This study aims to determine the effect of product availability, communication effectiveness, and promotional strategy on sales volume at PT.Distribusindo Cemerlang Jaya, a cosmetic and skincare distribution company in Batam city. The background of this research is based on pre-survey result indicating suboptimal sales volume along with operational challenges including stock shortages, communicatiob gaps, and limited promotional activities.ths research employs a quantitative method. The population consist of all comsumers, with a sample of 43 respondent selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a likert scale and analyzed using validity and reliability test, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) with SPSS. Result show that partially, product availability does not significantly affect sales volume (sig. 0,313 > 0,05), and communication effectiveness also does not significantly affect sales volume (sig. 0,898 > 0,05). However, promotional strategy has a positive and significant effect  on sales volume (sig, 0,000 < 0,05). Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect sales volume (F = 212.642, sig. 0,000 < 0,05). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0,942 indicating that 94,2% of the variation in sales volume is explained by the three independent variables. Promotional strategy is the most dominant factor influencing sales volume is explained by the three independent variables. Promotional strategy is the most dominant factor influencing sales volume at PT.Distribusindo Cemerlang Jaya.

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, location, and promotional strategies on consumers’ purchasing interest in UD Berkah Mandiri rice. The study employs a quantitative method with a total population of 150 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling. The sample consisted of 60 respondents, determined using Slovin’s formula. The analytical tool employed in this study is SPSS 25.0. The results indicate that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing interest, that location has a substantial impact on it, and that promotional strategies have a significant effect on it. Furthermore, service quality, location, and promotional strategy simultaneously have a considerable effect on purchasing interest.

Industri portal lowongan kerja daring mengalami persaingan ketat, menuntut platform seperti Toploker.com untuk membangun brand awareness yang kuat, di mana iklan video menjadi strategi promosi yang sangat efektif. Namun, produksi video konvensional menghadapi kendala biaya tinggi dan waktu pengerjaan yang lama. Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) menawarkan solusi dengan mengotomasi produksi konten, mulai dari penyusunan naskah hingga personalisasi audio-visual. Penelitian empiris menunjukkan bahwa iklan video berbasis AI dapat meningkatkan tingkat engagement hingga 6–9 persen poin lebih tinggi dibandingkan iklan baseline dan meningkatkan efektivitas persuasi hingga 12,5% lebih tinggi dalam hal ekspektasi pendapatan. Untuk memastikan proses pengembangan konten video promosi yang menarik, efisien, dan relevan bagi audiens digital Generasi Z, penelitian ini mengadopsi kerangka kerja Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), yang mencakup tahap Konsep, Perancangan, Pengumpulan Bahan, Produksi, Pengujian, dan Distribusi. Tujuannya adalah merancang panduan teknis yang terstruktur untuk mengintegrasikan alat AI modern (seperti CapCut, Suno AI, dan Freepik AI) demi mengoptimalkan kualitas dan efisiensi produksi konten.

The development of the laundry business requires an effective visual communication strategy to build brand image and competitiveness. This study aims to design a visual branding strategy for Titu Binatu, a laundry UMKM in Tembalang, Semarang. Through a visual communication design approach, this study analyzes visual identity elements such as logos, colors, typography, and promotional media in shaping consumer perceptions. The method used is qualitative through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that Titu Binatu needs a strong visual identity and appropriate promotion to reach the market, especially students and workers. Strengthening branding with offline and online media is needed so that visual branding becomes a strategic tool in business development in the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the transformation of promotional strategies among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Suka Makmur Village after utilizing Google Maps as a digital marketing platform. The research focuses on identifying changes in promotional approaches, MSME owners’ perceptions of the effectiveness of Google Maps, and its impact on business visibility and sales performance. The study employed a participatory approach through the Community Service Program (KKN), consisting of several stages, including surveys, socialization, training, and direct mentoring. The research subjects comprised three MSMEs: Seblak Prasmanan, Warung Kopi, and Rumah Jajan By Nisa. The findings indicate that, prior to the intervention, promotional activities were predominantly traditional and limited in reach. After adopting Google Maps, the businesses became more easily discoverable, received positive reviews, and successfully reached customers beyond the local area. This study concludes that the effective use of Google Maps enhances the digital identity of MSMEs, broadens market reach, strengthens competitiveness, and contributes to the local economic growth of Suka Makmur Village.

Riset Ilmu Manajemen Bisnis dan Akuntansi 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Manajemen Kewirausahaan dan Bisnis Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the influence of product innovation and promotion strategies on the competitiveness of Ice Cream Mixue products in Jakarta. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 97 respondents. The data analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 21. The results of the partial test (t-test) showed that product innovation had a positive and significant influence on product competitiveness, with a calculated t value of 4.785 greater than the table t of 1.985 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The promotional strategy also showed a positive and significant influence, with a calculated t value of 3.376 > t table and a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously (F test), the two independent variables have a significant effect on product competitiveness, with the F value calculated at 38.398 > F table 3.09 and the significance of 0.000 < 0.05. A determination coefficient (R²) of 0.450 indicates that 45% of the variation in the competitiveness of Mixue's products is influenced by product innovation and promotional strategies. These findings confirm that the combination of sustainable innovation and effective promotional strategies is a key factor in increasing the competitiveness of products in a competitive market like Jakarta. This research makes a practical contribution to the development of marketing strategies and product innovation in the food and beverage industry.

This community service activity aims to develop students’ visual art skills and strengthen the institutional image of Universitas Potensi Utama through the creation of a mural on the university campus. The mural was chosen as a medium due to its ability to convey educational messages, build visual identity, and enhance public spaces effectively. Involving lecturers and students from the Visual Communication Design program, the project was carried out in several stages: concept planning, sketching, coloring, and finishing. The final result is a 2.5 x 31-meter mural that illustrates the spirit of education, cultural diversity, and innovation. The outcomes of this activity include improved technical and collaborative skills among students, enhanced campus visual identity, and increased appreciation for murals as a medium of visual communication. Thus, this initiative not only contributes to the campus aesthetics but also serves as an effective institutional promotion strategy through participatory art.

This study aims to examine the influence of digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle on consumer decision-making in using the services of Omahbiru Wedding Organizer, located in Kediri. The background of this research stems from the increasing competition among wedding organizer businesses in the digital era, which requires service providers to adapt their marketing strategies to the preferences and behavior of modern consumers. A quantitative research approach was applied, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 108 respondents who had previously used Omahbiru’s services. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The study examined three independent variables digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle and one dependent variable, namely consumer decision. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a significant simultaneous effect on consumer decisions. Individually, lifestyle and service quality have a stronger influence compared to digital promotion, which shows a moderate effect. The R-Square value of 0.488 indicates that these variables explain 48.8% of the variance in consumer decision-making. These results highlight the importance of aligning digital promotional strategies, service excellence, and lifestyle compatibility to attract and retain customers in the wedding organizer industry. Keywords: digital promotion, service quality, lifestyle, consumer decision, wedding organizer   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh promosi digital, kualitas layanan, dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa Omahbiru Wedding Organizer yang berlokasi di Kediri. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya persaingan antar wedding organizer di era digital, yang menuntut pelaku usaha untuk menyesuaikan strategi pemasarannya dengan preferensi dan perilaku konsumen modern. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 108 responden yang sebelumnya telah menggunakan jasa Omahbiru. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS), menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini menguji tiga variabel independen—promosi digital, kualitas layanan, dan gaya hidup—serta satu variabel dependen yaitu keputusan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Secara parsial, variabel gaya hidup dan kualitas layanan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan promosi digital, yang memberikan pengaruh sedang. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,488 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 48,8% variasi dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kesesuaian strategi promosi digital, pelayanan yang unggul, dan penyesuaian gaya hidup dalam menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan di industri wedding organizer. The business product discussed by the author is coconut chips. Coconut chips are products made from white, crispy and sweet coconut flesh and have a distinctive coconut smell. In general, this product is made from coconuts aged 7-8 months, consumed as snacks or dried foods. The purpose of making coconut chips is to be an alternative for the community as a snack product that has high nutritional value. In addition, it can increase the utilization of young coconuts and can be an alternative business opportunity so as to create new jobs. The stages used in the implementation of the coconut chip business program include preparation, market research and product formulation, as well as marketing strategies.

Perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian ayam broiler dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang saling berkaitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian ayam broiler serta mengidentifikasi faktor utama yang menentukan keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA, yang melibatkan analisis terhadap 15 jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang dipublikasikan dalam rentang waktu 2020-2025. Setelah melalui proses seleksi, sebanyak 13 jurnal dinyatakan relevan dan digunakan dalam analisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor pribadi memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap keputusan pembelian ayam broiler, dengan tingkat keterlibatan mencapai 100%. Faktor ini mencangkup aspek harga, kualitas produk, tampilan, kemasan, dan kebersihan. Selain itu, faktor budaya sebesar 15%, sosial, dan psikologis masing-masing memiliki pengaruh sebesar 23%. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa pemahaman mendalam mengenai perilaku konsumen menjadi aspek krusial bagi pelaku usaha dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, produsen dan pedagang ayam broiler dapat menyesuaikan produk, harga, serta strategi promosi agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi konsumen.

The number of businesses in the culinary sector has been steadily increasing, especially after the COVID pandemic. Therefore, promotional strategies are crucial, particularly for building brand awareness in the business world. "Erista Griyo Dhahar," a restaurant located in Pakem, Yogyakarta, implements promotional strategies to build brand awareness. This study aims to analyze the promotional strategies used by "Erista Griyo Dhahar" to enhance brand awareness. The research employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The theoretical framework used is the Promotional Mix which includes advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, Public Relations, and direct marketing for building brand awareness for "Erista Griyo Dhahar." The results of the study indicate that "Erista Griyo Dhahar" combines all five aspects of the promotional mix as part of its strategy to build brand awareness. However, advertising and personal selling are found to be the most effective, as evidenced by the restaurant's increasing sales each year. The brand awareness of "Erista Griyo Dhahar" is at the level of brand brand recognition. Recommendations for "Erista Griyo Dhahar" include increasing engagement on social media, maintaining personal selling activities, creating more engaging promotions, conducting Public Relations activities in a routine and structured manner, and developing appealing and persuasive copywriting.

The promotion and marketing efforts by the Tourism Office of Karimun Regency aim to introduce and effectively promote local tourist destinations to both domestic and international visitors. According to a previous study by Andriani (2020), the development of tourist sites in Karimun Regency has not yet been fully realized by the local government. This research aims to reexamine and optimize Karimun's tourism potential through programs implemented by the Tourism Office, supporting local economic changes. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews with informants, field notes, and relevant official documents. It focuses on examining the promotion strategies carried out by the Tourism Office to increase tourist visits. Based on Kooten's theory, there are four strategic indicators: organizational strategy, program organization, resource support strategy, and institutional strategy. The research results show that all strategic indicators have been implemented well in accordance with funding from the center, providing a positive impact on the development of tourist destinations and increasing the number of tourists who come to visit tourist attractions in Karimun district. However, if funding is not in accordance with the annual plan, the program that has been prepared by the marketing and promotion division will have an impact, hampering efforts to increase tourist visits from both inside and outside Karimun Regency.

Photography has grown rapidly, especially in the wedding photography industry which now requires an effective business promotion strategy. This research aims to identify how business people utilize Instagram as a promotional medium and strengthen Instagram content in Sekawan Stories' wedding photography business promotion strategy. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study collected data through interviews and virtual ethnographic observations to understand how Sekawan Stories utilizes Instagram as a promotional medium. The results show that Sekawan Stories effectively utilizes various Instagram features, such as Feed, Instastory, Highlight, Video Reels, and Instagram Ads to increase visibility and audience engagement. Their marketing strategies include endorsements with well-known vendors, use of the Answer Question feature, conducting giveaways, and offering discounts at certain moments. Instagram provides a great opportunity for wedding photography businesses to expand their market reach and increase promotional effectiveness. By optimizing their content and marketing strategies on Instagram, Sekawan Stories managed to attract the attention of new customers, increase interaction, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Overall, Instagram proved to be a highly effective platform in digital marketing strategies in the wedding photography industry.

The use of social media, especially Instagram, has become a widely utilized platform for promoting tourist destinations. Instagram @tanjongtinggi_official is one such social media channel used by Tanjung Tinggi Beach for promotion. Through the use of photo and video features on Instagram, it becomes easier to promote Tanjung Tinggi Beach to tourists who are not yet familiar with it. This research aims to explore the promotional planning through the @tanjongtinggi_official account in increasing tourist visits to Tanjung Tinggi Beach in Belitung. The research method employs qualitative research to elucidate the uniqueness of @tanjongtinggi_official on Instagram in promoting its tourism. This study adopts a case study design. Data collection is conducted through observation and interviews, with informant selection using purposive sampling technique. Interviews are conducted with key informants, namely the admin of @tanjongtinggi_official and Instagram users who have visited Tanjung Tinggi Beach. Data analysis utilizes the Interactive Model technique, and validity is ensured through triangulation of data collection techniques including informant interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the planning carried out by the @tanjongtinggi_official Instagram account utilizes visually appealing content presentation and captions, leverages the following feature on Instagram, relevant hashtag usage, photo postings, reposts, mentions, tagged photos, and active interaction with followers to facilitate the promotion of Tanjung Tinggi Beach to tourists, thereby increasing tourist interest in visiting.

Waste management is one of the main challenges in achieving environmental sustainability. This community service program aims to develop a used goods creation business based on business and environmental sustainability in Kembangan Selatan Subdistrict. The methods used include outreach, training and assistance to local communities in processing used goods into products of economic value. Through this program, it is hoped that the community can improve their skills in processing waste, create new business opportunities, and reduce the amount of waste that pollutes the environment. The results of this activity show an increase in public awareness and participation in protecting the environment, as well as the formation of several new business groups engaged in recycling. Business sustainability is measured through indicators of increasing income and quality of life for the community. Thus, it is hoped that this program can become a business development model that is not only economically profitable, but also contributes positively to environmental sustainability

With the advancement of technology, competition in the mid-to-low-end business sector has intensified. Both large businesses and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are facing challenges and obstacles. On the other hand, MSMEs will have greater opportunities to market their products due to advances in information technology. When starting a business, branding communication is very important. Each individual has a different brand image. By using the right promotional strategy, effective branding communication can provide consumers with the opportunity to recognize certain goods and services, evaluate their quality, reduce purchase risks, and get different experiences and satisfaction. Every business field must have a strategy to increase sales. The right promotional strategy can communicate branding well. To achieve goals, every business sector needs a promotional strategy, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Promotion planning is carried out to improve services and sales by introducing products to potential customers and improving services by focusing on online-based promotions by utilizing social media and marketing through the marketplace. In a startup business, where the business has just started and continues to grow, business actors are considered necessary to continue to develop products and find the right target market. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide an assessment of branding and promotional communication strategies to increase customers for this startup business.

This study aims to describe the utilization of social media as a local tourism promotion strategy at Sagara View Karangbolong Kebumen Regency and describe the obstacles and challenges faced in implementing the Local Tourism Promotion Strategy through Social Media at Sagara View Karangbolong Kebumen Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, which allows an in-depth understanding of the promotional approach applied by the manager of the tourist destination. Data was collected through interviews with managers, businesses and visitors, observation and documentation, as well as the official social media content of Sagara View Karangbolong. The results showed that positive results towards the utilization of social media as a means of promotion. Sagara View Karangbolong uses social media facilities in the form of Tiktok and Instagram applications for its promotional media. By utilizing hours that have high traffic, and using influencer intermediaries, as well as innovating more interesting content and utilizing the stories feature, it is proven that it can increase the interest and number of tourists visiting Sagara View Karangbolong.

This research discusses the analysis of promotional strategies using social media Tik Tok, the type of research used is a qualitative method with observational data collection techniques, and documentation is carried out to obtain data. The focus of this research is what promotional strategies should be carried out by MSME Baso Aci Ganteng through social media tick tock? The research results show that Baso Aci Ganteng wants to make TikTok a media or promotional tool to communicate products and sales activities carried out by Baso Aci Ganteng, where currently TikTok is a media that almost everyone has, from children to adults.

Bank Central Asia Tbk is one of the leading private banks in Indonesia that has been recognized by the wider community among the many banks in Surabaya City, a very professional management team and an extensive network. Bank BCA as a transactional bank that offers a range of banking services that have Cash and Non-Cash ATMs provided in various strategic locations throughout Indonesia to meet the diverse needs of customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and promotional strategies on customer satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research and the sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the number of samples obtained based on criteria and data analysis techniques using SEM Amos. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires through 100 respondents. The results showed that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for BCA Veteran Surabaya Bank customers and promotional strategies have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction for BCA Veteran Surabaya Bank customers.

The main problem in this research is how to implement the marketing promotion strategy for koi fish by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar uses SWOT Analysis, aiming to find out and describe the right promotional strategy using SWOT Analysis. This can be seen from the lack of activity or promotional activities carried out by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar and many competitors in the same business field. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, interviews and literature study. The instruments in this research are the researcher himself, interview guidelines, documentation and field notes. The analysis technique used is SWOT Analysis using the SWOT Matrix. Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, it is proven that the strength value is greater than the weakness value, namely with a difference of (+) 0.56. Meanwhile, the opportunities value is greater than the threats value, namely with a difference of (+) 0.77. The SWOT diagram shows that the shaded area is in quadrant I. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies (Grow Oriented Strategy). Under these conditions, the most appropriate strategy was implemented by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar uses the SO strategy, namely a strategy that utilizes strengths to manage existing opportunities.
