The quality of education is a crucial issue that continues to receive attention in facing the challenges of globalization, digitalization, and the demands of 21st century competencies. Quality improvement efforts are not only related to the quality of students' learning outcomes, but also concern the role of leadership, management effectiveness, and the implementation of a quality assurance system. This study aims to identify strategies to improve the quality of education that have been studied in the literature for the last five years (2020-2025) and answer two research questions, namely: (1) what quality strategies are predominantly discussed in the literature, and (2) how the role of leadership, strategy management, and quality assurance in supporting the quality of education. The method used is literature review with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained from Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP) databases using the keyword "quality strategy" with a publication year limit of 2020–2025. The search yielded 30 articles, which then through a screening and selection process obtained 5 relevant articles for analysis. The results of the analysis show three main trends: (1) the strategic role of school principals in building a quality culture, (2) the importance of evaluation and implementation of quality management in a sustainable manner, and (3) the synergy of visionary leadership with the quality assurance system  as the basis for sustainable quality. This study concludes that the education quality strategy requires the integration of these three aspects. Going forward, further research is needed to develop integrative models across approaches and broader educational contexts.

The digital era has brought significant changes in the scope of global business. Demanding companies to adapt quickly and innovatively in managing strategies. This article discusses key factors that determine the success of strategy management amidst digital disruption, including adaptation to technology, data-based decision-making, digital leadership, and the organization's ability to innovate continuously. With a qualitative approach through literature studies and case analysis, this article highlights the importance of digital transformation as the core of modern business strategy. The results of the discussion show that companies that are successful in the digital era are companies that are able to integrate technology into core business processes, build an agile organizational culture, and make data a strategic asset. This article is expected to provide practical insights for business leaders and strategy managers in designing adaptive and competitive policy directions in the midst of the ever-evolving digital era.

This research discusses GIS strategic management to increase students' interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. Based on the data, it can be seen that the number of investors in the GIS of UIN STS Jambi since the establishment of GIS 2016-2022, the number of investors each year is unstable and is still relatively low. However, as time goes by, some investors are no longer active in stock trading. This is due to investors' ignorance of the Islamic capital market. The results of this research are that the management strategy used is KSPM discussion, socialization, group formation, implementing the Sharia Capital Market School (SPMS) after that Sharia Capital Market Activation (APMS). The problems faced by GIS include administrators who are less active in carrying out GIS programs and activities, lack of awareness of FEBI students to see investment opportunities, difficulty in inviting FEBI students to take part in activities at GIS.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management and risk management at Bank Mandiri Syariah (BMS) and its impact on the bank's performance and stability. This research adopts a qualitative approach by utilizing data from previous studies related to the research topic. The findings of this study indicate that BMS has implemented strong risk management practices, including risk identification, measurement, monitoring, and control. Additionally, strategic management plays a role in determining the direction of the bank and ensuring compliance with Sharia principles. The study concludes that the integration of strategic management and risk management is crucial for BMS to maintain its competitiveness and sustain growth in the dynamic Islamic banking industry.
