This study aims to analyze the role of Digital Public Relations (DPR) in maintaining public trust in Kopi Tuku's reputation through its Instagram account @tokokopituku. Using qualitative methods with documentation studies, this study analyzed feed posts, captions, comment interactions, and related digital documents. The results show that Kopi Tuku implements a consistent digital communication strategy through simple visuals, humanistic storytelling, and a friendly style of language. This creates a deep perception of authenticity and transparency in the eyes of consumers. Although comment interactions are not too intense, the principle of symmetrical communication is still applied with quick and friendly responses. The consistency of brand values ​​and identity further strengthens public trust, maintaining Kopi Tuku's reputation amidst the intense competition in the coffee industry. This research contributes to the development of digital PR studies and serves as a reference for local coffee industry players in formulating social media-based communication strategies to build closer relationships with consumers.

Literary works are the author's reflection of real life. This paper aims to determine the intrinsic elements contained in the short story "Killing a Crazy Person" in the short story collection "A Pair of Old Shoes" by Sapardi Djoko Damono with an objective approach. The results of the study indicate that the short story "Killing a Crazy Person" has intact intrinsic elements which include theme, characters and characterization, plot, setting, point of view, style of language, and moral. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis with an objective approach in literary works. Data analysis techniques include reading the short story, observing the short story, collecting data, describing, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study is the integrity of the intrinsic elements contained in the story. The results show that this short story has intact intrinsic elements that support each other and enrich the meaning of the story. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with the steps of reading, observing, collecting data, describing, and drawing conclusions. This study provides a deeper understanding of how the intrinsic elements in the short story "Killing a Crazy Person" work together to form a complete and meaningful story.

The purpose of this study is to determine the style of language used by Jay Asher in Thirteen Reasons Why and to find the dominant type of language style in Jay Asher's Thirteen Reasons Why. The research method used is qualitative. The results of this study are based on the theory of language style according to Keraf. The style of language that is widely used in this novel is of the 25 styles of language found, there are as many as 16 data (64%) are personification language styles, 5 data (20%) are ironic language styles, 2 data (8%) are figurative language Antiphrasis, 1 data (4%) is an allusion style, and 1 data (4%) is a metaphor style. Personification style is in the first place and is the dominant style of language used in Jay Asher's novel Thirteen Reasons Why.

This research contains a discussion of the use of language styles in the lyrics of the song by Nadin Amizah with the title "Rayuan Perempuan gila" and the meaning in the song lyrics. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of language styles and the meaning of language styles in the song "Rayuan perempuan gila". This research uses descriptive research and a qualitative approach which is guided by the theory of Gorys Keraf (2010). The song "Rayuan Perempuan Gila" was chosen as research material because the song's lyrics were written using a language style that was quite interesting and quite foreign to the ears of the wider community. However, this song by Nadin Amizah was well received by the wider community. The research was carried out using the literature study method, so that from this research it is hoped that results will be found in the form of discovering types of use of language style and meaning in the song entitled Mad Woman by Nadin Amizah.
