Purpose – This article aim For develop approach new in management source Power strategic human resources with integrate dimensions adaptive and cognitive in context digital transformation of organizations . Research This based on synthesis theoretical from works Prihantoro et al . (2022–2023), in order to review return the role of HR as driver main superiority competitive based knowledge in the era of disruption technology . Design/ methodology / approach – This article use method studies library conceptual with approach qualitative- descriptive analysis done to six work main topic that discusses strategic HR topics , digitalization organization and learning organization . Synthesis done For building an integrative model that emphasizes influence digital transformation towards performance and development of organizational human resources . Findings – Results of analysis show that approach adaptive-cognitive can strengthening HR strategy in face change environment business . Merger digital competence , ability Study organization , as well as leadership transformative proven become key in optimize HR functions in general strategic . HR is not Again only nature administrative , but is driving force main innovation and efficiency . Implications practical – Organization need designing repeat digital learning- based HR policies , building ecosystem management knowledge , as well as push culture Innovation . Data- driven and intelligence-driven HR practices artificial is also recommended For taking decision strategic . Originality / Value – This article offer novelty conceptual through integration theory learning organization and approach mark in digital HR management . Technological shifts and changing consumer behaviors require organizations to continuously innovate in order to remain competitive. In this context, creative leadership plays a strategic role in driving market disruption through the development of relevant and adaptive business model innovations. This study adopts a qualitative approach based on secondary data using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. A variety of academic sources, including journal articles and case studies of companies such as Netflix, Gojek, and Ruangguru, were systematically analyzed to identify strategic leadership patterns in creating disruption. The findings indicate that creative leaders do more than just adopt technology—they design innovation ecosystems that foster experimentation, continuous learning, and responsiveness to market needs. Strategies such as digital platform development, big data utilization, and business model transformation serve as key tools in challenging conventional market boundaries. This study contributes conceptually to the understanding of the relationship between creative leadership and business model innovation in navigating the complexities of the digital era.

The advancement of digital technology media has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including in the economic cycle of the community and the preservation of local culture. One of them is in the utilization of digital technology in the economic sector which is growing rapidly and becoming an effective strategy in increasing village productivity. This study aims to analyze the results of the implementation of the Jangrana Village Festival work program related to how the integration of digital technology can contribute to the empowerment of local communities in the context of developing MSMEs and preserving traditional culture. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the application of digital technology, such as the use of Canva in creating MSME promotional instruments, village social media, and the digitalization of traditional cultural content, can strengthen the economic cycle and local cultural identity. In addition, the participation of local communities to be active as MSME activists also encourages economic and social sustainability. Therefore, a collaborative strategy between the government, levels of society, and digital industry players is needed to ensure the success of this program. Through these programs, it is hoped that it can be a learning experience for the present and also the future regularly and sustainably so that it can be useful for the people of Jangrana Village, Kesugihan.
