Antenatal Care (ANC) is the most important component of pregnant women's health services to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. With ANC, the progress of the pregnant woman's condition will be well monitored at all times and knowledge about childbirth preparation will increase. Based on the background above, the researcher is interested in taking the title Counseling Pregnant Women Through Antenatal Care Services to Prevent Chronic Energy Deficiency which aims to improve and maintain the health of mothers and babies, prepare for the birthing process so that the baby can be delivered safely and minimize trauma that may occur in the child. during childbirth and reduce the number of deaths and morbidity rates in mothers. The data collection method that the author uses is the survey method. The survey method is a method used as a general category of research, one of which uses a questionnaire. The research results showed that the average knowledge score before and after the health education was carried out increased by 42.21 points, which means that the health education carried out had an impact on increasing the knowledge of Health Information Management students about ANC disease in pregnant women who experience CED. The increase in the average knowledge score is possible because health education uses appropriate methods and media such as lectures and discussions. Leaflet media also helps health education participants to easily remember the material. Using appropriate methods and media in health education can help health education participants understand the material

This research uses qualitative descriptive, descriptive analysis to see the phenomenon of existing events and qualitative research methods based on philosophy as an instrument, Data collection techniques and qualitative analysis emphasize meaning. Oligopoly markets whose structure consists of two or three or even more control the market 70 to 80 percent of all production or selling value around it and emphasize the price determined. The development of the era of business actors utilizing technology is certainly due to globalization which affects industrial markets in each country to abroad. Oligopoly is very influential in industrial markets because of pressure on prices and new ideas from competitors and supported by digital technology hence industrial market activities to retain consumers. In addition to the effect, business actors get large profits due to increasingly sophisticated information technology. The influence of globalization can encourage large companies to innovate their businesses and be able to integrate in the global market.

The rapid advancement in information technology has transformed the landscape of accounting, making it increasingly computerized, enhancing efficiency through the automation of routine tasks, enabling real-time access to financial data, and providing more sophisticated data analytics capabilities. However, alongside these benefits, technology also brings challenges related to data security and changing regulations, necessitating accountants to continuously develop their technological skills. Online collaboration between accountants and clients is becoming more common, reflecting the influence of information technology on the evolution of accounting practices. Technological developments also affect Accounting Information Systems (AIS), changing the way data is processed, internal controls are implemented, and financial information is prepared. Despite initial concerns, the advancement of IT ultimately opens up new opportunities, such as computer-based information system audits, computer-based information system consulting, and web trust audits. This is the essence of the impact of information technology on the development of accounting, presenting opportunities and challenges that require adaptation and a strong understanding from accounting professionals in the digital era.

Increasingly sophisticated technological developments can be used for business development. The most obvious impact is being able to increase sales, because digital marketing is a marketing medium that has a huge influence. The general aim of this research is to educate about the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Mojopilang village. Therefore, we, students of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) at Mayjen Sungkono University, Mojokerto, are providing education to youth youth organizations in Mojopilang village about implementing digital marketing through the Shopee platform and other social media as a tool for marketing bamboo crafts in Mojopilang village. Because basically many of the human resources in Mojopilang village are old, so only the younger generation are able to implement digital marketing like this. From the research results, it is known that digital marketing still needs to be educated and taught to youth organizations to make it easier for business people to market bamboo craft products.

In the Industrial Revolution 4.0, Indonesian people are faced with technological sophistication that makes them able to do anything and communicate without meeting. However, unlimited convenience has a negative impact on the social society of Indonesia based on diversity. The space for communication is increasingly limited because we rarely see others, and everyone becomes individualist and less sensitive. It is necessary to strengthen through sociodrama-based PPKn learning on diversity material to strengthen a sense of unity and unity. The purpose of this Classroom Action Research (PTK) is to improve learning outcomes on Indonesian diversity material with the sociodrama method of grade VII-E students in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at SMP Negeri 40 Surabaya. The subject of research is students. The data collection uses tests and non-tests. Analytical techniques use qualitative and quantitative. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes on average 59.5 in the first cycle to 77.3 in the second cycle. For the highest value of 79 in the first cycle to 90 in the second cycle. As well as the value in the first cycle 30 in the first cycle to 62 in the second cycle. Sociodrama improves PPKn learning outcomes in Indonesian diversity material for grade VII-E students in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at SMP Negeri 40 Surabaya.

Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial sehingga dalam kehidupannya akan selalu melakukan interaksi dengan manusia lainnya. Salah satu bentuk interaksi sosial ialah bersilaturahmi dengan cara mengunjungi rumah seseorang. Sebagai penerima tamu atau pemilik rumah yang dikunjungi sudah sepantasnya menampilkan sifat dan perilaku yang baik dalam hal ini penulis namakan dengan akhlak memuliakan tamu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini tiada lain untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep yang ditawarkan Alquran terkait akhlak dalam memuliakan tamu. Dengan merujuk pada term dhaif dimana penulis menemukan kata ini tersebar di dalam lima surat dan enam ayat, yaitu surat Hud/11:78, al-Hijr/15/51, 68, al-Kahfi/18:77, adz-Dzariyat/51:24, dan al-Qamar/54:37 kemudian dikaji dengan penafsiran Abu Su’ud dengan kitab tafsirnya yang berjudul Irsyad Al-Aql As-Salim ila Mazaya Al-Kitab Al-Karim. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif-desktiptif dengan jenis data kepustakaan. Adapun hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan ayat-ayat tersebut maka konsepsi yang ditawarkan Alquran terkait akhlak memuliakan tamu diantaranya: menjawab ucapan salam dari tamu, menghormati tamu dengan cara memberikan jamuan dan pelayanan terbaik, menghidangkan jamuan tidak jauh dari jangkauan tamu, berkata-kata yang baik, penuh dengan sopan santun serta lemah lembut, memenuhi hak-hak tamu dan menjaga tamu yang berkunjung dari segala bentuk keburukan, tidak menolak kunjung seseorang yang akan bertamu, memberikan tempat istirahat, serta mengajak istri/suami serta anggota yang berada di dalam rumah yang dikunjungi oleh tamu.

Infant deaths generally occur in the early neonatal period due to hypothermia. The incidence of hypothermia in newborns is quite high, globally ranging from 8.5-52%, an estimated 17 million newborns experience hypothermia in developing countries. The incidence of hypothermia in newborn babies is 92.3%, the infant mortality rate due to hypothermia is 6.3%. One intervention to minimize the incidence of hypothermia in newborn babies is to initiate early breastfeeding. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of early initiation of breastfeeding on hypothermia in newborn babies at the Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. The research method used a pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 14 respondents. The measuring instruments in this study were a digital axillary thermometer, standard operating procedures (SOP) for early breastfeeding initiation and observation sheets. Data analysis using paired sample t-test. The results of the paired sample t-test found a p-value = 0.000 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an influence of early initiation of breastfeeding on hypothermia in newborn babies in the Midwifery Room at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. Early initiation of breastfeeding can be used as an intervention for newborns to minimize the incidence of hypothermia

Human resources as one of the resources in an organization play an important role in the successful achievement of organizational goals. Human resources use other resources owned by the organization in order to achieve goals. Even sophisticated technological machines will be meaningless if the human resources running them are not qualified to work on them. Likewise with information resources. No matter how good and complete the information received by the organization, it will not mean anything, if the quality of existing human resources is not able to translate it into information that is useful for the development and progress of the organization. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling towards human resources in the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The management functions applied in human resource management consist of, (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing. ), and (4) controlling. The operational functions carried out by human resource management are, (1) procurement, (2) development, (3) compensation, (4) integration, (5) maintenance, and (6) termination of employment (separation). One of the important activities carried out in human resource management, especially in the planning function, is job analysis. By analyzing a job, it will be known what tasks will be carried out in that job, what competencies must be mastered by the human resources who will occupy that position.

Digital solutions in the form of applications have become one of the primary tools needed in the world of work and business. One example of the latest information system developments is in the world of mining in terms of workforce management. One of the companies that requires a workforce management information system is PT Lestari Berkat Sejahtera, because this company still uses a manual workforce management system. The author has a solution, namely by creating an employee data management application. The aim of making this application is to provide easy access for HRD staff, admins and employees to view information and manage existing human resource data.

The progress of science and technology today is an advancement of human civilization which has an impact on all aspects of life, including the development and increasing diversity of motives and forms of crime. Along with this progress, the business world is also used as a means of committing crimes by criminals, one of which is money laundering which takes advantage of technological advances and system advances in the business world, such as taking advantage of the sophistication and ease of banking transactions and other forms of business activities. . In direct proportion to this, various efforts have been made to prevent and narrow the space for money laundering perpetrators, especially by building a legal system in the business world that can eradicate this white collar crime, both nationally and internationally.

This research is in the form of an analysis of the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles at PT. Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar and providing solutions to PT. Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar so as not to violate GCG principles and applicable laws. The results of this research indicate that PT. Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar has violated GCG principles which have been carried out by Shareholders, Directors and Board of Commissioners. In this way, researchers provide a solution in the form of understanding the human resources at PT. Sari Amerta Utama Denpasar, evaluates the company's SOPs or policies, and carries out evaluation activities on the duties, principals and functions of each company organ.

Indonesia is one of the developing countries, to carry out fair and equitable development throughout Indonesia, there is a need for sufficient energy as a driving motor for development itself. Electricity distribution in Pekanbaru, as in other regions of Indonesia, is handled by the State Electricity Company (PLN) as the largest electricity supply company in Indonesia. PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru ULP Panam branch as one of SOEs that aims to provide services in the field of electricity to the community (Public Utility). Organizational structure that is a primary and absolute requirement for increasing employment, responsibility and achievement of established goals. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze PT.PLN services in handling customer complaints and identify and analyze the inhibitory factors of PT.PLN services in handling customer complaints. This study used Zeithaml's theory of five indicators: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphathy. The methods used in this study are qualitative research methods that are descriptive. With data collection techniques, observation interviews and documentation. The service provided by PLN ULP Panam is still insufficient because of the many customer complaints that resulted in the service process being hampered. The service provided by the officers is not sufficient in responding to customer complaints and the SOP or Service Standards for officers in handling customer complaints do not exist. PLN ULP Panam must take this problem seriously because if there is no SOP or Service Standard, it is detrimental to the service process provided to customers.

This study aims to find out how the traditional of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village knowing the rules in establishing a house in Kuta Traditional Village, as well as to find out why the traditional of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village is still carried out in the modernization era. This research is descriptive with qualitative methods, data collection is carried but by observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The results showed that until now the tradition of building a house in Kuta Traditional Village is still carried out by following the rules, rituals or existing traditions

Al- Quran a part from its position as the main source of Islamic teachings, the Koran is also a significant one. However, these interpretations are not an easy thing, because a person's understanding cannot be separated from several factors such as scientific background, experiences, socio-political conditions and so on. The problem regarding the view of death is that recently there has been no clear definition of death, as a result of increasingly sophisticated technology and also the existence of several deaths before entering the era of technological sophistication. Death in the world of modern medicine has the definition of the end of certain biological functions, the cessation of vital organs. such as breathing, heart rate, or blood pressure. However, advances in medical technology have given rise to controversy regarding what criteria should be used to determine whether a person is dead, because currently, in the world of modern medicine, the reference for determining death is the death of the brain stem (brain death).

The millennial generation is a generation that has creative ideas or innovations. As a business person or entrepreneur, a person must have knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, especially in the digital era like now. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out and revealing what abilities or theories are used by millennial generation business actors in New York City. The literary work used as a source of research data is the novel entitled #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research using the heruistic method, namely reading thoroughly and the hermeneutic method, namely the study of text interpretation or the process of interpreting text. The results of this research are that there are 3 theories of entrepreneurship which include economic theory (taking advantage of opportunities that can create innovation), psychological theory (what underlies business) and behavioral theory (skills in managing and advancing business).

This study aims to determine the Business Competition in the Novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala. The novel was published in 2012. The data collection techniques used are reading techniques and analyzing techniques. The method used in this research is qualitative method and descriptive analysis method. The source of data used in this research is the literary work of the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are factors that affect business competition in the Gadis Kretek Novel, namely industry competition, bargaining power of buyers, and the threat of substitute products.

Introduction: Low birth weight babies are babies weighing <2500 grams. Babies with LBW tend to experience hypothermia and infection, so an effort needs to be made to prevent this, one of which is by using the KMC method. Kangaroo Mother Care is a treatment for low birth weight babies that involves making direct contact between the baby's skin and the mother's skin.Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of the kangaroo method on weight gain in LBW babies at Duren Sawit RSKD.Method: This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative study with a pretest- posttest one-group design. The sample in this study consisted of 20 babies with LBW who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The instruments in this study were KMC management SOPs and observation sheets. Data collection was carried out 2 times, namely before being given the KMC method and after being given the KMC method. Data processing using the SPSS computer program using the Wilcoxon analysis test. Results: Most of the mothers were aged 20–35 years, namely 11 people (55.0%), and most of the babies were female, namely 12 people (60.0%). Before being given the kangaroo method, all babies experienced low birth weight, where the baby's weight was in the minimum BB category, namely <2500 grams for 20 people (100.0%). After being given the kangaroo method, most of the babies with LBW had a weight in the normal weight category, namely ≥2500 grams, as did as many as 12 people (60.0%). The results of the Wilcoxon test analysis show a p-value of 0.001, which means that there is an effect of the KMC method on increasing LBW weight at the Durem Sawit Hospital in 2023. Conclusion: There is an effect of the KMC method on increasing LBW weight at the Durem Sawit Hospital in 2023.

Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu tokoh pahlawan pendidikan yang bernama Dewi Sartika yang mencakup profil Dewi Sartika, Sekolah Kautamaan Istri dan pengaruh pemikiran Dewi Sartika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana rekam jejak pahlawan pendidikan dari kaum perempuan yang berjuang untuk mencerdaskan bangsa. Metode untuk mendapatkan data yang valid yaitu metode yang di gunakan adalah metode Sejarah yang mana memiliki beberapa teknik langkah-langkahnya yaitu; (1) pemilihan sumber, (2) pengumpulan sumber, (3) verifikasi, (4) interpretasi dan analisis, (5) menyajikan dengan bentuk tulisan. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Dewi Sartika yang merupakan tokoh pahlawan perjuangan yang memberikan sebuah gagasan dan pemikiran. Profil Tokoh Raden Dewi Sartika serta Perjuangan mendirikan sebuah lembaga pendidikan Sakola Kautamaan Isteri. Beliau Dengan Sekolah yang didirikannya dapat mendidik anak-anak perempuan dari kalangan manapun, untuk memajukan harkat dan martabat kaum perempuan. perjuangan yang panjang yang dilakukan oleh Dewi Sartika berdampak positif atau pengaruh pada zamannya beliau dari tahun 1904-1947 M yang mana pengaruh tersebut dapat dirasakan pada masa itu.

Dr. Hospital Soetomo Surabaya with minimum service standard data that must be met is customer satisfaction ≥ 90% and waiting time ≤ 60 minutes in accordance with Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) decree no. 129 of 2008. Therefore, the problems faced by the Outpatient Institution Children's Polyclinic include service time Administration takes too long and quality must be improved. The most critical slowness of services at the Children's Polyclinic is in the registration administration section, namely the number of double registrations, disruptions in facilities and nurses who are still lacking in discipline. Applying Lean Healthcare and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to improve service quality and prevent failures, such as slow service and lack of facilities will help find recommendations for improving these problems, namely reducing double registration of patients by improving data management and registration, repairing and improving maintenance of computer facilities for reducing waiting time due to disturbances and tightening discipline according to SOP.

Background: The percentage of children aged 0 to 11 months who received complete basic immunization reached 75.5% of the target of 92.9%, with a performance achievement of 75.34%. Complete Basic Immunization Coverage (IDL) in North Sumatra Province in 2019 was 85.17%. For data on Complete Basic Immunization (IDL) coverage in Dairi district, there is 82.02%, this figure shows that Dairi district has not yet achieved the strategic plan that has been determined. This study aims to analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge and the provision of basic immunizations in the working area of the Sopobutar health center, Dairi Regency in 2022. Method: This type of research is analytical with a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted in the working area of the Sopobutar Community Health Center, Dairi Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research was conducted from May to June 2022. The population in the study were all mothers who had 1 year old babies recorded in the working area of the Sopobutar Community Health Center, 38 people and using total sampling techniques. Data analysis in this research includes Univariate Analysis and Bivariate Analysis with the chi square test, using a significance level of 5% (p value <0.05). Results: The results showed that the majority of mothers' knowledge was sufficient, 22 people (57.9%) and the majority of babies received complete basic immunization, 26 people (68.4%). The statistical test results show a p value of 0.002 <0.05, meaning there is a significant relationship between knowledge and providing basic immunization to babies in the Sopobutar Community Health Center Working Area. Conclusion: P value = 0.002 <0.05, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between knowledge and providing basic immunizations to babies in the Sopobutar Community Health Center Working Area in 2022. It is hoped that mothers who have babies will increase their insight and concern regarding basic immunization for babies, regarding immunization programs according to schedule and providing complete immunizations.
