Economic stability created price stability, because a stable economy could result in low or affordable costs for the community. One indication of economic stability was inflation. Meanwhile, the Consumer Price Index was an important indicator of the financial market and was a general indicator of the level of inflation in Indonesia. For this reason, this research aimed to analyze the influence of the monthly consumer price index on monthly food inflation in Cilacap Regency. The data used in the research came from the Cilacap Regency Central Statistics Agency, which was then analyzed using a simple regression analysis method. The results of the analysis showed that there was no significant influence between the monthly consumer price index and monthly inflation. This was because the CPI was one of the indicators was used to measure the level of inflation. Changes in the CPI over time described the rate of increase (inflation) or rate of decline (deflation) of goods and services.

This thesis is a study that examines the influence of People's Business Credit (KUR) on the development of Jelutung micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Bank BSI Kc Gatot Subroto, Jambi City. The purpose of this thesis is to be able to find out the effect of people's business credit (KUR) on the development of MSME businesses and to be able to find out the amount of contributions made by KUR to the business development of customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Kc Gatot Subroto Jambi City.In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques namely observation, questionnaires and documentation. Which is the questionnaire itself as an instrument in collecting data. Then a validity test and reliability test were carried out to ensure the accuracy of each question item in the questionnaire to be used in collecting data. After that, a classic assumption test was carried out to ensure the soundness of the data and a hypothesis test in the form of a (t) test, simple linear regression test and test for the coefficient of determination (R2).The results of this study are as follows: (1) People's Business Credit (KUR) has a significant and positive effect on customer business development as evidenced by the significance of KUR of 1.68107 > 0.05 and also the value of the simple regression results which obtains a value of 0.554 which indicates a positive number so that the influence that KUR has is good or positive on the development of the customer's business. (2) The contribution made by KUR to the development of the customer's business is 0.47.8 or 47.8% and the remaining is 0.552. Or 52.2% is influenced by variables or other factors not mentioned in this study.

This research aims to find out the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Pare-Pare Branch. The type of research used is quantitative with primary data sources and data collection through questionnaire instruments from a simple randomly drawn sample of 36 respondents, and analyzed using simple regression. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Pare-Pare Branch. Therefore, the hypothesis proposed in this research is proven and accepted.

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Liny Jaya Informatics Makassar which operates in the field of science and technology. The data used in this research is primary data with a sampling method using purposive sampling, and a data analysis method using simple regression analysis, while the sample taken was 40 employees. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing has also been carried out using simple regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the work motivation variable (X) has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance (Y), meaning that if work motivation increases, employee performance will increase.

Each airport definitely has its own concept or characteristics, as is the case with Banyuwangi airport which has an architectural concept, namely the green airport concept which has a facility concept that is different from others, especially in the buildings at the airport terminal. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an influence of the concept of departure waiting room facilities on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. Apart from that, it also aims to find out how much influence the concept of departure waiting room facilities has on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. In this research there is one independent variable, namely the concept of waiting room facilities (X) and the dependent variable, namely service user interest (Y). This research is quantitative research because the main focus of this research is to find out how much influence the independent variable (X) has on the dependent variable (Y) that will be studied. The population includes passengers in the Banyuwangi airport departure waiting room and a sample of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, documentation and literature study. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis which is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) For Windows release 22.0. The research results prove that there is a significant influence between the concept of departure waiting room facilities on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. The t test results prove that it is 0.000 < 0.05, which means the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.317 can be concluded that the concept of departure waiting room facilities influences service user interest by 31.7% while the remaining 68.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

This study aims to examine the effect of job training on employee performance at Class IIB Solok Penitentiary. While the research sample was determined using the saturated sample method by including all research samples in a population, for this research the sample was taken from all employees of Class IIB Solok Correctional Institution as many as 83 people. The types of data used include instrument testing, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of job training on employee performance in all employees of Class IIB Solok Penitentiary. This is evidenced by using the t test with a tcount of 2.153 > ttable 1.664 with a significant value of 0.034 <0.05. It can be concluded that job training has an effect on employee performance in class IIB correctional institutions in Solok City or the hypothesis is accepted. This means that the job training provided is very influential for the performance of employees in class IIB correctional institutions in Solok City.

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing work from home (WFH) on employee performance levels at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The number of samples in this study was 60 people and the research method used data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of data analysis based on a simple regression test and partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that the calculated t has a value of 7,642 which is > than the t table (2,001). Work From Home has a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Conclusion: So, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Employee performance must be improved continuously. To improve employee performance, an accounting information system is needed that can assist employees in completing each job and produce financial information that is used in the company's important decision-making process. This research was conducted to determine the effect of accounting information systems on employee performance at PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk. The sample consisted of 40 employees who used an accounting information system. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, Spearman rank correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The research results show that the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This article is intended to analyze the effect of incentives on the work motivation of PT. Surabaya Multi Supplier. Based on exposure to the results of questionnaire data processing using the SPSS Version 25.0 application in the hypothesis test using simple regression analysis, the calculated t value is 6,963> t table is 2,024, or the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05. Then the independent variable individually affects the dependent variable. While the magnitude of the correlation is 56.1%. This means that the hypothesis in this study is that Ha received incentive variables affect employee motivation variables at PT Surabaya Multi Supplier in Surabaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of utilizing the village financial system on village financial management in Nita District. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with primary data sources in the form of questionnaires distributed to village officials using the Siskeudes application with a total of 32 respondents. The analytical method in this research is data quality test, classic assumption test, simple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results obtained in this study show that the village financial system (SISKEUDES) has no effect on village financial management in villages in Nita District. This shows that village financial management in villages in Nita District, Sikka Regency is largely not affected by the presence or absence of the Siskeudes application.

The high cost of education in Indonesia makes it difficult for people from the middle to lower economic classes to continue their education to a higher level. Due to budget constraints, many students decide not to continue their education to a higher level. The Indonesian government seeks a solution to deal with this problem by providing a financial assistance program in the form of KIP-K scholarships to outstanding students from the middle to lower economic classes. The KIP-K scholarship program also seeks to develop quality human resources. One of them is registered in the Education Management study program at Surabaya State University. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the provision of KIP-K scholarships has an impact on the academic performance of Surabaya State University students class of 2021 enrolled in the Education Management study program. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use normality test calculations, T tests and simple regression analysis. The results of the study state that there is an influence between the provision of KIP-K scholarships on the learning achievement of Surabaya State University Education Management students class of 2021, with a coefficient value of 54.1%.
