Human resource management supports companies to gain competitive advantage through business strategy. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the role of human resource management (HRM) in establishing competitive advantage in companies and to find out which employee recruitment and training are best used to increase competitive advantage. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature review data collection techniques. Based on the results of the review, it is known that competitive advantage is achieved through the company's internal environment, namely human resources. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the company's internal environment through employee recruitment as well as employee training and development.

The development of the business world has increased rapidly in the modern era like today. This causes intense competition between business actors in developing their products in the face of developments in the business world. Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs now play a very important role in the growth of the economy in Indonesia. Mrs. Maubah's porridge business is one of the MSMEs in Cilegon City, Banten which operates in the food sector. This business can provide jobs for the local community. My mother's porridge business itself is a type of food business which sells various variations of porridge and various other fried foods. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by Ibu Majadi's porridge business to increase sales. Carrying out a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in determining the marketing strategy. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the situation of phenomena in the field. Researchers used data collection methods in research, namely observation and interviews. To find out how the strategy is used, the Swot Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was concluded that the results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), for the strength and weakness variables, each obtained a strength value of 1.89, while a value of 1.00 was obtained for weaknesses. This means that the strengths of Mrs. Matahu's porridge business are greater than the weaknesses. Meanwhile, the value obtained for the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) Matrix was 1.47 for opportunities, while the value for threats was 0.64. This means that for Mrs. Matahu's porridge business, the opportunity value is greater than the threat value. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that Ibu Ma's porridge business has strengths and opportunities so that it will be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support the policy of growing aggression.

Unwanted sex-related behavior, such as demands for sex and other physical and verbal sexual abuse, is known as sexual violence or harassment. These actions certainly have a significant and broad impact on people's lives, especially children and teenagers. The impact of sexual violence can last long after the experience ends and is closely related to the life circumstances of children and adolescents both during and after sexual interactions. Finding factors that influence the prevalence of sexual violence among adolescents is the aim of this research. In this study, 390 samples were randomly sampled using a cross-sectional strategy. Chi square was used in univariate and bivariate analysis. The analysis findings show that gender, age, knowledge, peers, and information media are the variables that have the strongest relationship with adolescent violence (p value <0.05). Sexual violence against teenagers is taught in schools, and as a preventive measure, local governments should expand their services for victims of sexual harassment.

Human resource management helps organizations achieve their short-term and long-term goals by aligning with overall business strategy. For this reason, the aim of writing this paper is to understand the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and provide an overview of good employee training and development to increase productivity in companies. The research method is qualitative with library study data collection techniques. Based on the study, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory underlines that human resource management methods are chosen according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy aligns with the core mission and vision and acts as a roadmap for profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. Training and development that influences employee productivity has increased the welfare of the company and also helped the company's prosperity by considering the planning and implementation of workforce training and development at the public level.

Night markets have long been a popular place to do food business, and one of the trending products is grilled octopus. To optimize this business potential, implementing a digital business strategy has become key. This journal presents a brief overview of how digital business is used to market grilled octopus at night markets. The application of digital business in marketing grilled octopus at night markets involves various aspects. First of all, outlet owners can take advantage of technology by creating an official website for their outlet. This website not only serves as a platform to display menus and store locations, but also as a tool to communicate with potential customers. Social media also plays an important role in marketing. By managing accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, outlet owners can share product images, customer reviews, and promotional information. Apart from that, email marketing is also an effective strategy. Collecting customer email addresses and sending them information about special offers, discounts, or new menu items can increase customer engagement. Joining popular food delivery apps such as GrabFood or GoFood also helps in expanding customer reach, especially if the grilled octopus outlet does not yet have a physical presence in the location. Although implementing a digital business has clear benefits, there are also challenges that need to be overcome. Intense competition in night markets requires outlet owners to create creative and different marketing. Additionally, adequate online management is the key to success, and outlet owners may need to train themselves or obtain technical support to manage their digital assets. In conclusion, the implementation of digital business has had a positive impact in marketing grilled octopus at night markets. However, outlet owners need to be aware of the challenges that may arise and try to continue to improve their strategies in facing increasingly fierce competition in the digital world.

The definition of price is the value of goods which is determined or expressed in terms of money or the amount of money or other equivalent means of exchange, which must be paid for goods or services, at a certain time and in a certain market. The price level attached to the product describes the quality of the product. Meanwhile, price discrimination is a term used in international trade, referred to as a trade practice carried out by exporters by selling every commodity on the international market at a price that is less than the appropriate value or can be said to be lower than the price of the goods in their own country, which is considered unfair because can damage the market and harm competing producers in the importing country. Among the activities of entrepreneurs that usually do not favor competition is price discrimination. This situation describes a situation where sellers provide different prices for their products with the same quality and quantity to two or more sellers, or provide unequal prices to buyers or consumers in the form of inappropriate inventory, or take action by setting a pricing strategy. to gain advantages for more profitable consumers.

This research discusses the role of mediation models in handling conflicts between students in the school environment. Conflict between students can affect their academic and social well-being, as well as the overall climate at school. The mediation model has been identified as a potential approach to resolve such conflicts in a constructive and inclusive manner. This research involves implementing a mediation model in a school as a conflict resolution strategy. This research aims to find out how the mediation model is implemented in managing student conflicts at SMP Plus Darus Sholah Jember. This research was conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach using interview instruments, documentation and literature study. The subjects of this research were the principal and students at SMP Plus Darus Sholah Jember. The results of the research show that conflicts between students that often occur are truancy, dating, violence and bullying. The results of the mediation services carried out by the school show that there is student awareness, an attitude of peace, and the re-establishment of harmonious relationships between students and parents. The mediation service provided by the school can be said to be effective, because all parties starting from students, teachers, homeroom teachers, guidance counselors, parents and school principals participate in conflict resolution.

Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

The food and beverage business in Indonesia, especially the snack business, has developed very rapidly, players in this sector are not only dominated by old players who have great reputations in the Indonesian food and beverage industry, but are also surrounded by new players, imported products. , even now snacks produced by home industries or what are known as small and medium unit products (SMEs), have been distributed to the modern market, which is making this sector increasingly busy and congested. One of the traditional snacks available and consumed by Indonesian people is Rengginang. Rengginang is a snack usually made from sticky rice. Rengginang Udang is one of the processed snack products in Rw 06, Yosodadi Village, East Metro District, which was founded in 2020. Marketing management really needs to be understood by companies, so that they can take advantage of market opportunities by applying production concepts, product concepts, sales concepts, marketing concept, and social-oriented marketing concept. What needs to be done is to carry out a marketing strategy analysis which can be done through appropriate digital marketing to overcome these problems using various stages and analytical tools in the marketing strategy. It is hoped that the results of this marketing strategy analysis will be able to determine the right marketing strategy for entrepreneurs so that they can continue to survive and develop an appropriate competitive strategy to face all possible changes that occur in the business environment. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is a company engaged in the distribution of food and beverages specifically from Garudafood products. Founded by Mr. Sudhamek as the owner of SNS in 1994, SNS's role is very decisive for the development of Garudafood. Because of its role, various kinds of Garudafood products can be obtained by consumers in remote areas throughout Indonesia. SNS already has a number of depots serving hundreds of thousands of customer outlets throughout Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy implemented based on the internal and external environment in increasing the sales volume of Garuda Brand products at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data is calculated data or data in the form of numbers based on the results of questionnaires from respondents which include opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Garuda Brand products at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that judging from the internal and external factor indicators, the position of the company PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is based on Growth Strategy, namely a strategy aimed at stabilizing the company or a strategy implemented without changing the direction of the marketing strategy. The strategies that can be used are: Market diversification strategy, namely a strategy that uses its strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities. The suggestions given are that the company should also try to improve its strengths to reduce the weaknesses it has so far so that the company's position can be raised and able to compete competitively. And by anticipating weaknesses so that they do not become threats, companies should be careful with the current situation, by understanding the market more seriously to try to rise through exploiting existing opportunities and minimizing the threats they face through new breakthroughs to find and enter market opportunities. existing ones, for example by marketing new products that are more acceptable to consumers in accordance with current consumer buying interests.

The use of Uses and Gratifications Theory in the context of TikTok Live is a key strategy in overcoming the challenge of lack of effective product introduction to consumers. This theory reveals that TikTok Live users actively seek satisfaction through media, focusing on detailed product information. This research utilizes this theoretical framework to design more effective product marketing strategies, meeting consumer needs and desires. This research was conducted based on the results of observations or observations that the researcher had carried out for 1 (one) month. This research was conducted at PT. PLM JAYA which is located on Jl. Hajj Hospital No. 67 Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The application of Uses and Gratifications Theory in TikTok Live illustrates that users seek entertainment, social interaction, and fulfill personal needs when watching live broadcasts. They actively select broadcasts that suit their needs, enabling more informed and targeted purchasing decisions. This makes TikTok Live an effective platform in meeting user wants and needs and increasing the effectiveness of product marketing through social interaction and entertainment content. In the age of social media, especially on platforms like TikTok, product marketing has become increasingly creative and focused on entertainment. The entertainment appeal presented to users provides an opportunity for companies to convey their message in unexpected ways and direct user interest towards their products. With an innovative approach, product marketing on TikTok and similar platforms continues to develop into an important part of modern business strategy.

Along with the times and increasingly advanced technology, people are increasingly aware of the importance of information needs. The digital and internet worlds are also having an impact on the marketing world, with companies and organizations increasingly realizing the importance of an integrated marketing strategy. Digital marketing can make it easier for business people to monitor and provide for all the needs and wants of potential customers. There are various ways to market products through social media, one of which is graphic design. Graphic design itself is used to convey messages that are right on target with the concept of communication and creativity using various media and techniques. The purpose of this project is to apply graphic design in marketing the Bangbeli application which is expected to help restore the community's economy, especially MSME players as business partners to earn additional income. In this project the author uses a results dissemination scheme by sharing the knowledge and experience gained with the community so that it can be utilized more widely by the community. World Health Organization., (2018), according to him the dissemination of results is a process of communicating information related to research or findings to relevant stakeholders to inform policies, practices, and decision making. The results of this project are expected to encourage new breakthroughs for the community in the form of applications that can provide additional income from home.

The trend of shopping in society is getting shifted, marked by the presence of the growing marketplaces and e-commerce. There are so many choices of marketplaces that can be easily accessed by the society. By the marketplaces vary, there would be many things to prepare by every marketplace to win the competition and always maintain the existence. Therefore, they must think and use the effective marketing strategy. The game theory is one of the ways that can be used to analyze the marketing strategy. The game theory is a mathematics model used in a conflict or competition among various interests that meet each other as competitors. Basically, the theory is a study of strategy interaction among the players to determine the best strategy and the obtained score. One of basic elements of the game theory is solving every case of the game theory where the pay-off matrix is shown in a game matrix table. The data of game between Shopee and Tokopedia obtained the optimum score which was 2.4443. Shopee and Bukalapak obtained the optimum score which was 6. Meanwhile, Tokopedia and Bukalapak obtained the optimum score which was 8.9925. In the Shopee, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak competition, the Nash equilibrium point is located at the point ()  with a pay off value (64,56,43), Shopee with a discount voucher strategy (), Tokopedia with a Product strategy (), and Bukalapak with a promotion strategy () which is the optimal strategy for each player.

The aim of the research to be achieved is to analyze marketing Bauranes in PO. Metro Permai Bus Makale Utara District in increasing the number of passengers based on the marketing mix (7P marketing mix). The research method used is descriptive using a qualitative approach to provide an overview of the problem under study. The data analysis technique used is the marketing mix marketing strategy. Then the results obtained by applying the marketing mix mix are obtained that PO. Metro Permai Buses increase consumer interest by providing a variety of products according to customer needs and affordable prices for each type of bus, as for the location of the PO. The purpose of this research is to explain a strategic approach to the training and development of the Human Resources of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in facing organizational change challenges. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and a literature study approach. The research is conducted at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Bima District. In this research, the data analysis technique used is the interactive model according to Miles and Huberman, which consists of three main components: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that in the context of natural disasters that are prone in this region, disaster preparedness, disaster management, and emergency response coordination are the top priorities in the training strategy. Involvement of the local community, collaboration with other institutions, and learning from previous experiences are essential elements that can strengthen the readiness of the BPBD in Bima District. Continuous evaluation, career development, utilization of local human resources, and technological innovation are supportive elements in a comprehensive training strategy. Recommendations include the development of long-term training plans, enhanced inter-agency collaboration, and investment in technology that supports disaster management and training. Facing future challenges, such as climate change that can increase the risk of natural disasters, the BPBD in Bima District must continually update their training strategy and ensure that their response to organizational changes and disasters remains relevant and responsive. Therefore, the training and development strategy for HR in the BPBD in Bima District can help strengthen their preparedness and responsiveness in facing the challenges in this region.

Employee adaptability skills are increasingly important in a rapidly changing business environment. A recent literature review reveals the evolution of employees' adaptability skills during the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to strengthen them. Factors such as leadership, changes in the work environment, and organizational support influence changes in adaptability. Inclusive leadership, open communication and social support form key elements in this strategy. This article describes the development of employee adaptability skills in the context of external change, especially the COVID-19 pandemic. This article describes material for developing employee adaptability skills which includes understanding the concept of adaptability, adaptability development strategies, and the benefits for companies and employees. This material is designed to help employees develop their abilities to deal with change, increase resilience, manage stress and innovate. By investing time and resources in developing adaptability skills, organizations can increase their competitiveness and employees can achieve success in a dynamic work environment. The results of this literature review provide useful insights for organizations that wish to prioritize developing employee adaptability in response to increasingly complex business dynamics.

Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. Story face is an adaptation of story mapping. The main purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a significant difference in the reading performance of the students between those who are taught by using the story face strategy and who are taught without using the story face strategy. This study used the quantitative research method with quasi-experimental design. The population was 8th grade junior high school and the sample was 60 students. To collect the data, researcher used test and applied  SPSS 27 to analyze the data. It was found that there is a difference in scores between the experimental and control groups. The experimental group's pre-test score was 62.73, and the post-test score was 81.00. There was an increase after receiving the story face strategy treatment. In addition, the control group's score was 62.67, and the post-test was 72.93. The experimental group scored higher. T-test using an Independent Sample Test with Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 <0.050, so Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. T-table test results are df = 30+30-2=58. The researcher used the table of significant degree 5%, so the t-table was -1.671/+1.671. The t-test value surpassed the corresponding t-table value (5.380 > 1.671), and the p-value was 0.001, which is less than the significance level of 0.050. The results showed the effective application of the story face strategy in reading recount text. Students were able to improve their skills in reading comprehend with using story face strategy.
