaran dilakukan satu tahun sebelum dilaksanakan, bekerja sama dengan kantor pertanahan mengadakan pelatihan pendaftaran tanah untuk pegawai.

Pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah yang dianut di Indonesia menggunakan sistem publikasi negatif yang mengandung unsur positif. Pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah melalui jual beli pada dasarnya untuk menjalankan asas publisitas untuk memberikan kepastian dan perlindungan hukum terhadap pembeli. Akan tetapi masih ada masyarakat yang tidak melakukan pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa perlindungan hukum terhadap pembeli hak atas tanah melalui Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Sementara yang tidak didaftarkan, pertimbangan hakim didalam memutus perkara berkaitan dengan perlindungan hukum terhadap pembeli hak atas tanah melalui Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Sementara yang tidak didaftarkan dalam Putusan Nomor 17/Pdt.G/2021/ PN.Wat, dan akibat hukum terhadap pembeli hak atas tanah melalui Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Sementara yang tidak didaftarkan. Metode pendekatan yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif, spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis, dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder, yang diperoleh dari penelitian kepustakaan (library research), setelah data terkumpul akan dianalisis dan disistematisasikan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pembeli tidak mendapatkan perlindungan hukum terhadap jual beli hak atas tanah melalui Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Sementara yang tidak didaftarkan karena pembeli tidak mendapatkan surat tanda bukti kuat yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah berupa sertifikat tanah. Pembeli dapat memperjuangkan terhadap perlindungan dan kepastian hukum dengan mengajukan gugatan di Pengadilan (2) hakim memberikan pertimbangan hukum dengan melihat peristiwa hukum yang telah terjadi dengan dasar adanya Akta Jual Beli Nomor 62/2001 yang dibuat oleh Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah Sementara dan juga bukti-bukti yang diajukan para pihak dalam perkara tersebut. (3) Akibat hukum terhadap Pembeli yang tidak melakukan pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah yaitu pembeli tidak mendapatkan sertifikat tanah sebagai alat pembuktian yang kuat kepemilikan tanah.

The aim of this research is to describe and determine the social values ​​contained in the short story collection Surat untuk Bapak by Nidhom Khoeron. This research uses two approaches, namely a qualitative descriptive approach and literary sociology. The data collection technique used in this research is listening and taking notes. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative. This research data presentation technique uses informal techniques. The results of the research show that there is social value in the short story collection Surat untuk Bapak by Nidhom Khoeron. There are three types of social values, namely compassion, responsibility and harmony of life. The first is the form of the Social Value of Love which includes Devotion, Help, Caring, Kinship and Loyalty. The two forms of Social Responsibility Values ​​include the values ​​of a sense of belonging, Discipline and Empathy. The three forms of social values ​​are harmony of life which include justice, tolerance and cooperation, democracy.

The management of incoming letters and outgoing letters at the Department of Industry and Trade of Medan City refers to the processes and activities carried out to receive, process, and distribute letters received or sent by Disperindag. In this study, it will be discussed how the incoming and outgoing mail management system on Disperindag's foreign trade licensing governance, as well as the obstacles experienced in the process of Disperindag's incoming and outgoing mail governance. this type of research is qualitative research that uses a series of sentences to describe the data. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method whose data sources are in the form of text, images and in the form of sources from books. and information from employees and the head of the Medan Industry and Trade Office. This research uses written data sourced from interviews during college internships, scientific journal books and previous research. The results of this study indicate that the process of handling incoming letters includes receiving letters, recording letters, sending letters, and processing letters. While the processing of outgoing letters includes preparing letters, typing letters, signing letters, recording letters, copying letters, and sending letters.

The Indonesian Constitutional Court in its judicial review of the Criminal Procedure Code No. 34/PUU-XI/2013 stated that Article 268 paragraph (3) regarding the limit on filing for judicial review of criminal cases is contrary to the 1945 Constitution and has no binding legal force. The Supreme Court responded to the decision by issuing Supreme Court Circular Letter No. 07/2014 which continues to limit judicial review to only one time based on the Judicial Power Act and the Supreme Court Act. Departing from regulatory dualism, this paper formulates the problem of the legal products issued by the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court in terms of material testing of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code. This study uses normative legal research methods through a review of literature sources. Through Gustav Radbruch's Legal Theory, this study found that first, the position of the SEMA was issued even though it was in accordance with existing laws and regulations, but this decision was contrary to Gustav Radbruch's Legal Theory. Second, the legal consequences after the Constitutional Court Decision. The Supreme Court through SEMA that limits the filing of judicial review to one time is legally flawed both in terms of substance and formal formation because it contradicts the Constitutional Court Decision.

The crime of falsifying land certificates is an unlawful act that intends to take over the rights to land ownership from the victims. This land certificate forgery case is a rare or little case encountered by the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the North Maluku Regional Police because so far the cases that have been entered are from reports of people who are victims of land certificate forgery. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the form of law enforcement in the criminal act of land certificate forgery and also find out what are the obstacles experienced by police investigators of the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the North Maluku Regional Police when carrying out their duties as well as with efforts made by police officers, especially investigators to overcome obstacles in law enforcement of land certificate forgery crimes. The method used is in the form of an empirical juridical method with primary data sources that the author found through interviews with members as well as auxiliary investigators at the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the North Maluku Regional Police along with secondary data. With data analysis methods in the form of qualitative analysis methods, where data obtained through collection methods such as interviews with resource persons and observation of reality in the field which will then be drawn conclusions. It should be noted that law enforcement in the crime of forgery of land certificates still has many obstacles such as loss of evidence, long summoning of witnesses, search and seizure permits and low legal error in the community.    

Abstract. Based on the title mentioned in this research, the aim of this research is to determine the juridical assessment of a power of attorney that was canceled by a notary without the presence of one of the parties and with their consent. This research uses a certain type of normative legal research. Library research was used in the process of collecting data from the items examined in this research. To evaluate and discuss research materials based on law, legal norms, legal theory and legal doctrine that are relevant to the main topic, this research uses a normative analysis approach to obtain the data. The results of this research indicate that the legal consequences of revoking a power of attorney carried out unilaterally by the director of PT Oro Jayanto Perkasa can be declared as an unlawful act. The director's legal responsibility for the revocation of the power of attorney made and signed before a notary is that the defendant is required to pay compensation to the plaintiff. So the government and the DPR should have the ability to test the power of attorney regulations in the Civil Code. and there should be outreach to the community to provide a clear understanding of the requirements that must be met in the handover of power

A letter is a means of conveying information in writing from one party to another. Then there are elements that fall into the category of Indonesian language errors in this letter, namely errors in using letters, errors in writing words, errors in writing punctuation marks, ineffective use of words. Errors in correspondence made by writers do not refer to letter writing standards, based on the letter writers' knowledge and skills regarding grammar and limited letter form. The location of this research is the Sindangkasih sub-district office, Ciamis Regency. The aim is to improve letter writing in agencies because there is a habit where writers only rely on samples without following new rules. The research method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. The sampling carried out was comparing three letters as material for research. The results obtained from the research and analysis on the effectiveness of sentences were six errors from the 3 letters, and in spelling errors there were nine errors from the 3 letters.

Given the lack of knowledge about how to create a questionnaire using the Zoho Form application. Implementation of dedication to PT Atmi Duta Engineering using observation and interview methods. Based on the results of the trial and  outreach,  it shows that  the marketing division finds it helpful in filling out order letters and it is easy for the admin to manage order data.

This reflects the importance of focusing on our relationship with Jesus Christ and letting go of anything that obstructs spiritual growth. The concept of perseverance is emphasized in Hebrews 12:1, depicting the journey of faith as a race requiring endurance, resilience, and strong focus. Perseverance is necessary because this journey is not a short sprint but a long-term marathon that demands enduring commitment. Hebrews 12:2 directs our focus to Jesus as the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. Our perseverance is not a result of our efforts alone but is strengthened by fixing our gaze on Jesus Christ. This reflects that true perseverance involves a deep understanding of Christ's presence and glory. Hebrews 12:3 reminds us to endure suffering without losing heart, following the example of Him who endured suffering. Perseverance is required in facing challenges and hardships, and a steadfast focus on Jesus Christ motivates us to endure in the midst of trials. In conclusion, Hebrews 12:1-3 provides a strong foundation for understanding the role of perseverance in our journey of faith towards Jesus Christ. By shedding burdens, focusing on Christ, and facing suffering with perseverance, we can navigate the race of faith with determination and attain the eternal reward prepared for those who remain faithful.

  Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) yang bergerak dalam distribusi air bersih bagi masyarakat. Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) adalah salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi penilaian kinerja keuangan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Wair Pu’an Kabupaten Sikka menurut keputusan menteri dalam negeri nomor 47 tahun 1999 periode tahun 2017-2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis rasio keuangan menggunakan 10 indikaror menurut surat keputusan menteri dalam negeri nomor 47 tahun 1999. Dari hasil perhitungan rasio keuangan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Wair Pu’an Kabupaten Sikka periode 2017-2021 bahwa dari 10 (sepuluh) hasil perhitungan rasio dari tahun 2017-2020 adalah cukup, Sedangkan hasil perhitungan rasio dari tahun 2021 adalah kurang, hal ini disebabkan karena pendapatan tahun 2021 menurun sedangkan beban usaha meningkat. Kriteria dengan nilai tertinggi adalah 29 terdapat ditahun 2017 sedangkan di tahun 2018-2021 nilai kinerja keuangan berkisar antara 26,27, dan 28.

This research was conducted as an effort to obtain a reading material related to thermodynamics so that it can be more easily understood by students or other readers. In conducting research, a researcher needs to follow the rules and regulations that apply so that the results obtained can be said to be valid. This research was conducted using the literature review method, namely by looking for sources that lead to a literature review of the basic concepts of thermodynamics which in this search are very important and much needed. The results of this study are that there are implications or connectedness between the concept of a single particle system and thermodynamics. Single particle systems trapped in a potential well can be explained or understood from a thermodynamic perspective.

The Kuantan Singingi Regency General Election Commission Office is a government agency that organizes general elections in Indonesia, including members of the DPR/DPD/DPRD, General Elections for President and Vice President as well as General Elections for Regional Heads and Deputy Regional Heads. Design of an information system for managing official travel documents specifically for the Finance Department where the system currently used is still manual. During designing the information system, the methodology used was the first stage, namely Analysis and the second stage, namely Reporting. The aim of this Practical Work Report is expected to be able to help the Kuantan Singingi Regency KPU in improving the existing system, so that the management of official travel documents that have been done manually can be facilitated by the system Application.   

This change in regulations regarding employment status creates new dynamics in the implementation of employee recruitment in various government agencies. This creates challenges in maintaining the quality and integrity of the state civil apparatus, along with efforts to increase the professionalism and effectiveness of the bureaucracy. To understand the impact of this change comprehensively, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research that can provide better insight into how the PPNPN recruitment discretion can influence the letter of the Minister of PANRB No. B/185/M.SM.02. 03/2022 concerning Employment Status in Central Government and Regional Government institutions, the contents of which are that honorary employees will completely expire on November 28 2023 and be replaced by PPPK. This regulation means that government officials no longer have discretionary authority to appoint honorary employees or PPNPN. Flexibility of authority for the government to meet the needs of supporting personnel through outsourcing mechanisms. Document Study research method: by reviewing existing related documents. The documentation study approach is research that analyzes the PANRB Minister's Letter and other related policy documents to understand the content, objectives and provisions of the regulations. Data collection through literature and qualitative analysis. The research results show that violations of the PANRB ministerial regulations will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. To meet the shortage of ASN positions or other supporting staff, the leadership proposed the formation of CPNS and PPPK after mapping the positions. The recommendations from this research are the importance of the availability of human resources for civil servants for good public services, and changes in policy regarding the recruitment of honorary employees by the government or leadership.

The rapid response to COVID-19 by central and local governments relies on Circular Letters, convenient policy tools requiring no external approval. Despite their ease of use, Circular Letters often trigger debates and legal disputes due to inconsistencies in content and legal status.The research methodology employed is normative legal research, conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The findings of the study reveal that the existence of Circular Letters, which is a form of policy regulation, results from the discretionary power vested in the government. However, as discussed above, there is a lack of consistency among officials regarding the format and content of Circular Letters, leading to some Circular Letters containing legal norms that are generally binding on the public. In contrast, according to the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 80 of 2012 and the Regulation of the Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2014, Circular Letters are classified as administrative document products. Consequently, the implication of this research is that Circular Letters should only serve as internal communication tools, providing notifications within the internal organizational structure.
