Infrastructure development is one of the top priorities for the Indonesian government to achieve sustainable economic growth and enhance the quality of life for its people. Infrastructure plays a significant role in driving economic growth, as the availability of adequate infrastructure in a region contributes to the economic development of that area. However, it's acknowledged that financing large-scale and complex infrastructure projects requires substantial funds. Currently, government sukuk has become a popular choice for the Indonesian government to obtain funds aimed at financing infrastructure development. Economic growth serves as one of the indicators to assess the outcomes of past development efforts and determine the direction of future development. In other words, positive economic growth indicates an improvement in the economy, while negative economic growth signifies a decline. Funding sourced from foreign debt and infrastructure project development in Indonesia has consistently been a recurring issue over the years, given their interconnected nature. The government has taken various measures to ensure infrastructure continues to progress without adding to the burden of foreign debt for the country. One suitable option that can serve as a way out of the limitations in funding sources is through the issuance of Shariah Sovereign Securities or SBSN by the government.

Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman is a commercial area in Makassar City. Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Protection is quite strategic because it can be reached by all levels of society from various means of transportation. Various community activities such as walking, jogging, shopping, office activities, etc. have resulted in the increase in parking for visitors' vehicles in the area, covering the shoulders of the road and pedestrians. From the results of our previous research, it is clear that the cause of illegal parking that occurs in the commercial areas of Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman is the limited parking space in each commercial building and the standard for calculating parking spaces in the commercial areas of Jalan Boulevard and Jalan Pengayoman. This is what causes the loss of user comfort and the change in pedestrian function to illegal parking in the Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Pengayoman is therefore an action that is contrary to Islamic Sharia which is haram because it is illegal, does not comply with local legal regulations and also harms other people. So, to restore the comfort and function of pedestrians in the commercial area of Jl. Boulevard and Jl. Considering the importance of economic activities in maintaining national stability, sharia banking is considered as an approach to boosting the nation's economy. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS), and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), three sharia banks that were previously in existence, have merged as a result of the growth of the sharia banking sector in Indonesia, into one business entity. The process of merging two companies into one, where one takes a new name and the other is dissolved while all its assets are combined into the still operating business, is known as a merger. Of course, mergers are carried out with a specific purpose, as is currently experienced by the banking industry. In the context of these concerns, researchers plan to explore the impact of the consolidation of three state-owned sharia banks on the development of Indonesia's sharia economy. The influence of PT business combinations is revealed through the use of a literature observation approach in this research. Indonesia's sharia economic growth will be considered with a focus on Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tbk. Secondary data for this research was obtained from various sources, including scientific journals, e-books, and other relevant sources. This research aims to investigate the influence of the Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI) business combination on the development of the sharia economy in these countries

BMT Amanah Weleri is a sharia financial institution engaged in service companies. BMT Amanah began operating in 2006 which is located in Kec. Weleri, Kab. Kendal. In its activities, BMT Amanah Weleri every month cannot be separated from making Cash Flow reports, to support it, a good computerized system is needed for the smooth performance of BMT Amanah. Based on surveys and observations of the BMT Amanah Weleri Cash Flow Information System, financial reporting still uses a manual system so it takes longer to process the recording, this is felt to be less effective because there is no adequate information system. where each company's cash receipts will be recorded by the finance department which will later be recapitulated in the annual report and juxtaposed with other recording results such as cash disbursements. With a cash flow information system at BMT Amanah Weleri, it makes the process of recording and inputting data easier and minimizes errors. The existence of an information system is also able to produce cash flow reports more quickly, precisely and accurately.

This research aims to investigate the influence of liquidity risk on the profitability of Sharia Banks. Liquidity risk is an important factor that can influence a bank's financial performance, especially in the context of Sharia banks that operate specific sharia principles. The research method used is a quantitative approach using financial data from registered Sharia banks. The data collected covers the last five year period. The research variables studied are liquidity risk and bank profitability. The research results show that high liquidity risk can have a negative impact on profitability which can disrupt bank operations and reduce income. Effective liquidity risk management is key to minimizing this negative impact. Sharia banks need to adopt appropriate strategies and policies to manage liquidity risk well, including careful supervision of cash flows, diversification of funding sources, and development of investment instruments that comply with sharia principles. By managing liquidity risk well, banks can minimize its negative impact on profitability.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the guarantees contained in profit sharing agreements such as mudharabah agreements contained in sharia banking. In this research, a normative approach is used. A normative approach is used to examine the provision of guarantees in production sharing agreements from the perspective of Muamalat jurisprudence. This research shows that profit sharing contracts such as mudarabah essentially have no guarantees, except for guarantees against the possibility of moral hazard on the part of the contracting parties. In practice, Islamic financial institutions, especially Islamic banks, remove mandatory guarantees from the profit sharing agreements they make with their partners (customers). However, keep in mind that the guarantee of absolute rights will only end if the loss arises due to your fault, negligence or breach of contract. If the loss is caused by negligence, or a breach of customer contract, then warranty coverage should not be addressed.
