The development of educational tourism villages is one of the sustainable tourism strategies that integrates learning activities, environmental conservation, and local community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the potential and development strategies of Belawa Village as an educational tourism village in Cirebon Regency. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with managers and community members, and literature review. The results indicate that Belawa Village has strong tourism potential, particularly in educational tourism based on the conservation of the Belawa softshell turtle (Amyda cartilaginea), nature-based tourism, and local cultural tourism. Educational activities such as outing classes, animal introduction programs, environmental education, and cultural arts training have been implemented and fulfill the elements of something to see and something to do in educational tourism. However, the development of this educational tourism village has not yet been optimal due to limitations in destination management, supporting facilities and infrastructure, promotion, and human resource capacity. Therefore, integrated development is required through the packaging of educational tourism attractions, improvement of human resource competencies, provision of supporting facilities, and collaboration among the government, community, academics, and tourism stakeholders. The development of Belawa Village as an educational tourism village has the potential to provide economic, social, and educational benefits while supporting environmental conservation and strengthening local cultural identity.

Making batik designs requires the ability to visualize ideas for motifs or decorations. This process relies on the ability to move the visual processing process which was originally still an idea into something real, which can be seen in the form of an image. The ability to visualize is important because from this process motifs, patterns and decorations can be created. This work is quite complicated, requires precision, patience and takes time. When there are many orders, the work of drawing motifs must be faster. One solution to speed up making drawings is to use computer graphics to help create innovative written batik designs in a shorter time than if done manually. Through community service activities, the application of computer graphics technology for batik design innovation at the Pandansari Plupuh Sragen Batik Business uses training methods delivered offline and online. This is because both trainers and participants take time out of their busy work schedules. The participants are employees in the design department who are able to use computers. Through one face-to-face meeting for explanation and four online meetings for practice which aims to improve participants' skills in making various kinds of motifs. The result is a new design that can be completed relatively quickly compared to if it was done manually.

Penglipuran Tourism Village, renowned for its cultural authenticity and environmental cleanliness, has experienced substantial growth in tourist arrivals, which has led to environmental pressures and overcrowding in its core area. In response, the development of the Bamboo Forest as a supporting attraction has emerged as a strategic initiative to disperse visitor concentration and promote sustainable tourism. This study aims to examine the development concept of the Bamboo Forest through a qualitative descriptive approach, employing in-depth interviews with local stakeholders, including tourism managers and community leaders. The findings reveal that the Bamboo Forest, spanning 45 hectares, serves multiple ecological and cultural functions, such as groundwater conservation, disaster mitigation, and the preservation of local traditions. Since 2023, the site has been revitalized with ecotourism-based infrastructure, including bamboo pathways, cultural performance spaces, a traditional market, and the Bamboo Caffe, all of which integrate local resources and community participation. Agraria law is the law that regulates relations between people and land and other people. Sudikno Mertokusumo explained that the law, also known as land law, is the interest of people in other people regarding land. According to Subekti, agrarian law is the totality of legal provisions, whether civil, state administration or state administration law, which also regulates authorities that originate from certain relationships. For information, the basis of agrarian law is regulated in Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning basic regulations on agrarian principles or UUPA. In this agrarian law regulation, there are at least seven principles1. These are: the principle of control by the state, the principle of social function, the principle of customary law, the principle of nationality or nationhood, the principle of limiting land ownership for the sake of the public interest, the principle of general planning and the principle of land preservation. From various literature it is known that the history of the birth of the UUPA tells the long history of the struggle of national figures in reducing the impartiality of land law for the benefit of society at large. In the era of reform, the logical consequences between political existence and interests and legal certainty, especially regarding land issues, have become a trending topic that is interesting to discuss. The complexity of land issues in this country is increasingly increasing and complicated, and is exacerbated by friction between interests that are politically charged. Legal politics consists of a series of words politics and law. (Suderto, et., al 1983) explains that politics is used in various meanings, namely: 2 1. The word polik in Dutch, which means something related to the State 2. Means discussing state issues or those related to the State Furthermore, Sudarto emphasized that the meaning of politics is policy which is a synonym for policy. In this sense, the words economic politics, crime, legal politics and criminal law politics are found. The relationship between politics and law, according to (Mahfud et., al 1998) explains that law is a political product. Law is seen as an independent variable (variable influence) and politics as an independent variable (variable influence). With this assumption, Mahfud formulated the law as: 3 Legal policies that will be or have been implemented nationally by the government also include an understanding of how politics influences the law by looking at the configuration of forces behind the creation and enforcement of the law. Here the law is not only seen as articles that are imperative or mandatory, but must be seen as a sum system which in reality is not impossible, in fact it is not impossible which is very much determined by politics, both in the formulation of material and articles and in implementing them.

Teachers are the most important component in the learning process in education. However, many students are not interested and bored during the learning process; some even fall asleep after being promised something. Students' ability to understand learning materials is influenced by various internal and environmental variables. Helping students in learning will have a negative impact on their development and quality of life in the future if not managed properly by parents and teachers. Therefore, parents, schools, and instructors all contribute to helping children overcome their challenges. Teachers have an important influence in the lives of their students. Thus, this diagnostic seeks to identify the root causes of students' learning challenges and identify solutions. This study aims to (1) identify factors that cause learning difficulties, (2) identify procedures and techniques for analyzing learning difficulties diagnosis, (3) determine the location of students' learning challenges or problems, and (4) help students who experience learning difficulties. Data collection was carried out using two techniques, namely observation of the teaching and learning process (PBM) and the student environment, as well as interviews with parents and instructors. According to the results of the study, students were less enthusiastic about learning because they were less interested and even tended to be lazy. Some students dislike some subjects because of their inability to understand certain elements. Therefore, such students rarely complete the assignments given and almost never take notes on certain lesson topics. Furthermore, the lack of interest in learning for some students can also be caused by their inability to understand the information that the instructor is trying to convey. This is caused by the failure of teachers to provide detailed examples of how to solve problems, and some teachers even fail to include examples when explaining the lesson content.
