This paper aims to describe the sexual behavior of the five female characters in Cantik itu Luka by Eka Kurniawan using a psychoanalytic approach. These five female characters are related by blood, but have different sexual behaviors. Psychoanalysis brought this research to see the text in literary works as manifest texts, then the ideology of the author that is disguised and displayed in literary works is called latent text. Thus, this paper is expected to be able to present something that belongs to the subtext. Oedipus complex, narcissism, castration, dreams, fantasticism, and mythology greatly influence the sexuality behavior of these five figures.

Society in the historical strata has had a fairly close relationship with religion since prehistoric times. For society, religion is seen as the beliefs and behaviors that society uses to address important problems that cannot be solved by the technical systems and organizational techniques for which it is known. To overcome this limitation, humans use the manipulation of supernatural powers. The notion of "culture" is generally understood as a complex definition. Culture or culture can be thought of as a concept whose definition follows the content of its users, although it also refers to objective reality. That is, one person may have an opinion about "culture" or "culture", but another person may object to the words used; Because it requires the person concerned to appreciate his culture. Like the definition of "culture" above, "religion" also has different meanings, both from the point of view of its adherents and from the point of view of the sciences that study it (Sena Adiningrat, 2010). Language has a variety of skills, namely, reading, writing, listening and speaking. In learning Malay Arabic, two language skills are used, namely reading and writing. So, it can be concluded that reading is the process of seeing and understanding something written to obtain information and knowledge and reading is a step in broadening one's horizons. Writing is a productive and expressive activity. Writing activities require a person to be skilled at utilizing what is on his mind, mastering various dictions and understanding language structures. Learning Malay Arabic is essentially a process of learning the rules of the Malay Arabic script which aims to form a generation that is good at writing and reading Malay Arabic script so that it can be preserved for the next generation.

Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) has received a lot of attention in today's digital culture, especially among students. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of LinkedIn usage on the level of FOMO among students at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS). Using an integrated methodology, the data was collected through surveys by questionnaire to understand the relationship between LinkedIn usage and FOMO. The information was gathered through incidental sampling from a total of 100 respondents, ranging from 2018+ students to 2023 students.According to the results, more than half of the respondents experience FOMO when seeing other people's LinkedIn profiles. Based on the results, it shows that students feel more motivated to do something more productive because of their FOMO. These results are expected to assist practitioners, educators, and academics interested in FOMO and the use of social platforms in higher education to gain a better understanding of how the LinkedIn platform affects the amount of FOMO among ITS students.    

The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia stipulates that Indonesian citizens must participate in efforts to defend the country. This is contained in article 27 paragraph 3 which reads, "Every citizen has the right and obligation to participate in efforts to defend the country". Developing and attitude of defending the country can be done with several efforts, such as providing compulsory military education which has been implemented in several countries such as South Korea. Basic military training in Indonesia is only given to Indonesian National Soldiers, which in essence is something that is directly related to the profession they are undertaking. Profit growth is the difference between the profits obtained by the company this year and those obtained in the previous quarter or year, whether there was an increase in profits or even vice versa. Financial reports are one method for measuring the increase in insurance company profits. The aim of this research is to find out how premium income, claims expenses and underwriting results influence PT Asuransi Sinar Mas's ability to increase profits. This research is quantitative in nature and uses a saturated sampling strategy to collect secondary data from financial reports on the Sinar Mas Insurance website. According to the findings from the analysis that has been carried out, premium income and underwriting results seem to show an influence on each variable on profit growth. Meanwhile, claims expenses showed absolutely no impact on profit growth. From the F test table, profit growth is simultaneously influenced by premium income, claims expenses and underwriting results.

The habit of storing the harvest in the form of nutmeg is something that has become a culture among the people of Morela village, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. This research will examine theoretically the economic variables that influence the storage of dry nutmeg seeds by farming households. To analyze the relationship between variables that cause savings choices, an inter-time model is used. The choice is based on the meaning of the present and future times. If the present time is more meaningful then farmers will sell the nutmeg seeds they have and conversely if the future time is more meaningful it will increase the amount of nutmeg savings. The variables included in this research are relative price variables, current income and future income. This research uses primary data through interviews and questionnaires. The samples taken based on the purposive random sampling method were 75 farmers in Morela village. To analyze the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, cross-section regression was used using the Eviews tool. The results of the research show that the price variables at harvest, the estimated future price of cloves, and future consumption influence the clove savings of farmer households.

The term Childfree has recently become a sensation among millennials today, not long after public figure Gita Safitri Devi and her husband Paul Andre Partohap stated on their social media account that they intended not to have children. Childfree is actually not a new issue, but the term childfree has been around since the end of the 20th century and has spread throughout the world along with the development of liberalism throughout the world. Childfree is a choice in a household relationship, namely a decision for a husband and wife not to have children on purpose. This phenomenon is an interesting issue to discuss from various perspectives, one of which is from a religious perspective. Of course, each religion will have different views in responding to the issue of childfree in accordance with the teachings of their respective religions. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method, library research approach. Research originating from books, journals, videos, and research that has been conducted, is then analyzed in depth. This research concludes that seen from a religious perspective, in this case there are three religions that are the focus of reference for researchers, namely Islam, Christianity and Hinduism, that chidfree is something that is contrary to the principles in their teachings. In responding to the Chidfree problem, there is a solution provided by each religion as long as it is considered humane and does not eliminate the benefits, or brings harm and does not conflict with religious rules and principles.

Knowledge is something that is very urgent in human life, in human life everyone needs knowledge. Islam is a perfect religion based on Quran and hadith. Islam places great emphasis on the obligation to seek knowledge, even the first verse that comes out is a verse about education. Because of the urgency of knowledge for humans, knowledgeable people are distinguished from people who are not knowledgeable. Knowledge is the key to happiness in this world and in the hereafter, if humans want to please Allah, humans must worship, carry out His commands and stay away from His prohibitions, must also use knowledge. Islam orders people to seek knowledge not only at school, but Islam teaches lifelong learning. The purpose of this writing is to discuss studying knowledge to achieve noble dignity. This research method uses a qualitative type through literature study and content analysis. The results and discussion of this study include an explanation of studying in Qs. Abasa (80):1-10 and Qs. Al-Mujadilah (58): 11 and the concept of knowledge in Islam. This study concludes that seeking knowledge is one of the most important parts of human life, without knowledge humans cannot develop. The search for knowledge is also considered as the starting point in attitude awareness. Seeking knowledge is obligatory for every Muslim man and woman. When Allah has sent down a mandatory order for something, then we must obey it.

Natural material media is everything learning media that exists in the environment around us to support learning that is very easy and economical but can be used effectively and efficiently which is directly obtained from nature, natural materials that are used as learning media include: stones, branches, seeds, leaves, wood and other natural objects. The purpose of this research is to find out the Biography of the Sufism Figure Al-Ghazali. This research uses a biographical research method, which is a method of analyzing a person's life history. This research aims to analyze the application of diversion and restorative justice in criminal cases committed by minors. The application of diversion is examined in more depth about the obligation of every law enforcer to carry out a series of diversion processes in the police, prosecutor's office and up to the court. The implementation of diversion is something that must be done without exception in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 11/2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The application of restorative justice seeks a benchmark for the extent to which it can be implemented by taking into account the authority possessed by the public prosecutor when the diversion process is not achieved and when the criminal case has entered the criminal justice process. The application of the termination of prosecution must be based on the applicable provisions and conditions contained in the Attorney General's Decree No. 15 of 2020. After conducting research on diversion and restorative justice, the only legal benefit of juvenile criminal cases is through the provision of punishment for a child who is a perpetrator of a criminal offense in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations concerning the juvenile criminal justice system.

The electronic media discussed in this paper are temporarily only focused on the use of internet media and professions which are currently trending. Teenagers often lose track of time and neglect other work or become obsessed with the TikTok application itself. There is still a lot of content on the TikTok application that is not appropriate for teenagers to see. The positive impacts of using social media are as follows: a. The term history comes from Arabic, namely from the word syajaratun (pronounced syajarah), which means a tree of wood. In another sense, history is not always defined by past (history is past actuality). Only in a general sense is the reality of the past. Effective communication within the framework of organizational leadership is something that seems important to be studied properly. Organization is one dimension in which there are leaders and subordinates (followers). Today it is not uncommon for leaders to fail as motivators for their followers. This failure can be seen from the lack of cooperation between leaders and subordinates. This event greatly affects the level of success of the organization itself. Responding to this, the author offers an idea as an alternative problem solving, namely that leaders can actually be good motivators for their followers. One of the most powerful figures in making it happen is through effective communication. This effort aims to find a solution to the communication crisis that occurs among today's organizational leaders. This paper uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The result of this paper is that if every leader builds good communication, then his leadership will run smoothly and be successful.
