E-commerce competition in Indonesia makes e-commerce companies compete to develop strategies to win the competition. Customer loyalty is an important factor to lead in the competition. This research focuses on how much influence website service quality has on customer loyalty. This research is also to find out which website quality factors have the most influence on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating factor. The factors that influence e-commerce customer loyalty are analyzed using concepts including the dimensions of service quality consisting of (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) and Corporate Image as the variable that influences and Customer Satisfaction as the variable that is affected. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. With the sampling method using the purposive sampling method. The results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence between the dimensions of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction.  Keywords: E-commerce website, Service Interaction Quality, Customer Satisfaction

The nutritional problems faced in Indonesia today remain the same, namely that many children suffer from malnutrition. The national movement to increase breastfeeding is one of the government's efforts to improve the health status of mothers and children. However, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding has not been achieved, one of the reasons is the breastfeeding factor. Meanwhile, the point in the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding and continuing it for up to 2 years is related to a mother's understanding of lactation management. So this service activity is carried out to teach mothers who are young pregnant, late pregnant and have just given birth to a 1 month old baby to participate so that their knowledge increases. The method in this activity is a pre-test before providing information related to breastfeeding and lactation management, then continuing with the post-test to see the success of the activity. The mothers' enthusiasm was seen to be very high and resulted in a strong determination to be able to provide exclusive breast milk to their babies. The success rate of this activity was 80%, judged from the responses and questions from the participants.

  Fixed assets are tangible assets that are owned for use in the production or supply of goods or services, for rent to other parties, or for administrative purposes and are expected to be used for more than one period. Due to its high value, relatively long use and being the company's main tool to generate revenue, investment in fixed assets (Capital Budgeting) must be carefully calculated. In addition, depreciation or depreciation is the allocation of the cost of a fixed asset which is the effect of the decline in the value of the fixed asset. The reason why many companies apply the straight line method of depreciation (Straight Line Method) is because there are relatively stable maintenance and repair costs in each period, and the costs are not affected by productivity or are not affected by deviations. Therefore, the assets owned must continue to be managed properly so that companies and individuals can benefit from the existence of these assets, especially fixed assets. But this is not the case with KSP Mandiri Sejahtera Semarang where fixed assets have not been well managed. This results in inconsistencies and calculation errors, incomplete data, which results in inappropriate decision making and the value of the company's fixed assets has not been recorded properly and accurately. With a new structured management system where the calculation and reporting of depreciation of fixed assets using the straight-line depreciation method helps the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets owned by the company, besides that it also provides information about the detailed condition of each fixed asset owned by the company so that it helps the company manage its fixed assets , as well as helping to present accurate and accurate reports for the benefit of the company's internal financial reports and taxation.

Bank is a production unit under the organizational structure of a business center in a school. This bank provides services in the form of savings deposit transactions and savings withdrawals. Bank customers are all students in grades ten to twelve along with teachers and employees. The information system required is a web-based school bank information system using the cash basis method so that it can assist in operational activities ranging from recording daily transactions to reporting. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method, UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the MySQL MariaDB database. The School Bank Accounting Information System is expected to be able to solve the problems that occur in the school bank.

Technology assistance is very helpful for community activities including financial institutions, such as the application of Fintech (Financial Technology). Fintech utilizes technology to improve banking and financial services performed by companies by utilizing software technology. Along with the development, Fintech began to have a negative impact, especially from the money loan service or Fintech Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL). the problem is how is the protection for debtors / customers, such as attempts to intimidate customers who have difficulty paying. The method used in this research is normative juridical, namely research based on secondary data, which is then analyzed qualitatively and presented in a qualitative form.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that protection for debtors or customers who feel disadvantaged can take 5 (five) ways, which are regulated in the Consumer Protection Law, OJK Regulation, ITE Law, BI and Government Regulations. Safeguards in the Consumer Protection Law are accommodated in Article 4. OJK's efforts, in collaboration with Kominfo and AFPI, are that if there is intimidation that is detrimental to the debtor, the debtor can submit a complaint report through the website page provided by the OJK and AFPI. Debtors can also report to the authorities. The ITE Law can be seen in Article 26 of the ITE Law. The development of technology allows one to obtain other people's spatial position data. One mobile technology that utilizes spatial data as a supported factor is location-based services. The large number of employees at the PT.XYZ causes the presence of a controlled process to be under control, and even tends to be questioned. Because it takes a GPS-based presence system on android that is expected to be a solution of the problems that occur at this time. The system development method used is a six-step R&D method, consisting of: Research and information gathering, Planning, Development of initial product forms, initial field testing, major product revisions, main field testing. The final result is the prototype of the Ganesha Employee Presence System Operations. The test results on the system shows the employee attendance system can run on the android platform. The system only responds to presence based on the position of the employee's coordinates with office coordinates. Besides checking the presence process is also based on devices that have been approved in the system. 

The Madukoro gas station is one of the gas stations in Semarang where the payment and refueling systems are still done manually. In general, the manual payment and filling system has many obstacles, resulting in long queues because the service is not fast and effective, also triggering the exchange of counterfeit money because payment uses cash. The application of e-money technology based on microcontrollers is made to make a payment system using electronic money instead of cash that is integrated with fuel filling, this system aims to reduce the long queues that occur and also prevent the amount of counterfeit money circulating at gas stations and make services more fast and easy. The method used in the design of this system is to use the method of Research and Development (R&D) theory from Borg and Gill, starting with gathering information by interviewing Madukoro gas station supervisors and field surveys then designing and developing systems to overcome the problems obtained in research. The system design uses a microcontroller as a data processor that will retrieve data from a database that was previously inputted from the VB.Net application and e-money reader and outputs to instruct the pump to remove fuel from the tank in accordance with the calibration of fuel output per second. As information on the rest of the fuel in the tangka, this tool uses the help of a load sensor that will be displayed on the LCD. In general, this system will make services faster and easier, thereby reducing the number of long queues, but also to avoid the circulation of counterfeit money in gas stations Madukoro, Semarang.

The internet as a communicator of information is now a necessity. Particularly in the provision of information for a company, government organizations / agencies such as Village Centers that require a fast, precise and accurate data management system that can provide more complete, up-to-date, interactive and dynamic information. In Demangharjo Village the information system related to Village Information is still submitted in the form of a guide book and the service is still done manually. Basically, population residence service activities are required to take care of application letters at the village office with the applicable procedures, so that in practice it will certainly take a long time and energy. For this reason the author made the Final Project concerning the Design of Demangharjo Village Website with the metedo Waterfall. Through this website, it is expected that information will be conveyed more quickly and accurately, maximum service and information transparency, village introduction process and population data storage to accelerate the work of village officials in serving the community and make it easier for citizens to submit services or find out village information.  

Diskless server is a cluster computer network which uses SSH (Secure Shell) protocol to grant the client an access to the host's directory and modify it's content so that the client don't need a hardisk (Thin Client). One way to design a diskless server is by utilizing "Linux Terminal Server Project", an open source-based script for Linux. However, using Linux has it own drawback, such as it can't cross platform for running an aplication based on Windows system which are commonly used. This drawback can be overcomed by using a compatibility layer that converts a windows-based application's source code. The data which will be monitored is the compatibility layer implementation's result, and the throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. The result of measurement from those four parameters resulting in "Excellent" for throughput, "Perfect" for packet loss and delay, and "Good" for jitter.

Monitoring nutrition and health during the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) in Pacellekang Village is very important to prevent stunting. However, during the pandemic, many posyandu were forced to stop their activities because they were in the red zone. The assistance program for malnourished pregnant women (KEK) aims to improve the health and nutritional status of KEK pregnant women in Makassar City. Community service activities are carried out online using Zoom meetings, WhatsApp groups and Google Forms. The results of the service show that most of the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding nutrition and health are classified as good. The majority (85.2%) of pregnant women had carried out pregnancy checks at least four times with a midwife or doctor during pregnancy. Apart from that, 88.9% of pregnant women regularly take blood supplement tablets. Around 85.2% of pregnant women follow the principles of balanced nutrition in their daily diet. However, 55.6% of pregnant women who frequently experience nausea and vomiting tend to lose their appetite and skip meals and snacks. Based on program monitoring in October, there were records that two pregnant women were unable to provide exclusive breastfeeding (IMD) due to premature birth (separation care), and young mothers (under 20 years) felt anxious when breast milk did not come immediately after delivery, so they gave Formula milk.    

The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the Surakarta City GenRe Program in strengthening civic responsibility. The research method used in qualitative research with a case study method. GenRe Program is able to be a good forum for the formation of adolescent characters, especially in strengthening civic responsibility. This success can certainly be achieved by various factors. As for one of the factors that influence that is related to strategy. Some of the strategies needed are (1) Maximizing SDM by managing GenRe Program services; (2) Establishing and developing PIK R in several regions; (3) Developing the GenRe Program; (4) Increasing the GenRe program partnership; (5) Develop coaching and evaluation periodically. Cloud computing is a technology that makes the internet a center for managing data and applications. With computer users are granted access (login). Cloud is a metaphor for the internet, as the cloud is often depicted in computer network diagrams. Gayo’s openwork cloud application is an android bases application that utilizes Cloud computing technology in the form of cloud Platform as a Service (SAAS) function as the main container or basis for running the system that will use in sales and providing notification services for the search for souvenirs typical of Takengon, namely Kerawang Gayo. Cloud computing is a technology that makes the internet a central storage server for managing data and information. This technology also allows users to freely manage and access information available on cloud storage which is of course connected to the internet network. This gayo filigree is now being created as a result of the home craft industry being embroidered on the cloth. The craft produces various types of souvenirs such as bags, key chains, women’s robes, men’s shirts, caps, bracelets, wallets, prayer mats, tablecloths, pillowcases, cellphone covers, and women’s and men’s traditional clothes, skirts, and scarves. Using the prototyping method is a software development method in the form of a physical working model of the system that functions as an early version of the system.

Information technology concerning the use of computers in a government service is needed to facilitate a job in an agency. One of them is in the Community Empowerment and Village Government Agency, Central Aceh Regency, where data management for poor households is still using the manual method, the data that is processed can be lost, damaged or infected by a virus, besides that the data is also not managed properly. good and when data is needed, the data will be difficult to find due to the large number of files piling up. With a decision support system using the web, it is hoped that it can help ease the burden on employees who manage recipients of aid for poor families which will be implemented at the BPMPK Office, Central Aceh Regency.

Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the forensic accounting and audit investigations in detecting fraud procurement of goods and services. The rise of fraud cases in Indonesia, one of which is fraud related to public needs, namely the procurement of goods and services. This is reminiscent of the real threat of fraud in the form of corruption in the procurement of goods and services that can cause poor quality of goods / services produced so that they cannot serve the public interest effectively and efficiently. In this context, the community is the most disadvantaged party. Collecting data in this study through the distribution of questionnaires with a total sample of 34 auditor respondents in the field of Investigation of the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan dan Pembangunan DKI Jakarta. This research uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique, using SmartPLS software testing tool version 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the application of forensic accounting and investigative audits have a significant effect in detecting fraud procurement of goods / services.

Legal knowledge is very necessary for the creation of legal understanding and awareness of legal awareness for the community. There are several factors that can affect public legal awareness. This community service is expected to provide knowledge and understanding to the community, especially students. With knowledge and understanding of the prevailing legal rules, they will maintain their legal awareness to a higher level.

This community service is in the form of delivering material exposure to the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning to Teachers of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta. Community service by presenting teachers, school principals and in material presentation and interactive question and answer events to the level of mastery of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta teachers regarding the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning for SD Mojosongo III Surakarta Teachers is intended to be able understand the essence of 4C in learning to support the smoothness of the learning process as well as theoretical clarity and a better understanding of learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in elementary schools. The delivery of this material to all teachers at SD Mojosongo III Surakarta, school principals and school supervisors totaling 25 teachers, both classroom and sports teachers, religion teachers and art teachers from parallel classes at the school. With the hope of teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that aspects of teacher knowledge and skills can further improve the abilities and professionalism of primary school teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize better zakat management, namely through the Amil Zakat Institution and Baznas so that the distribution of zakat can be maximally evenly distributed. The method of implementing this socialization is by giving lectures in vitual or online because it is still in a state of covid 19.
