MSMEs in Ciawi village generally conduct transactions in their business only relying on simple work and through direct buying and selling transactions and there is no recording system that complies with bookkeeping regulations in accounting or only debit credit, so it is very difficult to know the details of cash in and cash out. The service method used is the ABCD Method (Asset-Based-Community-Driven) by accompanying participants to delve deeper into digital marketing and training MSMEs in cash flow-based bookkeeping, including: cash flow, income statement, capital change report, cost of goods sold, and break event point (BEP) digitally. The results of this digital marketing mentoring and cash flow-based bookkeeping preparation are able to prove that MSMEs in Ciawi village can know the details about digital marketing and digital finance regarding the calculation of financial reports, especially knowing the actual profit and loss report, and cash flow of cash expenditures and cash income.

The digital transformation of payment systems has become essential for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to improve transaction efficiency and expand market accessibility. This community service program was conducted to introduce and implement the use of QRIS through the Dana Bisnis application for four MSMEs located in the Makam Raja-Raja Imogiri tourism area Yogyakarta : Warung Wahyu, Warmindo Babe, Warung Pecel Bu Yani, and Warung Pecel Bu Elti. Initially, all MSMEs relied solely on cash transactions, leading to difficulties in financial recording and limited access to digital financial services. The program consisted of several stages, including on-site surveys, problem identification, explanation of digital payment benefits, training on QRIS registration and usage, and continuous assistance during the transition process. The results indicate a significant improvement in MSMEs’ understanding of digital payment systems and a gradual shift towards non-cash transactions. Evaluation findings show that approximately 60% of daily transactions were conducted via QRIS, and business owners reported benefits such as simplified bookkeeping, faster payment processing, and enhanced transaction security. This program demonstrates that QRIS-based digital payment systems can be effectively implemented in traditional MSMEs through proper mentoring and hands-on guidance. The initiative also plays a strategic role in promoting financial inclusion and strengthening MSME competitiveness in tourism areas. Continued efforts remain necessary, particularly in enhancing digital literacy and expanding access to supporting technology to ensure equitable adoption of digital payment systems.

Dawet Ayu in Banjarnegara Regency is one of the traditional culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that until now is still able to survive and continue to grow. This typical beverage product not only has cultural value, but also has the potential to be a promising economic source for the local community. However, the reality on the ground shows that Dawet Jabung's business actors are still facing various serious obstacles. Limited understanding of business management, difficulties in calculating production costs in detail, and inability to determine the right selling price of products are the main obstacles. In addition, the low knowledge related to aspects of marketing, promotion, and business communication strategies makes it difficult for this business to expand the market. As a result, some business actors have actually experienced a significant decrease in sales from year to year. To answer these challenges, community service activities are carried out through two approaches, namely Action and Quality Awareness and Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA). Action and Quality Awareness are carried out through extensive counseling, lectures, and mentoring aimed at increasing the knowledge of business managers. In this activity, business actors are guided to understand the importance of financial recording, cost management, and strategies to improve product quality. Meanwhile, the RRA method is used to identify real needs in the field, as well as prepare training, mentoring, and coaching programs that are relevant to business conditions. The results of the activity showed an increase in the ability of partners to classify production costs into the categories of raw materials, labor, overhead, marketing, and transportation. In addition, business actors are now more skilled in determining selling prices based on the realization of costs incurred, not just estimates. They also began to compile simple bookkeeping related to assets, debts, and capital, so that business management became more professional, transparent, and sustainable

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial technology, and financial management on the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gresik Regency. The background of this study is based on the importance of strengthening the financial aspects of MSMEs as a foundation in facing the challenges of competition and economic uncertainty. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributing structured questionnaires to 96 MSMEs selected through a purposive sampling technique. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS version 26 software to examine the relationships and influences between variables. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. This means that the higher the level of understanding of MSMEs regarding financial management, the better the financial performance achieved. Similarly, the use of financial technology has also been shown to have a significant positive effect. The use of digital financial services such as mobile banking, e-wallets, and digital bookkeeping applications can help MSMEs simplify transactions, financial recording, and access to financing, which ultimately improves efficiency and business results. Meanwhile, the financial management variable shows a moderate influence on financial performance. This indicates that financial planning, recording, and control practices in some MSMEs are still suboptimal and need to be improved to contribute more significantly to business performance. Overall, these findings underscore the importance of improving financial literacy and adopting financial technology as key strategies for strengthening MSME performance. This research provides practical recommendations for MSMEs and stakeholders to enhance their financial management capacity to encourage sustainable business growth in the digital era.

This community service activity aimed to provide guidance and capacity building for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), specifically chicken satay vendors operating in the parking area of Taman Anggrek Mall, Jakarta. These culinary MSMEs have strong potential due to their strategic location, which attracts high foot traffic. However, many of these business owners still face challenges in managing and developing their businesses, particularly in terms of managerial skills, financial record-keeping, and marketing strategies. Therefore, this program was designed to enhance their business competitiveness by improving their managerial abilities, introducing simple bookkeeping practices, and promoting the use of digital platforms for marketing. The implementation of the program began with an initial observation to identify the specific needs and challenges faced by the MSME actors. This was followed by interactive training sessions covering topics such as the importance of basic financial management, how to create simple financial reports, and effective yet low-cost digital marketing strategies. In addition to the training, the team also provided intensive one-on-one mentoring to ensure that participants could apply the materials in their daily business operations. The outcomes of the program showed positive developments. The MSME participants began to recognize the importance of keeping financial records as a basis for making business decisions. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that have an important role in expanding employment opportunities and providing broad economic services for the community. However, the obstacles faced by MSMEs are the lack of ability and understanding due to low education and the assumption that the implementation of financial report recording is difficult. Therefore, this study is very interesting because it aims to test the application of SAK EMKM in the preparation of financial statements, especially regarding the application of SAK EMKM in the preparation of financial statements understood by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study uses descriptive research with qualitative methods. The data collection used was interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the findings of the research discussion, it can be concluded that Batik Lea Collection MSMEs have not implemented SAK EMKM in the preparation of their financial statements. This is mainly due to the owner's limited knowledge and understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards. Although the owners know about the existence of SAK EMKM, they lack knowledge about its implementation. Evidence from direct observation and documentation shows that Batik Lea Collection MSMEs only record cash inflows and outflows. Owners create bookkeeping reports that can only be understood by themselves

This activity was carried out by a team of lecturers accompanied by students, with a participatory approach and based on direct practice. The training material includes basic understanding of accounting, recording daily transactions, preparing income statements, and simulating the use of financial statements for working capital submissions. Through this method, it is hoped that there will be an effective and applicable transfer of knowledge from academics to the public. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to understand the importance of financial recording and began to implement a simple bookkeeping system in their business operations. In addition, participants also showed increased confidence in compiling financial statements that can be used as supporting documents in applying for financing to cooperatives, banks, or other financial institutions. This activity not only provides practical benefits for MSME actors, but also strengthens the role of universities in community economic empowerment. In the future, similar activities can be developed with the integration of digital technology to support more efficient and accurate financial recording.

MSME actors in Indonesia still face various obstacles in business management, especially in the aspects of marketing and financial bookkeeping. This condition has a direct impact on the low level of bankability of MSMEs to access financing from banking institutions, especially Islamic banks. This activity aims to provide assistance to MSME actors, especially Toko Cipta Swara Elektronik, to be able to prepare basic financial statements and implement simple digital marketing strategies. The method used in this activity is the ABCD (Audience, Behavior, Condition, Degree) approach, with the implementation in the form of lectures, discussions, hands-on practice, and simulations. The results of the activity show that partners are able to prepare two types of basic financial statements (cash flow and profit and loss), design digital marketing strategies through social media, and understand the requirements for applying for Islamic bank financing. This assistance has proven to be effective in increasing the capacity of partners administratively and strategically, as well as opening up greater opportunities to access sharia financing services.

One goal of PKM in basic accounting courses for SMBs is to teach students how to perform accounting in a way that is both methodical and crucial for measuring revenue, expenses, and profits. to keep up with the company's progress.
