The community service program entitled “Implementation of Digital Technology through Mapping MSME Locations on Google Maps to Enhance Consumer Accessibility in the Bukit Lawang Tourism Area” aims to improve digital literacy and business visibility among local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bukit Lawang, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. The program was carried out using a participatory approach through socialization, training, and technical assistance involving four local MSMEs, consisting of two wildlife-themed painting craftsmen, one culinary business, and one souvenir craftsman. The results show that all MSMEs were successfully registered and verified on Google Maps, leading to increased consumer accessibility and customer interaction through digital reviews. In addition to expanding market reach, this activity also fostered awareness and independence among business owners in managing their online business profiles. This program demonstrates that location mapping through Google Maps serves as a simple yet effective strategy to support MSME digital transformation and strengthen community-based creative economies in rural tourism areas.

Lake Maninjau specialty food souvenir shop is one of the micro businesses that sells a variety of traditional regional food products. So far, the marketing process and transaction management are still done manually, which causes limited market reach, difficulty in recording sales, and lack of effectiveness in product promotion. This research aims to design a web-based marketing information system to support the sales process, promotion, and data management in a more efficient and integrated manner. The system development method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach of the waterfall model, which includes the planning, needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. Data collection was conducted through field observations, interviews with business owners, questionnaires to customers, and literature studies related to information systems and digital marketing strategies. The designed information system includes various main features such as product data management, sales transaction recording, automatic sales report generation, social media integration, and product promotion pages. In the marketing aspect, this system allows businesses to display product catalogs online, provide real-time promotional information, and establish direct interaction with customers through contact and ordering features. In addition, the use of this system allows stores to reach a wider market, including potential customers from outside the Lake Maninjau area, through an integrated digital marketing strategy. The implementation results show that this web-based system can increase the effectiveness of product promotion, speed up the transaction process, and improve the quality of customer service. With this system, souvenir shops can compete more competitively in the digital era, as well as strengthen brand image and customer loyalty through more structured and sustainable marketing.

Bis Mania Community is a community of bus lovers, especially regional coordinators in Surabaya, which was founded in 2012. In 2024, precisely on November 10, 2024, Bis Mania Community held its 12th Anniversary in Tulungagung. In celebrating this 12th Anniversary not only organizes Family Gathering and garage visits, but the Bis Mania Community also sells various kinds of Merchandise as a medium to display identity. One of the merchandise that will be made is a T-Shirt. Merchandise offered by brands or communities in the form of T-Shirts currently has value and appeal to the community itself. Merchandise itself is a souvenir that is often found in the community as a container or means in the form of promotion of a product or brand. Merchandise itself is made with various forms or items that are commonly used daily such as T-Shirts, Tumblers, Totebags, key chains, and others. Designing a Merchandise requires research and the right illustration design so that it can attract buyers to have the merchandise. In doing the design for the Bis Mania Community Anniversary Merchandise with the theme of a vacation to the beach featuring the Object Bus, Sura and Baya Characters, and Echo Beach as the destination chosen by the Bis Mania Community. Therefore, the use of merchandise can be a souvenir that is appropriate, memorable, and as a promotional medium as well as a souvenir.

Another interesting thing apart from opening a restaurant and cafe, the owner of Dapur Sumba also opened a bakery called Galaxy Bakeries. So for tourists who want to buy snacks to snack on while traveling or who intend to buy souvenirs for people at home, you can buy them here. Dapur Sumba also provides HR (Human Resources) who are qualified to provide services in restaurants, cafes and bakeries. . The human resources prepared by the owner of Dapur Sumba are in the form of (reliability, responsiveness and empathy). This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. There are three hypotheses developed in this research, namely: 1) Customer quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Data collection method is through distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The respondents in this research were Sumba Kitchen customers. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Lampung, a province located at the southern end of Sumatra Island, serves as a gateway for many migrants from different regions in Indonesia. However, some of the locals and tourists still face difficulties in finding the central location for souvenirs due to the  vast number of shops available. The purpose of this research is to assist tourists in finding the shortest distance to the nearest souvenir location using the Floyd Warshall algorithm. The software development method employed in this study is the Prototype, which consists of four stages, namely Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, Deployment Delivery & Feedback. In the Rapid Modeling stage, the Floyd Warshall algorithm is used to determine the shortest distance for users to find the souvenir location. The result of this research is an android-based application that can provide the    nearest souvenir location with the shortest distance around the user.

Chips are a food that is loved by Indonesian people. Chips are a favorite snack and there are many different types and variants. In Purwakarta there is a famous MSME Chips called Cijanggot Chips. To be precise, it comes from Cipinang Village, Cibau District. There are several products from Cijangot Chips, namely cassava chips, potato chips and chocolate banana chips. In its business activities, Cijanggot Chips UMKM still uses traditional methods, namely by marketing manually to distribution locations such as food stalls and souvenir shops since 2015. The marketing strategy implemented by the Cijanggot Chips owner can be said to be quite good. However, in this modern era, it is very important to carry out marketing strategies through online media in order to increase sales and have a wider reach to consumers. There are several marketing strategies that can be used to increase product sales, namely by product innovation, online marketing, through social media and opening branches in new places.

UMKM Berkah Setia in Kadirejo Village is one of the potential UMKM in the area. However, these UMKM still use conventional buying and selling systems and endtrust their product to UMKM centers and souvenir centers. Due to limited capabilities, until now this UMKM product has not been widely known because it has utilized digital technology such as the marketplace as a promotional medium and place for buying and selling. In this service acticity, there are the introduction and assistance of the adoption of E-commerce in the form of the Shopee application media for UMKM Berkah Setia herbal drink. It is hoped that knowledge can increase sales for UMKM owners. The aim of this service activity is not only to introduce the UMKM marketplace, but also to assist in the management of the marketplace so that UMKM income experiences an increase in sales activities. The methods used in this service process are discussion, tutorial, mentoring, and aseesment and evaluation methods. The result from this method show that UMKM actors gain knowledge about creating an account, the process when goods are ordered until they reach the buyer, and UMKM actors gain skills in managing their Shopee accounts

Tanah Toa Village is one of the gods that belongs to the Kajang sub-district, Bulukumba district. So far, Tanah Toa has been recognized as a national cultural heritage, especially in the Kajang Dalam area. The non-coastal location makes agricultural activities the dominant activity among the community. Only a few residents run the business of smoking fish. Pera smoked fish business actors obtain raw materials for skipjack tuna in the Bonto Maritime area which is a coastal area. While the production of smoked fish is sold to markets around the Kajang sub-district and the city of Bulukumba. The quality of smoking that is not maximized causes smoked fish to not last long. Smoked fish produced can only last a maximum of 3 days. This makes it difficult for smoked fish production to be traded outside the province or made into souvenirs for tourists who come from out of town. The durability of the smoked fish produced is not yet good because the smoking process only lasts about 2 hours, so the water content is still there. The use of fish smoking technology is also not owned by business actors, making it difficult for business actors to have difficulty in producing good quality smoked fish.

Meranti sponge cake culinary, started by an ordinary housewife who has a hobby of making cakes so that it is liked by family and even neighbours, eventually became a small business flooded with orders from neighbours. Bolu gulung Meranti is growing rapidly and has even become one of the typical souvenirs of Medan. Product attractiveness is everything that traders/sellers can offer to be noticed, requested, sought after, purchased, consumed by the market as a fulfilment of market needs or desires. The purpose of this study is to examine the background of the existence of Meranti sponge cake culinary, to find out how much Meranti sponge cake is enjoyed, to find out how Meranti sponge cake marketing techniques. This is a qualitative descriptive study with a literature study research method through decision studies sourced from journals of previous research results. The results of the review study show that Meranti's enthusiasts are greatly increasing by around 5% - 10% per year. The marketing techniques carried out by Meranti are improving product quality by innovating, increasing or expanding branches/shopping access (shopeefood, grabfood), making interesting new products so that consumers are interested in trying, increasing the potential of employees to help smooth the selling of Meranti sponge cake.

The purpose of this article is to find out the use of Indonesian language that has been reduced in use which has been changed into foreign languages, especially in tourism bus transportation. Tourism in Indonesia is an important economic sector. In 2009, tourism ranked third in terms of foreign exchange earnings after oil and gas and palm oil commodities. Currently, the tourism business is growing rapidly in Indonesia because the tourism sector is driven as a very large labor recruiter and a very large source of economic income in Indonesia, a factor that supports the existence of tourism is Indonesia's strategic territory and a large selection of destinations. The use of Indonesian today has changed a lot where Indonesian is replaced by foreign languages, especially in the tourism sector, such as the use of the word "souvenir" which is currently changing its nickname to "souvenir" the problem in this article is the threat that greatly affects the use of Indonesian. This method uses the observation method in the form of interviews. As a result of this analysis, there is a change in Indonesian language style to foreign languages, especially English.

Bonto Bahari is one of the sub-districts in Bulukumba district which is a famous tourism destination in South Sulawesi. Beach tourism and the business of making phinisi boats are the attractions that are most in demand by tourists. As one of the popular tourist destinations, the business of making souvenirs as souvenirs is a business that is in great demand by the people of Bonto Bahari. The availability of wood raw materials and the skills of the community in making phinisi boat souvenirs that have been passed down for generations are important factors in the development of this souvenir business. However, in its development, the Phinisi ship souvenir business has not been maximized in sales. The use of marketing strategies by utilizing digital marketing has been carried out but limited to social media. Business actors are more focused on tourists who come to the gallery. So that this condition causes sales to depend on the number of tourists visiting Bonto Bahari. This community service activity is carried out to help business actors analyze their potential and weaknesses. By conducting training and mentoring, it is hoped that business actors will be able to better understand their potential, weaknesses and strengths and be able to develop the right strategy in developing their business.

At the present time of the pandemic, it is difficult for the world's most unusual cuttlefish to market its products. Thus, umkm needs to be provided with facilities to market the products online. Special-based backends are one of the media for selling by-products on the catapult. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. Research methods used in the construction of systems on this research are the methods of research and development (R & D). This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

After doing research on Singkong Keju D-9 Salatiga, it can be seen that Singkong Keju D-9 Ready to Fried has limitations in its packaging, which is not yet in accordance with the regulatory standards of the State Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI. In addition, it also has a packaging design that is not much different from competing products. Therefore, it is necessary to design a packaging design that is in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and also innovation in packaging design that is able to provide characteristics as a souvenir product typical of the City of Salatiga so that it has an exclusive image on the product and continues to be able to compete against its competitors.The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of packaging design on consumer confidence in buying products based on packaging design and measure the accuracy of the theme of the illustration image on the packaging design of Singkong KejuD-9 as souvenirs typical of the city of Salatiga.The method used is the Research and Development method, starting with (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) packaging design, (4) packaging design validation, (5) packaging design revision, (6 ) product trials, (7) implementation.The results showed that the packaging design had met the requirements and met the requirements for use, judging from the results of the validation it had Cronbach's Alpha Reliability >=0.6 that the questionnaire used was very reliable.

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) on creative art innovation "LUBA" was carried out in collaboration with UKM Rukun Makmur located in Klaten Central Java. There are centers of batik as well as lurik in the area but they arey have not been optimized. Therefore, this PKM activity focuses on new product innovation by combining lurik and batik crafts into innovative handicrafts called lurik batik (LUBA) which at the same time can act as a unique and iconic Klaten souvenir to support regional tourism development.There are several problems faced by UKM Rukun Makmur as partner. Based on these problems, this program aims to find solutions to all these problems by using several methods including counseling, discussing, training, and mentoring. The results of this PKM activities show that UKM Rukun Makmur has been able to increase their creativity to create designs, motifs, and varied color of lurik batik (LUBA) handicraft products.

Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

Cloud computing is a technology that makes the internet a center for managing data and applications. With computer users are granted access (login). Cloud is a metaphor for the internet, as the cloud is often depicted in computer network diagrams. Gayo’s openwork cloud application is an android bases application that utilizes Cloud computing technology in the form of cloud Platform as a Service (SAAS) function as the main container or basis for running the system that will use in sales and providing notification services for the search for souvenirs typical of Takengon, namely Kerawang Gayo. Cloud computing is a technology that makes the internet a central storage server for managing data and information. This technology also allows users to freely manage and access information available on cloud storage which is of course connected to the internet network. This gayo filigree is now being created as a result of the home craft industry being embroidered on the cloth. The craft produces various types of souvenirs such as bags, key chains, women’s robes, men’s shirts, caps, bracelets, wallets, prayer mats, tablecloths, pillowcases, cellphone covers, and women’s and men’s traditional clothes, skirts, and scarves. Using the prototyping method is a software development method in the form of a physical working model of the system that functions as an early version of the system.

Bidang kepariwisataan berupa sendang plesungan berkembang dengan baik seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah pengunjung sehingga meningkatkan income bagi desa plesungan. Dalam bidang seni dan budaya, beragamnya pertunjukan seni, berupa festifal sendang plesungan, padepokan lemah putih, reog, dan studio plesungan merupakan bentuk pelestarian dan pengembangan seni dan budaya lokal dan wujud regenerasi bagi generasi muda setempat. Peningkatan sarana dan prasarana penunjang kepariwisataan, seni dan budaya desa Plesungan bermanfaat untuk melestarikan eksistensi potensi lokal dan meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan lokal dan meluas ke wisatawan mancanegara. Eksplorasi sumber daya alam untuk memperluas area kepariwisataan merupakan hal yang penting untuk mengembangkan potensi desa yang bermuara pada pemanfaatan secara optimal sumber daya alam untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Plesungan.Peranan sumber daya manusia dalam pengembangan potensi desa Plesungan tidak terlepas dari kegiatan yang bersifat kreatif, inovatif, dan memiliki nilai promotif. Penggunaan bahasa yang santun, sopan, dan menggunakan tata nilai yang baik merupakan aktifitas yang bernilai promotif untuk meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung di desa Plesungan. Kecakapan berbahasa daerah dan bahasa Indonesia menunjukkan sikap cinta tanah air dan melestarikan budaya lokal, namun ketrampilan berbahasa mancanegara, khususnya bahasa Inggris juga merupakan hal yang perlu diwujudkan untuk menarik kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara. Mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang cakap dan terampil dalam berbahasa Inggris memerlukan langkah-langkah konkret, diantaranya adalah analisa kebutuhan bahasa Inggris untuk mengidentifikasi ragam bahasa Inggris yang diperlukan untuk menunjang kepariwisataan desa Plesungan. Respon positif dari masyarakat tentang kebutuhan bahasa Inggris wisatawan mancanegara perlu ditingkatkan sebagai upaya memfasilitasi kunjungan mereka.Hasil pengabdian ini adalah (1) diperolehnya ragam bahasa Inggris yang diperlukan bagi pelaku usaha wisata desa Plesungan, yaitu Pengenalan diri (Introducing myself); bertanya dan memberikan informasi (asking and giving information); menawarkan produk/cinderamata khas desa (offering local souvenirs), memberikan saran (giving suggestion); dan mengundang (invitation); (2) profil warga Plesungan bahwa 75% warga termasuk kategori usia produktif sehingga diharapkan dapat mengembangkan potensi kepariwisataan dan seni budaya lokal; dan (3) optimalisasi promosi desa berbasis digital melalui media sosial diperlukan baik dalam bentuk bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris.
