The increasing number of children with autism spectrum disorder in Indonesia presents new challenges for the inclusive education system, particularly in the development of social skills. This study aims to analyze the impact of floortime therapy on the development of social skills in children with autism at UPTD SMP Negeri 18 Depok City. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The theoretical framework was based on the floortime implementation theory proposed by Greenspan and Wieder (2006) and the social skills theory by Rachmah (2018). The results indicate that floortime therapy has a positive impact on improving the social skills of children with autism, particularly in aspects of attention and engagement, two-way communication, sharing ideas and emotions, and logical thinking. The effectiveness of the therapy is further enhanced by the contribution of the surrounding environment, including family members, teachers, peers, and therapists, who play an important role in supporting the sustainability of the intervention. These findings emphasize that floortime therapy is not only effective as a therapeutic approach but also serves as a supportive strategy in improving the quality of inclusive education services for children with special needs.

Public service quality plays a crucial role in ensuring that social assistance is delivered effectively to vulnerable communities. This study aims to analyze the quality of public services in the distribution of social assistance by the Social Service Office of Kerinci Regency and to identify improvement efforts undertaken by the institution. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Informants consisted of Social Service officials, social facilitators, and beneficiary communities. Service quality analysis was conducted using the SERVQUAL dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings indicate that the social assistance distribution service in Kerinci Regency is generally adequate, particularly in the assurance and empathy dimensions. Beneficiaries feel that services are delivered fairly, transparently, and without discrimination. However, obstacles remain in the tangible, reliability, and responsiveness aspects, including limited service facilities, inaccurate beneficiary data due to incomplete DTKS updates, and delays in assistance distribution in remote areas caused by geographical constraints. To address these challenges, the Social Service Office has implemented periodic data validation, strengthened coordination with village administrations, and optimized digital-based social service information systems. This study provides empirical evidence that can serve as an evaluation reference for local governments in improving transparent, effective, and equitable social assistance services.

This study aims to examine how social interactions between stakeholders at Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University (UIN) Yogyakarta affect the performance of outsourced security guards. In the context of higher education, outsourced security guards hold a strategic position in maintaining campus security, so the dynamics of social relationships involving them, both with internal and external parties, are important aspects to examine. The research approach used was qualitative, combining field observation methods, in-depth interviews with seven key informants, and documentation review. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that open communication, regular appreciation, and structured coordination contribute significantly to improving motivation, discipline, and the quality of security services. Healthy competition between members encourages increased professionalism, while conflicts that arise in daily interactions can be managed effectively through a persuasive approach and collective support from colleagues and superiors. These findings confirm that the performance of outsourced officers is not solely determined by formal work systems or hierarchical instructions, but also by the quality of social relationships established in the work environment. Thus, positive social interactions play a crucial role in creating optimal performance and can serve as a model for relevant managerial practices for other higher education institutions.

This research uses a qualitative method to evaluate the impact of social assistance programs on poverty alleviation in rural areas. The focus of this study is on how effectively the implementation of social assistance programs can improve the welfare of the rural poor, particularly in terms of economic conditions, social well-being, and quality of life. The findings indicate that social assistance programs have had a positive impact in reducing the economic burden of poor households, improving access to education and healthcare services, and encouraging community empowerment through productive economic activities. However, challenges remain, such as mistargeted beneficiaries, delays in distribution, and lack of supervision in program implementation. Therefore, continuous evaluation and active involvement from all stakeholders, including local governments and rural communities, are needed to ensure the optimal achievement of poverty alleviation goals. This study also recommends improvements in data collection systems and monitoring to ensure that social assistance programs are more effective and sustainable in the future.

In improving the quality of public services in the social sector, the Social Service Office of Bangkalan Regency introduced an innovation called the SIDAYA SEHATI Application (Prosperous Data and Service System with the Regent) to address various challenges related to the distribution of social assistance in the region. The study seeks to describe the SIDAYA SEHATI Application contributes to improving the effectiveness of social aid distribution, using a qualitative descriptive method with the analysis framework based on the innovation criteria outlined in Permen PAN-RB No. 91 of 2021, which includes 5 key aspects: having novelty, effectiveness, usefulness, ease of dissemination, and sustainability. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the innovation of the SIDAYA SEHATI Application in optimizing the distribution of social assistance in Bangkalan Regency has met the criteria of having good novelty, but socialization still needs to be improved. Effective criteria have been achieved well, but the account verification process is still less effective. Useful criteria have been well realized, but the unavailability of password recovery options is still an obstacle for the community. The criterion of being easy to disseminate has been well realized, but server stability still needs to be addressed. Sustainable criteria have been well implemented, but unfortunately this innovation is still not available on the Play Store or App Store.

Handling drug abuse is one of the main focuses in the Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) efforts in Indonesia. In this context, medical and social rehabilitation plays an important role as a recovery effort for addicts to return to optimal functioning in society. This community service activity uses a qualitative approach with a combination of observation, interview, and digital-based direct intervention methods in handling medical and social rehabilitation for drug abusers. This community service activity successfully implemented a digital-based medical and social rehabilitation strategy in supporting the P4GN program with a smart power approach. A web-based information system and mobile application designed to facilitate registration, monitoring, and mentoring of rehabilitation patients were successfully developed. This system provides easy access to information for the community and drug abusers to register and obtain rehabilitation services efficiently without having to come directly to the rehabilitation facility. The digital rehabilitation system is integrated with national electronic medical record platforms (such as SIRENA and the Ministry of Health's SATU SEHAT service), thus facilitating coordination between institutions and ensuring continuous monitoring of client health during and after the rehabilitation period. This community service activity successfully demonstrated that the handling of medical and social rehabilitation in a digital-based P4GN strategy with a smart power approach is an effective solution in an effort to realize a drug-free society. The smart power approach that integrates hard power (law enforcement) and soft power (prevention, community empowerment, and rehabilitation) with the support of digital information technology can improve the accessibility, effectiveness, and quality of rehabilitation services.
