Menstrual cycle irregularities are a prevalent reproductive health issue among adolescent girls, often linked to dietary imbalances that contribute to hormonal disruption and nutrient deficiencies. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between dietary patterns and menstrual cycles among female students at Ambassador High School. A cross-sectional design was employed with stratified random sampling, involving 30 female students. Data were collected using structured questionnaires covering dietary patterns (frequency, food types, nutritional intake, and eating habits) and menstrual cycle characteristics (regularity, duration, and complaints). The Chi-Square test was used to assess associations between variables at a significance level of p < 0.05. Results indicated that 56.7% of respondents had unbalanced diets characterized by high fast-food consumption, low fruit and vegetable intake, and frequent meal skipping. Menstrual cycle irregularities were reported in 60% of respondents. Statistical analysis revealed a Chi-Square value of 4.420 with a p-value of 0.035, confirming a significant relationship between diet and menstrual cycle. Cross-tabulation showed that 76.5% of students with unbalanced diets experienced irregular cycles compared to 38.5% with balanced diets. These findings highlight the importance of nutrition education and healthy food provision in schools to support adolescent reproductive health.

Indiscipline in learning behavior is a form of problematic behavior that is commonly found in the school environment and has the potential to hinder the effectiveness of the learning process. This issue does not arise suddenly; rather, it develops gradually through processes influenced by various factors. This article aims to examine the problem of indiscipline in learning through a review and analysis of relevant research findings. The study uses a literature review method by collecting, examining, and analyzing journals and scientific references that discuss learning discipline and students’ indisciplined behavior. The results indicate that indiscipline in learning activities is influenced by both internal and external factors. Internal factors include low interest and motivation, poor study habits, weak values and morals, as well as students’ physical and psychological conditions. Meanwhile, external factors include family situations, peer influence, the school environment, the use of technology, and inconsistent enforcement of rules. The observable behaviors include arriving late, skipping school without clear reasons, violating school regulations, and showing a lack of responsibility. Therefore, addressing the problem of indiscipline in learning requires a comprehensive and sustainable approach involving both schools and families.

Motor development in infants is a crucial process that occurs gradually and follows the principles of age-appropriate development. Each fundamental motor stage—such as tummy time, rolling over, sitting, crawling, standing, and walking—must be passed through sequentially to ensure optimal motor concept development. Skipping or insufficient stimulation of these stages may lead to difficulties in understanding functional body movements. One of the main causes of delayed motor development includes a lack of motor stimulation time, overly restrictive parental supervision, and low levels of motivation and stimulation provided to the child. Tummy time, or placing the baby in a prone position while awake, is a proven effective form of motor stimulation that supports the development of the baby’s neck, back, and arm muscles. This activity also assists infants in reaching subsequent developmental milestones such as rolling over and crawling. This Community Service Program (PkM) was conducted at the Physioroom Clinic and was attended by 15 mothers with infants aged 3 to 6 months. The objective of the program was to enhance mothers’ knowledge regarding the importance of tummy time in supporting infant motor development. The program's implementation included educational sessions, tummy time practice demonstrations, group discussions, and interactive Q&A sessions. To measure the increase in participant knowledge, a pre-test and post-test were administered before and after the activity. The results of this PkM activity showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 6.4 in the pre-test to 8.6 in the post-test. This improvement demonstrates the program’s effectiveness in educating mothers about the benefits of tummy time for infant motor development. It is hoped that the mothers will consistently apply this stimulation at home to optimally support their children's growth and development.
