The fast-paced and practical lifestyle elements of today's metropolitan society have an impact on the food ingested, which is bad for the body's health. The majority of high-risk illnesses, including heart disease, breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease, stroke, depression, and others, affect women more than males. The Community Service Partners are the management of the Family Welfare Development Team (TP-PKK) in West Bungo Village, Bungo Regency. The majority of PKK administrators, besides their activities as housewives, also work in government, private and entrepreneurial institutions, where due to business, consumption patterns and types of food eaten are unhealthy, such as fast- food which can be bad for the health of the body. especially reproductive health. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to provide training and skills for TP-PKK administrators in making traditional herbal drinks with raw materials from rhizome plants such as Ginger, Turmeric, Temu Lawak, Kencur, Galangal which are very useful in helping to maintain body and reproductive health. in productive Ages.

The study of the influence of assertive communication style and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening factor was conducted by taking a sample of 72 respondents from the Al Ummah Education and Human Resources Foundation who were placed in Assalaam Integrated Islamic Junior High School Pekalongan City. From the results of the study, it was found that assertive communication style has a positive effect on job satisfaction; organizational culture has a positive impact on job satisfaction; Assertive communication style has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive impact on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of assertive communication style on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the impact of organizational culture on employee performance.

Leadership style plays a very important role in determining employee discipline because the leader can be used as an example and determinant for his subordinates. The style of a disciplined leader can affect the discipline of employees / subordinates. Another phenomenon is the provision of proper motivation, where it will be able to generate enthusiasm, passion and sincerity of work. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of women's leadership style on work discipline, 2) the effect of work motivation on work discipline, 3) the influence of women's leadership styles on performance, 4) the effect of work motivation on performance, and 5) the effect of work discipline on performance. This type of research is causal associative quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted on a ship crew where there was a female leader/officer on the deck and the engine department with a total population of 60 people. The results showed 1) leadership style had a significant effect on work discipline, 2) work motivation had a significant effect on work discipline, 3) women's leadership style had a significant effect on performance, 4) work motivation had a significant effect on performance and 5) work discipline had significant effect on performance.

The enhancement number of incident non-infectious disease (PTM) is created through the implementation of non-infectious disease health screening and education presentation, especially for the society of Negeri Latuhalat in productive age and elders. This activity is conducted from house to house or door to door. The method that has been utilized is screening implementation also the presentation of education about the non-infectious disease in the society of Negeri Latuhalat. The steps that have been used during the activity are: planning and preparation, health checkup, also the presentation of education. The result of the screening pursuit towards non-infectious disease obtains average participant with stomach circumference above common, there are 55%, IMT overweight 45%, IMT obesity rate I 15%, hypertension 55%, diabetes 15%, high-uric acid 45%, total cholesterol 45%. Therefore, it is needed to provide education for the society of Negeri Latuhalat in allied with the changes in lifestyle for preventing the enhancement number of non-infectious diseases, particularly in productive age and elders.

Clothing is a cultural phenomenon that cannot be separated from the meaning of signs. It can be studied using a semiotic approach. A fantasy dress with the source of the Srikandhi puppet idea was associated with a fashion meaning. The purpose of this final project was to know the process of making ready to wear fantasy the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style using a semiotic approach. The method used in this research was qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, literature, interviews, and documentation. The process of making ready to wear fantasy, the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style includes; determine fashion design, fashion design analysis, preparation of tools and materials, determine sizes, basic pattern making, material cutting, exhibitions, ironing of upholstery materials, process of sewing clothes, and finishing. Making ready to wear fantasy, the new Srikandhi exotic dramatic style using a semiotic approach must pay attention to various elements, such as designs, motifs, colors, and accessories so that it can be meaningful. The suggestions of this Final Project were; in making fantasy clothing should not eliminate the characteristics of the source of the idea. So that clothing can be created that matches the source of the idea.

Weaving is a unique variation whose manufacturing method is quite complicated and requires precision and patience. The process of making woven fabric which is quite complicated with unique results makes the writer interested in choosing woven as a variation of dramatic exotic clothing in the clothing. The problem discussed is how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The aim is to find out how to apply variations of woven techniques to dramatic exotic clothing. The process of applying variations of weaving techniques in dramatic exotic clothing is as follows: making designs, determining the materials and weaving techniques to be used, preparing the tools and materials, taking measurements, making patterns, cutting fabrics, merging, pressing, weaving, making trials, sewing the clothing, applying weaving to clothing. Increasing consumer demand, including in the fashion sector, is directly proportional to the waste generated. Unconsciously, the fashion industry is one of the contributors to global pollution. One of the contributions is with a sustainable fashion. Awareness of environmental sustainability encourages environmentally friendly clothing styles become more popular. Designers are competing to make design collections with sustainable materials, It is the ecoprint fabric motif. Ecoprint means the technique of making motifs on cloth by tracing the leaves and then boiling them. Almost 100% of ecoprint fabrics are made using natural materials that are biodegradable. Creating fabrics with ecoprint motifs requires fabric materials derived from natural fibers, both plant and animal fiber. The dyes used come from nature, including from stems, leaves, flowers, fruit skins which when boiled are able to produce the same colors as chemical substances. The motif from leaves that produce natural colors, arranged in such a way is created kind of motif formation. Experimental methods of various in arranging leaves and flowers will produce unique different styles of motifs. Ecoprint as an alternative to sustainable Indonesian ‘Wastra’ expected will become more popular because of the uniqueness of the motifs, sustainable and the high selling price.

Early childhood is also known as the golden age, in which the potential and abilities of the physical, cognitive, language, artistic, social-emotional, moral, religious, self-concept, self-discipline and independence develop. One of the factors that can influence the process of developing independence in children is parenting style. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. The results of this study are through parenting parents are able to build children's independence, including in applying habits to children. Counseling about drug abuse is very important, especially among youth generation. This age period is a group that is prone to drug abuse because of the desire to do experiment, seek identity, seek recognition and lifestyle. The counseling aims to provide knowledge and understanding about the disadvantages of drug abuse, the impact of drug abuse and the legal impact of drug abuse. This counseling is important as a preventive effort to overcome the danger of drugs. Hopefully, the youth generation will be more interested to find out what drugs are and examine the pros and cons without having to try and learn from other’s experience.

This study specializes in analyzing the short story Kairos kopi by Putu Ayub using an objective approach to obtain the structure in the short story in the form of intrinsic elements namely theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, characterization, style of language, and message in the short story. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. As for descriptive qualitative is a study devoted to research thoroughly, broadly, and deeply. The results are in the quality of words, sentences and their meanings without comparing the results of this study with the results of other studies. The source of the data obtained is by reading carefully, critically the short story Kairos Kopi by Putu Ayub. Based on the results of the theme used in the short story, which is about struggle, that if we want to start something new we must not be pessimistic. This is consistent with the character in the short story, namely (I) who has a pessimistic character

This is a descriptive study that examines the Indonesian people's comprehension of NFT and the popularity of NFT (Non-Fungible Token) using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Since the explosion of Ghozali Everyday's NFT works in Indonesia in 2021, it has been an attraction for the Indonesian people to learn "What is NFT" and "How does NFT work?". The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to establish the features of popular NFT goods among users; and (2) to assess Indonesian people's aesthetic opinion of the popularity of NFT products. The findings revealed that; first, the aesthetic analysis of The most popular works in the NFT Opensea marketplace have various features, including (a) character selection, (b) picture object capture, (c) style selection, and (d) usage value. It is believed that this research would aid in understanding the situation of the Indonesian people about societal phenomena, particularly NFT (non-fungible tokens), so that they may be utilized as references for the academic community, users, or art watchers with an interest in NFT products.

 The satire style was chosen to express satire and criticism explicitly. In communicating on social media, satire is also used in making memes. The problem with this research is how satire language is in meme culture on social media. This research aims to reveal how political satire is discussed in memes on social media. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply how the satire discourse is contained in pictorial texts or purely texts in social media memes. This research is interesting because the satire humor style contained in memes becomes a practical, absurd political, economic, educational, cultural, and other responsibility that can shift, eliminate, then reverse and bring up new discourses. This study uses a critical discourse analysis by Norman Fairclough, which identifies that the discourse can be a series of verbal and written words or a series of speech acts. With this knife of analysis, it was found that satire in memes on social media is used in the form of satire and criticism of things that are being viral and how these issues affect social media in the real world. Memes are not seen as silent, passive, and finished texts as they are produced. On the other hand, Memes are dynamic and moving strategies through comedy Satire.

Abstract. This study aim is to find out how customers feel about the atmosphere and quality of service at Sociostyle Stores. A descriptive quantitative method was used in this study. In this study, the study population was made up of people who shopped at the Temanggung Sociostyle Shop. The exact number of people who shopped there was not known because the number of people who shopped there was always growing. Because of this, the sampling strategy is based on the Lemeshow formula. Based on the numbers, the number of people in the sample is 100. For their research, the researchers used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and direct observation. After the data were collected, the instrument's validity and reliability were checked. After the instrument has been found to be valid and trustworthy, descriptive statistical analysis can continue so that the research questions can be answered. The results showed that all of the store atmosphere and service quality variables were in the very high category because their mean values were between 3.24 and 4.00.

This study reviews micro-learning including its use, benefits, and limitation. This study is library research. The analysis shows that microlearning can be delivered through video, application, gamification, infographics, and social media. Numerous studies demonstrate the benefits of microlearning that lessons can be delivered in a short amount of time. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Microlearning is flexible to accommodate different learning styles and can be customized to students’ needs. With short material, students can choose which material is needed, desired, and relevant. Microlearning help increases students’ retention rates and comprehension levels. If the material is broken down into smaller parts, it is easier for students to remember lessons, and easier for teachers to update content and to know learning outcomes. However, the limitations are that microlearning is not suitable for complex and complicated material, and requires detailed explanation. The learning method is dependent on the learning objectives. If the material is in small parts, it can prevent students from understanding the material in-depth. Educators are required to produce their learning content. However, not all educators have the capacity and time to prepare content. Microlearning strategies are related to the individual qualities of learners, the propensity of teachers to utilize digital technology, and external circumstances such as the availability of learning resources.

Hamicara Jawa or speaking Javanese is one of the language skills that must be preserved and developed, as an effort to maintain and revitalize regional languages among the millennial generation. So, the service team of the Javanesse Education Language Study Program provided good and good hamicarajawa  training for youth groups in Sukoharjo district. The method applied is to provide training and mentoring for hamcara Jawa using modeling techniques and direct practice. The result of this service is that youth organizations in the district of Sukoharjo who incidentally still use Javanese as their mother tongue and are used in traditional ceremonies or daily activities can use the good and correct Javanese language. This is in accordance with the purpose of service, namely providing assistance and training to youth youth groups so that they can use good and correct Javanese language in speaking in society, especially hamicara Jawa in community activities and Javanese traditional ceremonies. As an effort to preserve and develop regional languages, especially Javanese, Surakarta style

Tere Liye is one of the well-known Indonesian writers who has its own characteristics in the writing style of each novel. The style of language used by each writer and author of novel will be different. In this study, it will be discussed the style of language used in the novel "Hujan" by Tere Liye. The “Hujan” novels managed to enter the ranks of the Best Seller novels when it was published. It's not only the storyline that can attract readers, but the language it uses also manages to attract people to read novels. This study uses an analytical method, namely by analyzing the contents of the novel "Hujan" by Tere Liye. This study will discuss the language styles contained in the novel “Hujan” including allegory, alusio, anticlimax, antithesis, asyndeton, hyperbole, climax, metaphor, correction, paradox, personification, pleonasm, polysyndeton, repetition, rhetoric, simile, and synecdoche.

The purpose of making this article is to find out what the lyrics of the title "Jakarta Today" mean. And also to find out what are the styles of language or figure of speech contained in the lyrics of the song "Jakarta Today" as well as some of our goals, especially in this song, especially for people who are in a position between advancing or retreating from a choice and also about heartbreak. what he wrote is an illustration of a different level of heartbreak because it tells the relationship between humans. Jakarta is an interesting setting to take up because it brings a deep impression on the vocalist's life. Jakarta teaches many things to be human The theory we use according to some well-known experts. The method we use in this journal is by listening to the song and reading the lyrics to the song. The result of our analysis is that every lyric of the song “Jakarta Hari Ini” contains many meanings that we must learn. Our recommendation to establish a relationship should lower each other's ego so that they complement each other's shortcomings.

The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research and the form of research used is a case study with the subject being students of class X IIS 4 consisting of 30 students. The data collection tool used was a learning style questionnaire, a test of mathematical problem solving abilities in the form of 2 essays, and interviews with 6 students, namely 2 students with a visual learning style, 2 students with an auditory learning style, and 2 students with a kinesthetic learning style. Before being used in this study, the questions were tried out to determine validity, discriminatory power, index of difficulty, and test reliability. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in terms of learning styles in SPLTV material as a whole have a percentage of 65% with moderate criteria. The sub-problems in this study are as follows: (1) The mathematical problem solving ability of students with a visual learning style has a percentage of 64.82% with moderate criteria; (2) Mathematical problem solving ability of students with auditory learning style ability has a percentage of 72.92% with moderate criteria; (3) The ability of students' mathematical problem solving with learning styles has a percentage of 61.72% with low criteria.    

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Leadership Style, Workload, and Incentives on Employee Performance at CV Gemilang Abadi Semarang." Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 82 respondents were employees at CV Gemilang Abadi Semarang. Based on the results of the study, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.632 > 1.664, with a sig value. of 0.001 <0.05. Leadership style (β1) has a positive sign of 0.266 which means that the better the leadership style, the higher the employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Workload has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the t-value that is greater than the t-table, namely 3.941 > 1.664, with a sig. By 0.000 > 0.05. Workload (β2) has a positive sign of 0.295 which means that the more appropriate the workload is, the better the employee's performance. Thus it can be concluded that H2 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that workload has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Incentives have a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the greater t-count value of t-table, namely 8.699 > 1.664, with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Incentives (β3) have a positive sign of 0.590 which means that the higher the incentives given, the higher the employee's performance. Thus it can be concluded that H3 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that incentives have a positive effect on employee performance is proven.
