This research aims to analyze the influence of communication competence, organizational culture, and professionalism of public relations officers on the quality of public service in the era of artificial intelligence. The study employs a quantitative method through descriptive analysis, and data collection is conducted online by distributing questionnaires using the Microsoft Forms platform with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Purposive Sampling is used as the sampling technique, and a total of 100 respondents aged 17-30 who have undergone internship or are currently employed were obtained. The data is processed using the SmartPLS application program with SEM. The research findings indicate that communication competence has a significant impact on the quality of public service. When someone chooses words carefully and treats others with courtesy, it can build trust, respect, and comfort in social interactions. Organizational culture also plays a crucial role in the quality of public service by fostering trust, mutual respect, and cooperation among employees. The study concludes that the professionalism of PROs influences the quality of public service. If the professionalism of PROs improves, the level of service quality will be high, and conversely, if it decreases, the level of service quality will also decline..

The role of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is needed by employees as a provision for them to face the changes and demands of the times in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Operating a computer is a part of hard skills, employees need to have skills in operating programs found in Windows and the program most frequently used is Microsoft Excel. However, to achieve this, companies must overcome several obstacles, such as a lack of quality competence to develop and manage, analyze various high-tech systems Workers who have the competence and skills will be accepted in the world of work in the industrial era 4.0. The output target of this dedication is in the form of training services in the form of information for students about data processing, calculation and data management using the Microsoft Excel application. The method of implementing the activities used is the offline training, discussion, and question and answer method. The results of implementing this community service activity are providing an understanding of the use of the Microsoft Excel application for preparing financial reports and improving the hard skills of Pt employees. The government is a bureaucratic organization in public service, so the government bureaucratic organization is the leading organization related to public service. In terms of including government institutions as a locus of research is the Office of Population and Civil Registration, providing services regarding population administration, the most important thing is how to provide assistance and convenience to the community in order to fulfill their needs and interests, especially birth certificates. A quality service provided to the community demands there is an effort from all employees who have competence, because any task carried out by each employee contains an element of service which in turn will affect the quality of services or products from the agency where the employee works which is accepted by the community, and community satisfaction using population services in the form of a certificate birth. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significant relationship between competence and quality of service, with the satisfaction of the people who use population administration services.

This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely a researcher who describes the research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees totaling 17 employees. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, namely the entire population was used as a sample. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding the variables of Employee Competence and Service Quality. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 19 program. The results of this study are that Employee Competence significantly influences Service Quality with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Employee Competence Variable (X) of 0.321, meaning that if X is increased by 1 then Y will increase by 0.321, this shows that the better the employee's competence, the better the quality of service at the Rakam Lombok Timur Village Office. The sig value of 0.038 illustrates that Employee Competence has a positive and significant influence on Service Quality, meaning that the better the Employee Competence, the Service Quality will increase. Service is said to be of quality or satisfactory if the community is satisfied with the service provided and can meet the expectations of the community.
