Internet of Things (IoT)-based digital transformation has become a major catalyst in improving the efficiency of operational systems in various sectors, including the modern retail industry. One of the common logistics problems found in supermarket environments is the accumulation of unorganized shopping trolleys, which can hinder service flow and increase staff workload. This study presents a design of an IoT-based autonomous smart trolley system and automatic navigation to address these problems in a structured manner. The system design utilizes the integration of ESP32 and Arduino UNO microcontrollers, ultrasonic sensors for distance detection, line sensors for automatic path navigation, and Raspberry Pi modules for visual image processing in location tracking. The system is designed to be able to independently reposition the trolley to a predetermined parking station. Conceptual analysis shows that this system has significant potential in reducing operational costs, increasing labor efficiency, and strengthening customer service automation. Initial evaluation of technical and economic feasibility aspects strengthens the opportunity for widespread system implementation in the future. This design is the first step in developing a smart retail solution based on adaptive technology that is in line with the principles of Society 5.0. Furthermore, the development of this smart trolley system also considers user safety and comfort through additional features such as anti-collision sensors, an early warning system in the event of technical problems, and a manual control option as an alternative in emergency situations. The integration of Internet of Things-based technology also enables real-time monitoring and management systems through a web-based dashboard or mobile application, which can be accessed by supermarket management for operational analysis. Thus, this system not only addresses internal logistics needs but also contributes to improving the overall customer experience.

In order to provide financial access to groups in society that are not yet fully served by formal financial institutions, cooperatives have become very important. LKMS Amanah Berkah Nusantara Cooperative is one example of a sharia cooperative, with a non-profit model and a strong social orientation, this cooperative is here to be a solution to financial problems in the business being run. The cooperative needs to be more adaptive in strategizing its development in the face of changes in the current external environment. This research uses the Matrix Space approach, measuring four dimensions, namely financial strength, competitive advantage, industry strength and external environmental stability. As a result, Amanah Berkah Nusantara MFI Cooperative is in an aggressive strategy position as shown through the calculation of space coordinates (X = 4; Y = 0.67), which means that the cooperative has significant strengths in industrial strength and fairly good environmental stability, although it still faces challenges in terms of internal efficiency and technological competitiveness. The most recommended strategy is an active growth strategy that includes regional expansion outside the sub-district, strengthening the inetrnal digitalization system, and differentiating services through intensive assistance to customers

Market segmentation is an important tool that can help them achieve their goals.Materials and Methods. To achieve the expected goals, the Parsarmaan Village KKN program was carried out using the PAR method. PAR is an abbreviation for Participatory Action Research. Basically, PAR is research that involves all relevant parties in actively researching together current actions (which they experience as problems) in order to change and improve them. In this service, a participatory approach is used to involve local communities in the outreach process. Results. The result of this service for the community is that the community understands market segmentation better, rubber farmers can increase sales and increase the economic welfare of the community. Apart from that, the introduction of market segmentation not only provides more insight into customers, but also opens up opportunities for growth and development of the rubber industry. Conclusion. The introduction of market segmentation is a crucial step in efforts to increase the insight of rubber farmers in Parsarmaan Village. Rubber farmers through the introduction of market segmentation have great potential for success, namely increasing sales, business sustainability, increasing economic welfare, and opportunities for diversification. PT. Kalonika Bara Kusuma is a company operating in the mining sector located in the city of Samarinda, East Kalimantan province. To achieve maximum profits, PT. Kalonika Bara Kusuma adds or subtracts units according to the amount of turnover obtained in the previous month. However, after being evaluated, it turned out that this method was not effective. Because you only see at a glance the fluctuations in historical data. Sometimes when you have reduced units, it turns out that demand in the following month actually increases. This results in less than optimal profits because they cannot serve existing customer requests. Vice versa. This is what causes PT. Kalonika Bara Kusuma experienced difficulty in making a decision to add or subtract units. From this problem, the author created an application that can predict the amount of turnover in the next month and provide recommendations for deciding which camera units should be increased or decreased in number. To predict the amount of turnover using the Multiple Linear Regression method. After obtaining the predicted results for the amount of turnover, a test was carried out using the Mean Absolute Percentage (MAPE) with a result of 200%, which means that the Multiple Linear Regression method is not suitable to be used to predict the amount of turnover in the next period. Production forecasting is a form of decision making that is used as a basis in many manufacturing and service industries. Therefore, companies that are able to produce products on time and in the right quantities are companies that are able to survive the competition. This demand forecasting is used to forecast demand for products that are independent (not dependent), such as forecasting finished products. The multiple linear regression method is an analytical technique that tries to explain the relationship between two or more variables, especially between variables that contain cause and effect, called regression analysis. So in relation to the description above, this research aims to determine production forecasting using the multiple linear regression method at PT. Kalonica Bara Kusuma. The mining industry is a series of activities that have a long period of time and costs a lot of money, a series of industrial activities, namely mining activities which include digging, loading and hauling to obtain optimal profits from activities. One of the mining industries needs to be a study of operational costs for transportation equipment

This research aims to determine the potential and obstacles in developing the Dempo Banana home industry in Bombana Regency. The reason for choosing the research topic is that the commodity in Bombana Regency is bananas, which makes the banana demo product a typical snack in Bombana Regency which still needs to be developed. And to develop a development strategy, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely an analysis used to describe or solve problems systematically using the SWOT analysis method, namely an analysis intended to see the extent of the implementation of the Dempo Banana Home Industry Development Strategy based on strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, after analyzing the four SWOT indicators, we then developed appropriate alternative strategies to be applied to the domestic banana dumpling industry. The results of this research show that strategies that can be implemented include: (A). Utilizing Capital Assistance from the Government to Support the Development of the Dempo Banana Home Industry. (b). Utilizing the special characteristics of Banana Dempo as a typical banana snack that is famous throughout Indonesia. (C). Utilizing the Abundant Availability of Raw Materials as a Means of Running a Production Process That Supports Product Availability in the Industry. (D). Maintain consumer/customer loyalty by maintaining the quality of existing products and continuing to innovate so that consumers do not get bored with the taste, appearance and quality of the product. (E). Must maintain good product quality in terms of hygiene, halal, packaging and price so that customers do not Turn to Other Products.
