The Padang State University Community Service Program (KKN) in Jorong Koto Tingga, Nagari Sirukam, Payung Sekaki District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra, implemented a public space revitalization program through the construction of a creative garden based on rice field views. This program was created in response to the lack of representative public spaces and the decline in social interaction between residents due to modernization. Using a participatory approach, the community and youth of the jorong were involved in every stage, from planning, land clearing, to the construction of seating facilities overlooking the expanse of rice fields. As a result, the empty land was successfully transformed into a functional, aesthetic, and locally valuable public space. The high level of community participation demonstrated the success of the approach implemented and fostered a sense of ownership of the park being built. This program is expected to become a model for revitalizing public spaces based on local potential for other rural areas. Although the construction was not fully completed when the KKN program ended, the community and youth of Jorong Koto Tingga are committed to continuing it independently. This program is expected to become a model for revitalizing public spaces based on local potential for other rural areas with similar characteristics.

The rapid digitalization in Indonesia, reaching 180 million active social media users, has not been accompanied by adequate security system resilience, thereby triggering massive data breach risks. This study aims to analyze the privacy navigation mechanisms of the digital society as an instrument for mitigating information leaks. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study (library research) approach, which examines primary and secondary literature related to regulations, digital behavior, and user psychological factors. The research findings indicate that privacy navigation in the digital era has not operated optimally due to the dominance of social existence needs, which triggers the privacy paradox phenomenon. Although users possess knowledge regarding cyber risks, the desire for social validation through self-disclosure often overrides technical protection logic. The practice of using secondary accounts (second accounts) was found to be a form of manual navigation, yet its effectiveness remains dependent on individual digital literacy. The implications of this research emphasize that mitigating information leaks requires the integration of critical user awareness, platform governance transparency, and consistent law enforcement through the PDP Law. Digital awareness must transform into reflexive protective behavior to maintain informational sovereignty in cyberspace.

Nowadays, social media has shaped a new interaction space for human to communicate and access information broadly within a new reality phenomenon called the (global village), a term popularized by Marshall McLuchan. Although it open opportunities for limitless relationship, this phenomenon also frequently gives rise to several moral issues, such as consumerist culture, body exploitation, and the tendency of individuals to build self-identity based on social judgment. This situation aligns with Charles Horton Cooley’s idea., which asserts that self-identity is often formed through the perspective of others. Based on this context, this study aims to examine the relevance of the concept of haecceitas in John Duns Scotus thought as a basis for criticizing moral degradations in social media practices. This research uses a qualitative method through literature study and philosophical analysis of the digital identity phenomenon. The results of the study show that the concept of haecceitas emphasizes the uniqueness and dignity of every person as an individual who cannot be reduced by social construction or the demand of popularity on social media. This concept can serve as a basis for ethical reflection to strengthen the awareness of one’s distinctive identity and respect for the human body in the digital space.

This study aims to examine how student lifestyles are represented on Instagram and how these representations can be understood through the concept of hyperreality. The research applies a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing relevant scientific articles published within the last ten years. The findings indicate that Instagram is not only used as a communication medium but also as a space for self-representation. Students tend to upload curated content that highlights selected aspects of their lives, often emphasizing positive and visually appealing experiences. This practice reflects a process of constructing identity in the digital space. Through Jean Baudrillard’s perspective, these representations can be seen as forms of simulation that produce simulacra, where representations no longer directly refer to actual reality. As a result, a condition of hyperreality emerges, in which the boundary between reality and representation becomes increasingly blurred. This situation influences how students interpret social life and interact within digital environments. The study highlights the importance of understanding social media not only as a platform for interaction but also as a space where meanings and perceptions of reality are continuously shaped.

The growth of aviation activities at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali, has led to the rapid development of surrounding areas, potentially obstructing protected airspace. Obstacles on the approach surface of Runway 27 have become a critical concern, particularly for precision approach Category II (CAT II) operations, which require obstacle-free approach areas. This study aims to analyze obstacles within the approach area of Runway 27 and develop effective control strategies. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through field observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The analysis follows the Obstacle Limitation Surfaces (OLS) standards according to ICAO and national regulations. The findings reveal obstacles such as mangrove vegetation, antennas, and ship activities in the Benoa Harbor area, which are located within the approach surface and could potentially impact the OLS limits. While these obstacles generally comply with existing regulations, their proximity to the threshold may reduce the safety margin of flight operations and limit CAT II implementation on Runway 27. This study proposes technical, operational, regulatory, and preventive strategies to improve obstacle control, enhancing aviation safety and ensuring the readiness for CAT II operations at the airport.

The routine prayer recitation activity with teenagers in Jatikalang Village, Krian, Sidoarjo, essentially arose from the need for moral development among teenagers amidst today's increasingly complex and externally influenced lives. Through this activity, it is hoped that teenagers can become closer to religious values without feeling patronized, as the activities are simple and relevant to their daily lives. Furthermore, a sense of community among teenagers is fostered, becoming more than just a form of worship but also a positive gathering space. The implementation itself uses an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, emphasizing existing community potential, such as the role of administrators, youth involvement, and available village facilities. The activity is relatively simple, starting with an opening and reciting prayers, rowi Diba' (the prayer of the Prophet), mahalul qiyam (the prayer of the Prophet), and closing with a short sermon (kultum) usually containing light but impactful messages. These activities are beginning to show changes: teenagers are becoming more active, a sense of togetherness is growing, and good habits such as discipline, mutual respect, and responsibility are gradually emerging. Furthermore, this activity serves as an alternative to prevent teenagers from getting caught up in less beneficial activities. There are still challenges, particularly with fluctuating attendance and the strong influence of the external environment. However, if maintained and developed consistently, this activity has great potential to become a platform for social and spiritual development for youth. Overall, this sholawat routine is quite effective in developing religious character and strengthening social ties within the community.

This study analyzes the politics of spatial planning in the land-use conversion of the Bowosie Forest in Labuan Bajo as part of the National Strategic Project (PSN) for tourism development. The transformation of the forest into an economic tourism zone demonstrates that spatial planning is not neutral, but rather an arena of power relations among the state, investors, and local communities. Through regulatory instruments such as revisions of the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW), ministerial decrees on forest release, and the granting of Management Rights (HPL) to BPOLBF, the state has facilitated tourism investment and the commodification of space. Using a qualitative approach and David Harvey’s theory of Accumulation by Dispossession, the study finds that these policies have produced three forms of exclusion: spatial exclusion (loss of access to land and water sources), political exclusion (limited community participation in decision-making), and economic exclusion (development benefits concentrated among investors). The village government occupies a structurally limited position due to the top-down nature of the policy framework. The study concludes that the conversion of the Bowosie Forest reflects a process of capital accumulation legalized through state regulation, highlighting the need for more inclusive and socially just spatial planning.

The rapid development of information and communication technology has led to the emergence of various forms of digital-based crimes, including the dissemination of electronic information containing online gambling content through social media. This situation poses challenges for criminal law enforcement, as the parties involved are not limited to gambling operators but also include individuals who promote and facilitate access to online gambling platforms. This study aims to examine criminal liability for perpetrators who disseminate electronic information containing gambling content and to analyze judicial considerations in sentencing, referring to the Decision of the Tanjung Karang District Court Number 823/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Tjk. The method used is normative juridical research with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Data were collected through literature studies of relevant regulations, criminal law doctrines, and court decisions, and then analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method. The results show that the elements of criminal liability are fulfilled, including the existence of a criminal act, intent, capacity to be responsible, and the absence of grounds that eliminate criminal liability. Furthermore, the panel of judges’ considerations reflect a balanced assessment between juridical and non-juridical aspects, resulting in a decision that embodies legal certainty, justice, and utility. This study is expected to contribute to the development of criminal law, particularly in addressing online gambling crimes in the digital space.

The development of digital technology has transformed information consumption patterns, including within the realm of spiritual belief. Generation Z, as the generation born and raised in a digital world the digital ecosystem, exhibits new tendencies in understanding and internalizing noble values through various digital platforms. This study aims to analyze the consumption patterns of virtual content among Generation Z from the perspective of adherents of indigenous beliefs in the One Supreme God (Penghayat Kepercayaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa), and to examine its implications for modern forms of spirituality. The method used in this study is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on theoretical studies concerning digital religiosity, media literacy, and spiritual individualization. The results of the study show that digital media, especially platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Podcasts, have become an alternative space for Generation Z to explore and express spiritual values independently, interactively, and contextually. This phenomenon also presents challenges in the form of the spread of unverified information and the potential to distort facts regarding the authenticity of the teachings of the belief. Therefore, spiritual digital literacy is needed to guide Generation Z to remain critical, rational, and selective in consuming religious content in the digital space.

This study analyzes pragmatic phenomena in digital communication, particularly those related to speech acts and their impact on public perception in the controversial case of an ice cube seller accused without clear basis by the authorities. This study applies a qualitative approach with a pragmatic analysis method based on discourse analysis. Data sources were obtained from online media news, social media posts, and official statements circulating in the digital public space. The analysis techniques used include identifying types of speech acts, interpreting implied meanings based on context, and analyzing public responses. The results show that statements from the authorities contain implications that trigger negative views even though they are not supported by strong evidence. This results in perlocutionary effects in the form of social stigma, reputational damage, and psychological stress for the victim. Conversely, the victim's communication strategies, which include being polite, defensive, and informative, can build a positive image and attract public sympathy. Furthermore, social media plays a crucial role in accelerating the spread of meaning and strengthening the construction of opinions through mass support and criticism. This research makes a significant contribution to enriching the study of pragmatics in the context of digital communication and emphasizes the importance of language ethics, media literacy, and pragmatic awareness in creating responsible public communication.

Digital literacy is an individual's ability to access, understand, evaluate, and use digital information and technology wisely, critically, and responsibly. This skill is crucial for students to use technology safely and avoid various risks in the digital space. The development of digital technology and the increasingly widespread use of social media have provided various conveniences in people's lives, particularly in communication and information access. However, on the other hand, these developments also pose various risks for children and adolescents, one of which is the crime of child grooming in the digital space. Child grooming is a manipulative act perpetrated by adults by building emotional closeness and trust with children for the purpose of sexual exploitation. This study aims to examine the role of digital literacy in raising students' awareness of the dangers of child grooming in the digital era. The method used in this study was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR. The results indicate that low digital literacy among students makes them more vulnerable to various forms of digital crime, including child grooming that occurs through social media and online games. Conversely, strengthening digital literacy through education in schools, the role of guidance and counseling teachers, and parental supervision can increase students' awareness of the risks of digital interactions and protect themselves from potential cybercrimes. Therefore, digital literacy is a crucial effort in preventing child grooming and protecting children in the era of information technology development.

The phenomenon of digital da'wah has significantly transformed the ways religious knowledge is accessed, interpreted, and disseminated in contemporary society. This study aims to analyze the patterns of actions and perceptions of TikTok and YouTube users toward religious content delivered by Gus Baha within the context of the digital religious space. Using Max Weber’s theory of rationalization as an analytical framework, this research explores how religious authority, knowledge transmission, and user interpretation undergo processes of rationalization on digital platforms. This study employs a qualitative approach using virtual ethnography, content analysis, and in-depth interviews with users of both platforms. Data were collected through observation of uploaded content, analysis of user interactions and comments, and examination of engagement dynamics. The findings indicate that user responses to Gus Baha’s content reflect Weber’s four types of social action. Instrumentally rational actions are evident in the use of short videos as practical and efficient learning tools. Value-oriented rational actions appear in users’ consistent efforts to deepen religious understanding. Affective actions emerge from emotional attachment to Gus Baha’s communicative style, while traditional actions are reflected in the perception of digital da'wah as a continuation of established religious learning traditions. Furthermore, digital rationalization through algorithms, short-video formats, and platform accessibility, shapes how religious knowledge is selected, interpreted, and circulated. This study concludes that digital religious spaces function not only as channels of dissemination but also as arenas for the transformation of religious authority, meaning construction, and religious practice in the digital era.

In the digital era and free market, technology is growing rapidly. Consumers and businesses are now more inclined to use digital transactions rather than face-to-face cash transactions. This study aims to find solutions and receive feedback related to the implementation of the Consumer Protection Law in the Digital Era and Free Market. The method used in this activity is through counseling and discussion. From the results of this activity, it was concluded that Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection needs to be updated immediately as it is no longer relevant to the current digital technology, which has advanced far and is different from the conditions in 1999 when the consumer protection law was issued. The results of this activity indicate that the Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999 requires comprehensive updates to accommodate the development of digital transactions, personal data protection, and consumer rights in cyberspace. Furthermore, the importance of educating consumers about their rights in digital transactions is also a key focus, so that the public can avoid losses resulting from unsafe online transactions.

Mopotilro Dance is a traditional dance originating from South Bolaang Mongondow Regency that functions as a welcoming dance for guests in customary ceremonies. Academically, this dance has not yet been examined in depth. Therefore, this article aims to investigate the Mopotilro Dance from the perspective of its performance structure, particularly as presented at the anniversary celebration of the Persatuan Relawan Muda Molibagu (PEREDAM) community. The research focuses on several aspects of the dance presentation, including: (1) movement, (2) number of dancers, (3) makeup and costume, (4) musical accompaniment, (5) floor patterns, (6) properties used, and (7) performance space. This study employs a qualitative research method with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation, which are used to describe the data and draw conclusions. The results indicate that the presentation of the Mopotilro Dance at the PEREDAM anniversary event is not found in other occasions. This condition suggests that public understanding of the Mopotilro Dance as part of local cultural heritage remains limited. The lack of academic studies on the performance structure of the Mopotilro Dance is one of the factors contributing to its rare appearance in various events.
